I’ve been taking my Frenchie puppy, Poptart to half day Doggie Day Care since October and she absolutely loves it. She jumps out of the truck, into my arms and runs to the front door. The girls are so sweet with her and love her as much as I do. I recommend Doggie Day Care all the time to my friends. I also love that I can watch her on the WebCam while she’s playing with the other dogs. We will miss you all when we leave for the summer!

The facility was nice and clean from what I could see. When I made the reservation I made it for Puppy Kindergarten. Being it was my first time I thought I might get a little more information about what I should expect from the class. I should have asked but they just took her back to the kennels or play areas. I checked the cameras hoping to catch a glimpse of what she was doing but there must not be cameras in that area. When I picked her up, again I thought someone may come and tell me how she did, what they worked on but they were busy. So I'm not really sure what the class entailed. Just brought her out to me and we left. I was trying this out to see if I wanted to change where I take her. I'm not sure. There were others picking up their dogs and all seemed to be regulars and the pets were known as were the owners. Just didn't feel as welcoming as I thought it would be based on the location and being the first time. It seems like others are really happy which is great and comforting to see but I guess I just didn't feel as welcomed.

Kolson just stayed for the first time-his first boarding ever-and my first time leaving him. I did a tour first to ensure I felt good about the place and the team was so kind and patient, the facility was clean and organized, the pups were calm (until I walked down the hallway and excited them lol) and the team members were well trained, you can tell they have skill and are not just young adults who work there and like dogs-they have dog skills. When it came time to leave Kolson, I was nervous, but Kole was happy and comfortable. The first day I didn’t feel like I got much communication but by day two, I did feel like I was clearly communicated with and often. That did make me feel a lot better. I was able to see Kolson in the camera which gave me comfort. He came back happy and not stressed at all. That is what I am looking for and I would take Kole back anytime. Thank you for taking care of my boy and ensuring his momma felt at ease while being away from him!

Our lab was so happy. Met the owner and we appreciated her love of animals and honesty in taking care of all the animals. Harley came home sooooooo happy.Harley said that in comparison with the other playlands he has stayed at, this one was top notch

The staff is always pleasant, cheerful, and kind UPDATE 4/15/2024: Angel stills loves going there, yesterday she had a grooming session, ( bath and furminator), she was so soft, and the groomer did an awesome job with her!! Brought my dog Stella for daycare so my family could spend the day in Cave Creek. Very nice facility with multiple indoor and outdoor play areas. Staff was very nice. Loved that I could go online and see her on the camera! We will definitely be back for more play days!

My dog loves Pet Suites in Cave Creek. He is a frequent visitor. Our recent visit was over a week as we went to France for my daughter’s wedding. I always get the luxury suite so I can watch him via the webcam, so awesome to see him before he goes down for the night. I have a Belgian Malinois, and if you know this breed, he is very active. Pet Suite knows this and caters to his needs with lots of group play. The web cams for group play are awesome too. To see him playing with his ‘friends’ makes your heart melt and to know he is in good hands. They take extra care and they truly love their jobs. One night they brought in chicken broth for a treat, I m sure my boy gobbled that up….oh forgot about the grooming. Perfect. My 97 lbs boy came home clean, soft, smelling good and his velociraptor claws were shorten. Overall, a wonderful place and I feel assured they are safe and taking care of my baby.

We have recently changed our pet boarding and day care to PerSuites in Carefree and could not be more pleased. The staff is welcoming and our dog quickly bonded with them. The facility is clean and well staffed with knowledgeable employees. We cannot recommend PetSuites more highly.

Always a great experience here. Very caring staff for our two dogs, Piper and Rose. Whether it’s a weekend stay or a full week during a medical LOA, PetSuites takes the extra care of our animals that’s needed. Awesome place! Our dog loves to come here for either boarding or daycare. We had a very bad experience at another company in Scottsdale but PetSuites knows how to care for the dogs properly. We really like the cameras to check on how our dog is doing too.

My little dog Frodo gets groomed here. He is a rescue and anxious. The staff are super friendly and accommodating - always going above and beyond. We liked it the staff was friendly as far as I know the dogs were OK with it but I didn’t really hear what they did and how their play went with the other staff members. Because Navarre was not neutered he was not allowed with the other dogs but I would’ve liked to known what they did for play and did they eat their food

Last month we boarded our 2 dogs while we were out of town for a funeral. Our dogs have grown up in doggy daycare and are very well socialized. We got back from the funeral and got the dogs home and noticed our 11 year old lab couldn’t use his ear. Looked inside and it was matted with blood. Immediately took him to the vet where the vet cleaned it and said it appears he was bit by another dog. His ear was infected and had been for several days. Someone at Pet Suites cleaned up the outside of his face and ear, didn’t report what happened, and left him like that for days. We now have over $500 in vet bills that Pet Suites has not reimbursed us for. It’s appalling that a company that claims to care for dogs would let our old guy suffer for days while we were at a funeral! We’ve used other daycares in the valley for years and never had anything like this happen.

Pet Suites did a great job of taking of our dog Blue. The staff was super friendly, caring and made Blue's stay great. He stayed 3 nights and the staff informed us daily on how he was doing with his eating, his moods and even provided pictures. I would highly recommend PetSuites of Cave Creek.

I dropped my Saint Bernard off for the first time today. From start to finish it was an awesome experience. They are welcoming, organized, and gave my big guy so much love. I really like that there are cameras that let me check in and see how he's doing. I could always see a staff member and the other dogs seemed equally fun and friendly. In the past I've picked up my dogs from other places and they were so thirsty and overtired; when I got Barry today he was totally relaxed and mellow but not super thirsty or overtired; he didn't appear to be anything but happy. I feel so confident that he was treated with lots of attention and love. And he came home ready to relax which is a definite win.

Staff are extremely welcoming and show they truly care about that pets that enter the facility. Grounds are clean and well taken care of which is something I always look for when boarding my dogs. Having pictures taken showing how happy you pet is a nice touch when your away.
