One of our favorite ace hardwares of all!! Generally always stocked up and ready to serve!! Great selections on merchandise and great friendly knowledgeable staff !!! My daughter likes the grey kitty that likes ro hang around on the counter and we've never been treated badly at all, unlike the Pinnacle peak/ Scottdale rd location that socially segregates and refuses service to paying customers because of their tattoos and work attire.....nope, no problems like that at this location, their all great! Thanks again guys for accepting dirt covered /blue collard folks like us and supporting local trade business,you will forever have ours!!!

This is our go to place for all of our equine needs. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have the absolute best hay and variety of shavings. Plus an adorable store cat. If you’re lucky, she’ll jump on your shopping cart for a ride:)We love Lucy!!! 🐈‍⬛

Was in a hurry and got exactly what I needed in one stop! Collapsible dog bowl, water, snacks, butane, sunscreen, and if I had needed, they had all kinds of stuff and feed for horses and dogs and cats, bike locks, last min camping stuff, OH! and don't forget all the tools and hardware!

Called to confirm primer at store that no one in the area has. They said 3 available like online said. I drove 20 miles to go there and they didn’t have any. Online still showed 3. John the sales guy was rude and told me it sold probably. Between 7-8 pm on a Sunday night…. I was there when the store opened Monday. If I lived closer, I would drive farther to another ACE so I didn’t have to return here. Another guy there tried to help and was nice about it. But John was just rude. Moral of the story, don’t waste ur time calling and asking if they have a product because they willJust say yes and waste ur time.

I have been shopping here for over 20 years. At first it was just for some minor parts to repair things at the house, but eventually I would buy a lot of paint and primer and power tools. They have a good selection and some things are actually priced better than the big box store. There are a number of staff who take the time to educate me and I appreciate it, especially Jeff, who is not a painter but knows a lot about painting. For many projects around the home, this is the place I go to.

I like Ace Hardware, but as with most companies experiencing growth, customer service take a hit. I've got a bad paw, so I ordered it on line so it will be ready when I get there. When I got there, I had to hobble to the back of the store to get my item. However, they were kind enough to carry the bulky item out to my car fir which I am grateful. They are not as good as they were, but better than the big boxes which I won't name. Bear Chettle. Cave Creek AZ

I love this place. Being pretty nearby it's very convenient to run over and get whatever I need besides lumber. I love the fact that I can walk in and ask any employee at all for the most abstract part ever and they'll know exactly where it's located. Yes its a chain but it feels very small town and I love that too.I come here almost exclusively for all of my meat Smoking supplies and rubs. Their selection is fantastic and the staff is awesome .This place has bailed me out a number of times for home repair parts. Keep up the great work Cave Creek ACE Hardware!!!

I can always find the bolts, screws, and nuts I need. You can also purchase the quantity needed without having to buy a prepackaged item. Staff is friendly and helpful too. Never have to go looking for help.

Helpful and friendly. Phoned them about new key for car. I didn't communicate clearly what I was really wanting but when I got there the staff quickly remedied the situation. They made sure they were ordering the correct key. 👍 thanks guys!

Don't waste your time at any of the big box stores. You can actually find associates here who are extremely knowledgeable and can answer your questions. They have a large staff along with a large inventory.

Thank You, Ace Hardware located at Tatum & Dynamite. I don’t know who my salesman was, but I wanted to to him and say thank you for your knowledgeable customer service.I needed replacement screen door handles for my sliding screen door. After two days of going to local stores, I still didn’t have what I needed. I decided to try Ace Hardware on Tatum & Dynamite, and I’m so glad I did. The salesperson led us to the part and found what I needed. I left Ace apprehensive but hopeful it would work and went home to install the handles. OMG!!! It was a perfect fit!!! Ace Is Definitely The Place for all your hardware needs!!!

It's a standard Ace, and not a large one so the selection is somewhat limited. But for their size they have done a good job of stocking what you need 90% of the time. Obviously if you want something like lumber you will go to Home Depot. Prices are standard Ace. Parking is good. But here is the reason for four stars - service. I am used to being ignored at an Ace, they seen to not train staff well, poor management. Not this one - they pay attention to the customer and actually approach you ask if you need help. Wow! Also there is a terrific coffee shop right next, a great couple of restaurants fifty yards away. Very convenient location with good access from three directions.

Great place for hardware, grilling, paint supplies and animal feed. Service is excellent, you will be asked if you need help at least 5 times. Specialty items like keys and glass cutting are no problem. Say hi to the cat.Prices are a bit high only issue.

ACE hardware is my go to. I Lost my dad while in the service, and everytime I go I feel like there's a pop running around helping people the best he can. This was the first time I'm told my military service has to be verified by an ACE hardware. It would have been fine, i understand, but after shopping for 30 mins and not be given the discount until "it was verified by the owner at some future time" I walked out. I can only imagine working under someone with this kind of attitude.

This is the best! Always friendly and very helpful!!! A shout-out, especially, to Paul!. He saved me from spending over &100 by finding the exact tooI ($7)needed to fix my refrigerator! You will never get this type of customer service at the big box stores. Lucy,the store cat, makes the trip to the hardware store even sweeter! Thank you to all the wonderful staff!

A couple months ago I came in to the store to buy tools for a bike rack I wanted to take off the back of my Traverse. Trek of West Phoenix referred me to the store. Once there a cashier and a manager had a gentleman come and help me. We went to the car to see which tools we would need. After paying he came out and took the four bike rack off the SUV and helped me put it in the back of my vehicle. I can't remember his name he has been doing this type of work for awhile. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. Please thank him for me if this sounds like one of your employees. The staff here is great.

I came in to buy paint today, Rick made me a beautiful shade, and took the time to make sure I had everything I need for my project. Rick, Roger, and Tom were so helpful and friendly, making sure their customers had what they needed. They were pretty busy, but these guys juggled it all really well. A+ experience with these 3. Jerry was a different story: he couldn't muster a smile, and felt it was appropriate to loudly talk down to his fellow employees in front of customers, which was really uncomfortable. Overall, it was a very good shopping trip, and I would recommend this location, but Jerry should maybe learn some etiquette and stop being so rude

Great place with great service. It's more expensive than most other spots with the same stuff, but it's convenient and white glove service with the staff.Edit a few months later:Going from 5 to 4 stars due to getting there @ 7:02PM they close at 7 and I needed 2 screws ($1?) and got turned away. I would have gladly given $5 and no change.

After spending an hour with one of the employees as he “tried” to write up an order on having our screens re done, we ended up getting a call the next day stating that’s they could not re screen our standard size! To make matters worse, it took 3 customer service people to figure out how to refund our money, as I had pre paid for them. Still waiting in line after a half an hr.

The staff is always available and helpful. Everyone seems to know the store, so there's no, well let me ask my manager where that is shinanigans. Yeah, their prices may be a bit higher, but it isn't drastic and the customer service is so much better. People actually seem to enjoy working here.

Kyle, at your Tatum Ranch location, was ever so helpful during my shopping experience at this store. He helped me to color match the best paint that met the needs for a fresh paint job in my newly updated downstairs bedroom. Kyle, is very knowledgeable about the different paint brands and their qualities (ie, sheen levels). He even carried the gallon of paint to my car with a very nice smile. Thank you for having such a great worker at your Cave Creek location (Dynamite and Tatum Blvd.) I love your membership advantages and your sale items, too!
