This is a great Fry’s location, inside they have small extras like the cheese stand , Starbucks , and the bistro. Fry’s meat department has always been a trustworthy source in my book. Customer service is excellent, all staff are well kept and professional. Unlike Walmart, when you have trouble finding something or the lines are long the staff is always there to help.

The store is slow at 8:30PM, but the worst time to go shopping because the clueless night crew is on. Michael in the gray shirt was extremely rude. Asked him for a simple price match with the app and he refused, whining about getting a manager. Then the manager comes over and accuses me of not knowing how to use the app for a digital coupon and rips my phone from my hands! Warning to fellow customers, if you have any issues with your Fry’s app they will blame you like it’s coming out of their paycheck to price match a simple item! Beware!

The no pets in carts policy is never enforced. This is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. I don't want dog poop from their dirty behind and pee and dog hair all over my grocery cart where babies sit and have that unsanitary leave-behinds transferring to my groceries.Last month, one employee was even petting a dog that was in the child part of a cart. This is just unsanitary and the employees should be asking the customers to leave their pets at home or take them out of the cart instead of encouraging them to bring their shedding pets to the store.I have a severe dog allergy and I used to be able to live life without being surrounded by everybody's dogs. But at the grocery store? Itchy AND Gross!It wouldn't be tolerated if someone was spreading peanut butter all over the child seat in a grocery cart so why is it okay for dogs to be there?Please train your employees to ask customers to take dogs out of carts! A seeing eye dog or emotional support dog should NEVER sit in the cart. I always say something to customers with dogs in the cart. I tell them how unsanitary it is but they just ignore me because the checkout lady will justify their actions and pet their dog and then scan and bag my groceries. Absolutely disgusting.

Smaller location with pretty narrow aisles, but still has what you need. Very kind and helpful team, and well stocked.Really appreciate this location having the belted self checkouts - my wife and I use our own reusable grocery bags and find these checkouts extremely helpful for our shopping. We drive 20 min from our nearest location just to use them

This is my go to spot. They usually have everything stocked and fresh. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a very busy store and you could never tell.After years of going to this exact store, it's still 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

Love all that work here. come here almost daily during work week for lunch from the sushi department by Snowfox♡ they have the best sushi and crab and shrimp rolls. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Try the Poke Bowl. inexpensive and so delicious

Normally this is a great grocery store. The staff is really nice and very knowledgeable and eager to help. Today the produce section was out of a lot of stuff, but I'd still recommend this store!

Love the location, but the staff is very off putting. We needed help with transferring s rewards card to a new account and nobody could seem to help us and they were kind of rude and impatient about it. My rewards is connected to my exes information so I wanted to start a new one under my name and new account in the app. Well nobody there knew/knows how to accomplish that. But I'll figure it out sooner or later. The store is very clean and always well stocked. I'm thankful for that!

Racist lazy workers. Old white womanhood with tattoo on arm refused to bag our items because we had to many but before was laughing at conversations about alcohólicos with previous customer with one time and stood there the whole time. Walked away after she saw many items to bag. Don’t expect a good help here people just walk buy and ignore to help if you need it. People don’t want to work but love to get paid clearly. Hopefully they’ll do their job next time with the smile she had talking about liquor at work and people’s past

I always use self checkout at this store because I like doing it and I consider myself efficient, and rarely have problems, as I know how the software works. But today, Winston did not want to "deal with my attitude" when i politely yet firmly assured him I had bought the items on my coupons. I even offered to go to customer service if he didn't want to help me, but no. It was like he wanted me to purposefully receive the errors I knew would happen. There is a very specific paper coupon for shrimp that is not in the system but I've been told I'm buying the right product, as I get the coupon every single week, and use it every single week at self checkout.

Like most of the Fry stores in the Valley this place is horrific. Went in to get fried chicken today. Deli closed. No store manager on duty. Shelves lack sufficient products. We have been told by several employees that leadership is poor and most of their staff has quit. Deli is non functional. Meat and fish products are old and spoiled. Stay away from Fry’s. We are sending a letter to Kroger CEO. We are from Colorado and not used to having to shop @ 3rd world type grocery stores. Fry’s is pathetic. We are switching to Safeway!!

When I am in Cave Creek, I shop here. It is a great store. The bakery has saved my butt a few times on birthdays.. Love those ladies.. Also, they have great scratch off tickets..

This store sucks. They don't have half the selection of Safeway or bashes, on the items the do carry they are almost always out of stock. Two guys at deli counter didn't even acknowledge I existed even though I walked up as he was handing another customer there order. Stood and waited for 5 mins and nothing, dude even walked up to the display case and didn't say one word. Don't waste your time. Hit Safeway of any other place other than frys.

I like shopping here and have shopped at this Fry's or another one near where I used to live for over 22 years. I am glad that a 2nd grocery store was added to this intersection as it brings competition. Since the other store offers fuel rewards we do the bulk of our shopping there and still head out to this place for things we can't find at the other place.

WINSTON, during my self check out you rolled your eyes because I handed you a lemonade drink that my insta cart shopper did not deny or approve, I did my part in reaching out to her and to no avail. My customer and I did shop for the same cereal except, I grabbed the family size wheatys and once I realized that I asked you to remove it of my customers order and u had my customers 2 boxes of cereal and you tried to snatch them from me but you couldn't because of grip. You were annoyed that I was doing a self checkout on an instacart order, Winston please, it was 15 items. Be kinder.

I go to this Frys because its convenient to where I live. But the evening staff needs to be more welcoming. Everytime I check out after purchasing my items. I feel this overwhelming unwelcoming energy. I'm not saying it's all staff. But their is a select few I can sense it from them. Body language and treating the guests. One night I came in 15 mins before closing right after work. One of the team members shouted to me saying "Hey! You have 10 mins left!" I understand the store closes soon. That was very rude and unprofessional. And to be honest dont appreciate that treatment. What happened to manners and politely letting your guests know the store is closing. Another moment occurred when I was checking out tonight. The cashier didn't greet me she also forgot to ask if I had my frys card. Which is almost automatic plugging in your alternative number to activate your card so u can get the discounts. But the cashiers demeanor made me forget to plug it in. She just told me the total. As I bagged my groceries. She grabbed the remaining of my groceries putting them into my personal bags. Then shoved them to me abruptly. I don't know if theyre having a bad day or something. But I think they can do a lot better. I don't know if they need extra training or they're not comfortable with interacting with the public. But something needs to be addressed please. One of the many reasons why I usually go through the self check out lane.

When we went to check out about 5 pm on Saturday, October 30, 2021, all four checkout lines were 10 deep. It took us 20 minutes to reach the cashier. During that time, the lines remained 10 deep. Managers should have manned the checkout stations, but none were to be seen. Even more disgusting, the fruit container I purchased had moldy fruit. I ate some before I saw the mold. We started going to this store with the remodel and it was fine for a week or so. Now we no longer go to the deli because it's never staffed properly. But the gourmet cheese counter has 3 people and no customers. Couldn't get anyone to help us and walked away.The checkout lines and staff there are the best part of the store.

Everyone time I'm in AZ I love getting to go to this grocery store! It's so clean, well organized, well lit, and carries high quality produce! The employees are always friendly, and helpful. I enjoy this shopping center and wish they were up in the midwest too!

Customer service is bad. Talked with many to try and pick up my order a half hour early. No one can help or figure out a way. Didn't ask what it was or a way to figure it out. Just no. I manage a restaurant, and we would never.

I had the nicest check out experience. Desiree and Bradley were quite the team. Come to find out they work so well together because they are family. This store is not near me but trust i will be back. Everyone is super friendly at this store.

Great experience with curbside pickup over 20 or so orders, with an exceptional experience today thanks to Joey. It's my wedding anniversary and the flowers I ordered weren't available nor substituted. I mentioned this to Joey and he said he'd make it right and take care of me. He sure did, he returned with two beautiful bouquets and wished us a happy anniversary. Made my day. Thanks Joey for your exceptional service! On more subtle note, all staff are wearing masks and taking safety precautions seriously.

Joe has to be one of the fastest cashier's I have ever seen. I love it, if he's working I always try to get in his line. His line is always the longest because the people in his line know it will still be the fastest. I can just watch in awe at how efficient one can be.
