The older grocery cart guy Ken needs to go. This guy does way too much. He has a habit of getting in your way whether it’s in the parking lot or as you’re entering/leaving the store. It’s really annoying. He acts like he’s more important than the customers.

I hope the management gets rid of Ken the cart guy. This is not the military, it’s a Fry’s grocery store. I don’t want my trips here to be an unpleasant experience. I will take my business elsewhere if Ken bothers me again.

This place just hasn’t been the same since my favorite florist Amanda left (not me totally different unrelated other person also named Amanda). I cry every time I walk in and don’t see her here anymore. It’s a great store and there’s many lovely people here, but Amanda’s gone and it’s just not the same.

This is the SECOND time I’ve gotten home and realized that one of the items I’ve purchased was expired… I just bought an almost $6 ranch that expired back in July… it’s October… with prices the way they are now, it’s insane to spend your hard earned money on food you can’t even use. The employees are absolutely terrible and rude too and when I called to tell them what happened, they couldn’t care less. I’m sorry, selling expired food constantly is ok? Especially when you need it for dinner? Absolutely sickening. Never coming back and I shouldn’t have to find someone to watch my kid just so I can bring something back that wasn’t supposed to be on the shelf. Absolutely disgusting.

Michelle, the manager/employee at the customer service desk, is always super rude and unpleasant. She doesn't even greet you when you get to the counter. Everyone else is so pleasant and helpful, but she is always impolite.

I absolutely love Frys, I basically shop there 3 times a week, but this location was very unorganized, the chicken at the deli was dry and there was no hotsauce or salt and pepper available to eat there.

If I'm needing a carry out no problem ! I don't feel bad asking for the extra help , but to be honest the guys & gals ask me if I need some help . Now days you just don't get that. It's GREAT 🛒🕸️🎃

Crystal the lady manager was extremely rude. 0/10 for customer service. Needed help in the hot bar and it came to her attention. Didn’t even look at me or say one word, got to the hot bar and there was a person in the back. She sarcastically says “oh so there is someone back here” I do not have authority to go in the back room and check Crystal. If your life is so miserable you can’t engage like a normal adult get a new job sweetie!!!

Wonderful grocery store!! Free fruit for kids, and the selection is HUGE, which is so valuable to my family since we suffer from multiple food allergies. My daughter loves grabbing clearance balloons from here, since they almost always have them.Today though, I didn't see any available. I went up to the desk since someone was working and asked if they had any balloons on clearance. She grabbed TWO partially deflated ones, filled them up with helium, and gave them to our kids for NO CHARGE.Another wonderful shopping trip enjoyed with my four children thanks to such wonderful customer service 👏

Went to Carefree Hwy store for ice cream. Realized I should buy Valentines for Australia. Credit card at home. Was short by $1.88. Planned to take something off my order. Employee put the $1.88 on HIS credit card. Told him I'd repay him tomorrow. He answered "Pay it Forward." Many Thanks

This store is a disaster. The Deli is usually not open due to lack of help. The fish products are old and sit for days without turnover. Their is a skeletal staff working the store and no apparent manager can be found. We have sent a letter to Kroger headquarters.

Fry's was fine, the btch behind the Starbucks counter seemed to have a bad attitude and made the worst coffee I've ever had at a Starbucks, looks like I'm staying with Dutch Bros.

For starters the quality of produce and meats has gone so far down it's almost not worth shopping here. And for all other staples Walmart is 30% less. I question why even walked in today.The greater frustration is the lack of cashiers. The very worst is when you have a problem for example it wouldn't accept my bill. Then I had to deal with a millennial who's clearly unhappy in our job who sashayed over and was like do you have a credit card. Because she would have to walk all the way back to the register to get a different $10 bill that the machine would take. Are you kidding me. I'm sorry it's worth it to go to sprouts or whole foods. The food quality is so bad just the signal on how Kroger has put profit over people. Congratulations this is one person that's not coming back.

The manager, James, and customer service representative, Lee, went above and beyond my expectations to help me out today! They were extremely nice, very helpful and worked until the problem was resolved! I really appreciate people who take extra time out of their day, even when they don't really have to. These two gentlemen contribute to the overall friendliness of this Fry's store. This store is always clean, they have fresh produce and great grocery selections. This is my favorite Fry's by far! Thank you once again James and Lee!!!

My first and my last time into this store. Customer service employee just nasty attitude!! The cashier double charged me for an item. I do my shopping every 2weeks. Was looking at my receipt and found the mistake. Took in the receipt to customer service and she tried to make me feel like I was lying! I spent over 200.00on my groceries why would I pick one item and say you overcharged me? Check your receipts before you leave!!!

Very clean store. One of the best Fry's stores that I've been to in Arizona. The produce was super fresh and I did not see any bruised fruits or wilty vegetables. Also, it seemed they had a larger selection of items vs other Fry's store.Another thing I liked was that the checkout lines were all fully staffed so that meant very little wait time when checking out.

Love this food store, however the staff need direction on customer service and friendly service. It is insulting to return a refrigerator item and having the service person say "you know we have to throw this out". Also ,Antonio the cashier was rude and insulting to us. ???? don't get it.

Spent 40 minutes shopping on a Sunday evening, 7:30 pm, with half a cart of groceries. Only self checkout available when I went up front to pay. Bad for business in my opinion. They can pay their staff to put them away. Of course I have no groceries and have to do it all over. The choice I made....Frys, you can and should do better.

For the most part this Fry's is a great place to shop, my main daily shopper. Most of the employees are nice and helpful however at times I somewhat feel like I'm being stared at or repeatedly asked if I need help when I've already stated I was fine. Other then that though it's a great store.

This is my local/personal grocery store. Their prices (with your shoppers card) are great and the selection is wayyy better than the "Mart". The employees are helpful and truly seem to enjoy their job. The Kroger family of stores gives back the highest % of their profits to the community than any other major retailer...grocery or not, that's huge in my opinion. Their pharmacy staff will know you by heart within a couple of visits too.

We do big shopping on Senior day and the store is always stocked well. As an ex-grocery guy I look at code dates on what I pick. Fry's is good but not perfect. Check code dates and if you find an issue let management know. They'll appreciate it.Pretty store, best meat in town.

I'll be honest with you, if it weren't for this store I'd probably have about.. NO food! The old folk complain about self-check out and what not. Honestly? I could care less, I love it! It's fast, and works just as I expected it to. There ARE still regular lanes open with at least 1 person at em'. Anyways, let me cut to the chase. Most everything you need is here, all food is fresh and quite yummy. For what it is, this store does its job well.

The "Scan and Go "self check out is fun! I can't believe how fast my shopping experience was and on the 1st Wednesday of the month no less! It was soooo easy too! I did have a question about how to do the produce and I just hit the HELP button. In no time, an employee arrived where I was standing and showed me how to do it. You just have to have an open mind. Automation is here to stay!

Would give zero stars.First off, they did not honor the sale price and charged full price. Secondly they had a very limited selection. Other stores of this chain are fully stocked compared to this store. Also had dim lighting and gave off a depressed vibe.

I have had no better experience with customer service than with Kim from Floral. She was very helpful in assisting me with finding the perfect flowers for my mom who is in the hospital. She helped me find a vase, added a few finishing touches, and put a box around it so it wouldn't tip over in the car. It is not often you encounter great customer service and thoughtfullness in day to day experiences. I appreciate the attention to detail and genuine attitude she provided in a difficult time. Thanks Kim!

I had never been to a Fry's grocery store before. It seems like it's a bit too fancy for me, but maybe that's all that's around this area? Lots of fun things to look at when shopping, but we were only out for souvenirs - nothing crazy. Our cashier was friendly, though. :)
