I walked up to the counter and was greeted with “I will help you here”. SOMEONE ACTUALLY CHECKED ME OUT WILLINGLY! He asked me how my day was going and we held a wonderful conversation. This is really rare these days. He was a younger gentleman (it Monday May 6th at 5:30pm). He said he was working til midnight. I would love to see Him get some kudos. He was great! 👍 (desertridge location). Next time I WILL get his name.

Wow....they wanted $300 for a prescription without insurance. Went down to Walgreens, they where nice enough to put in a coupon. $80 that is more reasonable. Still amazed at price difference.

This review is specific to the Minute Clinic inside the store. This is specific to our visit today and DonnaMarie Burris. Uncaring, deaf to customer’s medical history, unwilling to listen to patient, and then RUDE and Unprofessional. My lord, please find somewhere else to go.

The old geezer pharmacist here as attitude problems, and is a liar with medical advice, mainly due to his political belief system. He could learn to have better integrity and offer non-biased advice on prescriptions. I would not recommend a visit here, it would be much more worth while to go 10 minutes further down the road to the next pharmacy.

Horrible customer service! Pharmacist that took my order over than phone was extremely short with me. Led to the incorrect prescription being filled. Waited for the correct one and they said it was out of stock and I would have to come back tomorrow. They could have been nicer, provided more time with the customer interaction and got things right. But they didn’t! With all of the competition out there I’m amazed they can get away with this.

CVS in North Tatum Blvd/ Dynamite is a wonderful store with friendly and helpful staff. I would commend all the staff including Heather, store manager, Esther, Steve, Dwayne and at the Pharmacy, Don, Juan and rest of staff. It's a pleasure shopping in this store and always be greeted with a smile. Highly recommend this store to all.

PA yesterday gave ineffective amoxicillin rx yesterday when I usually take augmentin. I came this morning to change and the pa today wanted me to get in back of the line and open up a whole new case w additional payments. Minute clinic should allow for rx change issues immediately and without cost. Then these jerks started hounding me for not waiting in line and the manager saw the tail end and rudely insinuated I was at fault and asked me to leave. Happened just now
