This is our first time at Catalina craft pizza company. We tried a couple appetizers. The zucchini fries were bomb and the Parmesan garlic fries had a perfect amount of seasoning for lunch. We had the Italiano sandwich with the salad. I could have a sandwich every day for lunch and we got the, Maria pizza. Fresh ingredients and crispy crusts. Great food. Great atmosphere. Great prices.

We went for the lunch specials. The food was great. Their pizzas are pretty good as well. I live in New Jersey, and we have good pizza here. Catalina's Pizza would do well here.I also had their Strawberry Jalepeno Margarita. It was so good.... I had to have a second

We arrived 10 minutes early for a 6pm reservation to find that they could not find it. We were seated at a 2 top next to the door. The door was broken and kept opening on its own to let in a cool breeze. Our waitress arrived about 7 minutes after we were seated and took drink orders. About 10 minutes later she arrive with 4 drinks and asked which ones were ours. Beer was promptly spilled on the table and menus. She left without wiping it up and did not return. I found some napkins near the door and cleaned up the mess. Another 10-15 minutes went by and she returned to take our food order , a large salad to share and a 14inch Kitchen sink pizza. Our large salad was delivered by another person; without silverware or extra plates. We did eventually get forks. Quite a while after our salad was finished our waitress arrived with a 12inch margherita pizza asking if this was ours, 5 minutes later followed by a 12 inch pepperoni and mushroom. Both were not what we ordered. (The table next to ours was was having the same experience with different pizzas) An hour and 18 minutes after we arrive we finally got the right pizza. It was greasy, cheesy on one half and none on the other. My husband liked the cheesy half. Salad was fresh and beer was cold. I don't think I will be returning. This was not our first visit but it has been a disappointment the last several visits. We keep going back because of the live music. I need to find a different venue

The lady who serves you seems really nice but she's actually really rude. I went in and asked why the pizza was so much and she didn't say anything about it in defense just " you could go to little Caesars across the street". I should have gone across the street but I had a bad experience there and was curious. The pizza was 27$ plus tax and it was the margherita ( cheese basil tomatoes). It wasn't anything to write home about,average at best, and the same size as anyone elses large. I wish I didn't give my money to them. Her husband Tony is the big bald guy that hangs out at the bar all day... did I mention he's rude? Don't know why I even gave them a 2 star on anything

I wanted to leave a review based on the owners responses to frivolous types alone cause they’re awesome but thought I should wait for the pizza. Honestly, I didn’t know pizza was supposed to be this good. I had a mom and pop in town I used to visit regularly when I lived in town and have been missing a good pizza spot. Wish I had gotten here sooner. The crust, the cheese, the sauce and service were just incredible. I want to keep raving but should probably stop and finish eating. Freaking amazing!

Dont order an Ugly Steak. It comes in little pieces. We should have known when we asked for medium rare, and she said there wasn't a choice.So much seasoning on it, not good!We've had Ugy Steak before, and it's a whole piece of tender steak that's good.

We had a very disappointing pizza. We expected a lot more from our $31 takeout, 5 item, 14" pizza. I would describe the taste of their sauce as a canned Chef Boyardee ravioli flavor. Plus they got the order wrong. We ordered Green Peppers, somehow they gave us Pepperoni instead. That really messes up the flavor of the pizza. Not trying to pile on here, but the toppings were sparse too.

The wings were surprisingly delicious and the Ugly Steak Sandwich was filled with flavor. I've had Dickman's Ugly Steak before, so had to try it in a sandwich. No regrets!The service was wonderful and the prices were not over the top. Live music filled the air and I saw that they were going to bring in a local comedian the next day. Pleasantly surprised! Will be back for sure!

The wings are outstanding! Naked or rubbed, definitely worth the trip. Sauces and rubs are all made in house. Pizzas are tasty as well, and they have a very nice selection of craft beers on tap. Last but not least, the owners and staff are amazing and will take great care of you!

I can’t believe we live this close and hadn’t tried Catalina Craft Pizza until recently, but we’re SO glad we did. It’s hard to find gluten-free options in our area, even Oro Valley, and the gluten-free options don’t end at the pizza. They are able to make their awesome wings gluten-free. The wings really are excellent. But what really impressed us and stays with us is the service here. We’ve eaten here twice in a week. Our first time, our server was Isabella and she was so sweet, and accommodating and helpful in getting the wings to be GF, she talked to the chef (Brady?) and we were there early enough so they could bake them. Anyway, Isabella really provided great service and the wings were great. We were hoping to get pizza, my wife is the one with the gluten allergy, and they were out of the GF crust that day, so I didn’t feel right getting pizza if she couldn’t try the GF crust. So I went with the Italian sandwich, because, well, first of all, HELLO, CAPICOLA! I love capicola, I rarely see it on anyone’s menu and I also noticed they use it as a meat topping for their pizzas, so I got the sandwich so I’d know how it’d be on the pizza next time. The whole sandwich was very good, not just the capicola, I liked the peppers and the other meats and the bread was fresh. But the experience stood out because of Isabella’s great service, even if we didn’t like the food.Later that same week, I called to see if the GF crust was available, it was, and we went. This time our server was Marisa, and she was just as great as Isabella! We really liked her. She was also VERY pleasant, and just a lot of fun to have as our server, she checked on us, it was a lot of fun AND we were able to enjoy the pizza. NICE! Pretty darn close to NY pizza! Excellent crust, chewy but also crispy AND you can taste a nice flavor in the dough, it’s not JUST a vessel for the sauce and cheese. I think the mozzarella is what makes the pizza so good, although the sauce is also great, it’s got a little bit of a sweetness to it, not too acidy. And you can bet I got capicola as a topping and it was great! Capicola and black olive, yum! Even the GF pizza was very good (usually you say it’s “good for gluten-free” but this really was one of the better GF crusts).We just love the way we’re treated and it’s not like we’re even regulars. Add the great food and you’ve got a winner! I think we’re about to BECOME regulars!

Very tired, on way home from a 4 hour event, and so hungry. Plus we wanted to see the Chiefs on Sunday night. Anyway, we ordered the Pinocchio Pasta and a salad! It was fabulous! I wanted hot tea because I was cold, our wait person gave me a quizicle look, so I asked her to heat up some ice tea! It was so good, especially with the Canoli Canoli! Yes!Happy camper here, and the best part.. the Chiefs won 🏆 5 stars for Catalina Pizza!

I went to eat here for the very first time with my family and we were treated like VIPs. Is a small restaurant with a great atmosphere. The owner Tonny went above and beyond with excellent customer service, making all our requests possible. We had a salad, pizza that we customized a little, even our drinks were amazing; and everything tasted delicious. We are very happy that we found out about it, and make Catalina Craft our favorite pizza restaurant.

I have not eaten at every pizza establishment in and around Tucson. However, since I moved here in 1982 I have eaten at a lot of them and honesty found myself lamenting the loss of some of my favorites. Well Tucson you have an absolute gem in your backyard with Catalina Craft Pizza. If you love pizza then do yourself a favor and give it a go. Afterword, head a minute north to Lick's ice cream and treat yourself to some of the best ice cream around as well.

Place is a locals joint, which I immensely respect. The Kitchen Sink Pizza was 5-Star, hands down.The only reason I can’t give 5 Star is the length of time to get the food and warm beer ( the waitress did say they had a power outage).I’d certainly go back.
