My son and I love coming here just for the simple fact of all the great colorful fishes... The employees here are very helpful and nice, especially the ones that help us with our monthly questions about keeping our fish healthy and happy... I'm not sure what the girls' names are but they're always willing to help and answer questions about our fish... Thank You again, Petsmart for your dedication to keeping our pets happy 😊 😃 😀 🐟 🐠 🐌

Today was my furbabies first and last appointment. I believe in prompt service when you schedule a appointment. The groomers were obviously behind nor was I advised they basically juggle more than one dog during the appointment slots. I'd have preferred they at least give the common curiosity of notifying me at check in. So that way I could have chosen to keep my service dog with me rather than have him kenneled or not have the service done. Otherwise the price was not bad and the lady was very nice. I give her a 5 stars. She was amazing with my furbaby. The total amount of waiting from appointment to completion was 1hr and 40 min. Which I find to be ridiculous for a basic wash, hand dry, and clipping a few nails. So unfortunately I will find a grooming service that is more structured, less stress on my service dog, and has better time management/communication. The grooming room is definitely not as well kept as the rest of the store. Lots of clumps of hair all over and just didn't seem as clean as the general portion of the store.

PetSmart Grooming is the best! I took my husky pup to get a bath and a haircut, when they was done my baby was so beautiful looking. Highly recommend going to this grooming place. The groomer that done my husky was with Nicky O, she done a fantastic job making my baby look Beautiful. Walked in to get my other husky to get her nails trimmed, they also done a great job👏

There's this kid working there, how was clipping my dogs nails. He cut my dogs nail so far up there was blood on the table. Another hair groomer quickly took over once she saw me walk in ready to take my pup out of there.Please do not let this kid groom your dog, he has no idea what he is doing. They saw how bad my dogs nail was (non stop bleeding) and they didnt charge me but still my dog was in pain.

The Casa Grande store at Promenade mall is consistent with products selection and stock. It is also super clean and ducks-in-a-row orderly. I have shopped for my pets at this location since it opened in 2007 and this store in particular has welcoming staff who are helpful with a display of professionalism.

Got help right away.the staff with the piercing was very helpful and helped me get everything I needed for a drarf hamster . Thanks so much I wished I could remember her name she was very nice and giving us a variety of things to get. We got hamster, food, bedding, toys, tunnels, chew toys, bowls for food, and a water bottle. Thanks so much.

They have a good selection of crickets and insect feed. I have a scorpion who just gave birth to 15 babies!! They growing strong off the crickets and feed that I get from here.

She got her hair cut at the Petsmart in Casa Grande. They did an amazing job on a 6mo old puppy! They knew what they were doing and understood exactly what we were asking of them. We will be bringing our pretty fluffball back to them!

The store was clean, and the gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable about the pets. He was very thorough in making sure we understood the responsibilities that came with the pet we chose, which were 2 guinea pigs, and really took his time to give us advice on how to care for them.

Large pet store chain, but what sets this one apart is the staff! Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been very friendly, knowledgeable, and shows they care about their customers (both human and pet). I’ll keep coming back!

Tricks you into buying items. Got container sais 4 hornworms 50% off.. date was 6-9-23. On container. Date purchased was 617. Who would think only 2 were in there???.. normally worms etc are marked down due to growth and trying to sell befor they become pupae. Slick not pleased wont be back least as reg. And spent 145 there on bulbs and food.

I went to Pet Smart in Casa Grande this week because my dog’s regular groomer couldn’t fit him in and he was long overdue. I use Pet Smart occasionally in Queen Creek, so I thought Pet Smart in Casa Grande would be competent as well. They were polite over the phone and polite at intake, although it took a little long. They said they’d call me in two or three hours when they were done grooming Bear, which they did. When the groomer called, however, she said she was almost done drying Bear but he was giving her a bad time with his ears. Well, yeah, he’s a Cocker Spaniel and they have very sensitive ears. She, as a professional dog groomer, should know that. She should also stop trying to dry his ears if he's showing signs that it's hurting him. He’s a very timid, gentle dog, and no one has once complained about him before. In fact, his usual groomer says he’s the best behaved Cocker Spaniel they have.At any rate, I picked him up, which also took a long time, got him home, looked at his face and noticed one eyebrow was completely untrimmed. Later in the evening, my daughter pointed out that they shaved his snout too closely, because she could see where he had been bleeding. Then, I noticed another untrimmed spot on his belly. It’s been two days now and his snout is scabbing and bleeding like crazy. He’s so miserable. At the very least, I will say that if you love your pets, then I would NOT recommend you take them for grooming at this Pet Smart. They are either pet sadists or very inexperienced.

Our MinPin is allergic to most foods, so when we found out what she could eat fortunately Pet Smart carried a brand "Instinct" raw or freeze dried she could eat. They carry everything a pet owner needs.

Took my Westie baby girl there today - Dillon the grooming manager did her cut- I’ve been to 5 groomers in the last two years and he is the only one that did a good job! He was very good very professional and very kind to my Chloe. Thank you so much- we’ll always go there now!

We have been taking 2 of our Huskies into the casa grande petsmart for a couple months now. Well we love how good Dillion has been with Athena & Taj. He does such a wonderful job on both of them. I definitely would recommend them.

Aurora is such a nice cashier she has a positive attitude and she embraced my pets which I’m so thankful for as well as Karen the pet trainer she does an amazing job you guys should really go and check her out all of the stuff for the most part is really great you guys should definitely go and give them a shot because they’re stores very clean and organize prices are all where they need to be as well as their clearance section is have some really nice things there

It’s PetSmart lol. I have to go there because they are the only place within 20 miles that provides refrigerated dog food. The staff is always nice and I buy my kitty litter from there also because it’s usually the same price as Wal-Mart here in Casa Grande, AZ, but I get points back.

I love PetSmart, though we had a few hiccups. We adopted my little kitten Nugget from the Casa Grande location. When we adopted her we were told she was a male. It was only upon taking her to her wellness exam we found out she was female. So there is that. Other than that the staff for the most part is pretty knowledgeable and friendly. We're always there so of course we'll be back lol
