We drove the extra miles for good beef and this place didn’t disappoint!!! We had the aged t-bone - beautiful marbling and rich flavor - barked up perfectly on the grill. The house chimichurri sauce was good too - saved us making our own and we weren’t disappointed!! Thank you gentlemen! It was worth the journey!

Once you buy your meat from The Meat Market you will never want to buy meat from anywhere else! I’ve always bought my meat from grocery stores - not giving much thought about the quality. The meat you buy here is phenomenal, and doesn’t even compare to what you would get at a grocery store. All of their selections are pasture raised and they even offer a lot of grass fed beef options! There’s so much more than meat too…. Bone broth..tallow..pimento cheese dip..salsa… the list goes on. Everyone that works there is incredibly nice and helpful too :) I’m so grateful that I found The Meat Market!

Hard to say whether I loved more the grass fed real beef, their farm pork, raw milk of farm eggs. Just finished the last of the frozen culinary genius collection they have like bolognese and prime rib Philly I smuggled to Colorado and now I just miss it all. Stay great! Justin

Always grass-fed no antibiotic grade A meat. Dry aged! Just go in there and see what they have it's worth your time. Tonight we had the Flintstone beef ribs!! I love their bologna they're bacon pretty much anything they have to offer I will buy. Here's a finished product of the Flintstone beef ribs

Went to The Meat Market to pick up a few Fillet Mignons for our Valentines Day dinner. We wanted a great Prime Fillet and read great reviews. Let me say they did not disappoint! The meat was so tender, it absolutely melted in your mouth. We will absolutely come back for more.

I simply love this place. A great assortment of the best cuts of meat. The beer brats are delicious. Also they sell the best stocks ( pork, chicken). And if you like condiments, their Korean mustard is simply the best. Please support local businesses like these. We need them just as much as they need us. Try them and see for yourself...the second picture below is a flatbread I made with their beer brats, Korean mustard and arugula. Delicious!

I can not wait to stop here next time with my husband. I cooked the freshest, clean, delicious, ultra juicy chicken wings. I am impressed. I can't wait to try the ground beef, ribs, & steak next. I also appreciate local sourced meat. Supporting your local community is important.

I stoped by this place to get some organs for my homemade dog food. It is clean, new and beautiful inside and the owners were extremely helpful and informative. I feel like I got a fair price and can’t wait to try out my new recipe :-)

Highly recommend The Meat Market for anything you need from a real butcher Beef, Pork or chicken!The Meat Market is the real deal. from their steaks to Pork and Chicken I have never had anything that was not amazing. Great work guys keep it up.There are many phony shops popping up that will buy from a distributor like US Foods or Shamrock and re-vacuum seal and label as their own do not be fooled but that.

Customer service was great but I'll have to say I was disappointed in the quality of the rib roast we purchased for Christmas. At $40/lb I wouldn't expect so much fat and inedible parts throughout the meat. As a working man I wouldn't risk so much money here again.

This is an amazing place that has incredible high quality meat. Roni who is the owner will help you through the process and answer any questions you may have. I always say when it comes to high quality meat, you get what you pay for. I've had their steaks and most recently purchased my prime rib for Christmas from here. It was incredible melt in your mouth and everyone raved at this being their best prime rib they have ever tasted. Compliments goes to the chef (me) as well. This IS the place to purchase your meats and want the world to know how great this place is. Try and you will not be disappointed. I'm now a life long supporter for this great local business.

Being from the Midwest, I struggled for years to find a quality butcher in the Valley until I stumbled upon this gem in Cave Creek. I have been a customer now for 3+ years, and refuse to get meat from any other place now. The steaks, chicken, pork chops, bacon, sausage, turkey (Thanksgiving), and ribs are the freshest, juiciest, high quality meat I have ever had in my life. Every bite melts in your mouth, and everything simply tastes fresh, and like none other. We even get our eggs, and fresh dog food from this spot too. The location itself is extremely clean, well-organized, and professional. The Meat Market makes you feel like family, which is refreshing. The owner Roni is fantastic, and will go above and beyond to educate you on every cut of meat, and accommodate your every need. Dale and Josh are awesome and professional too, and will assist you with any request, cut, or question you may have. Everyone at the Meat Market is professional, respectful, and kind. I don’t leave 5 star reviews because out of principle it represents a perfect score with no flaws and there is always opportunity to do better; however, I purchased two filets and a ribeye and both had 100% perfect yields with no waste and to top it off they were easily the absolute best steaks I’ve had in Phoenix, period. The saying you get what you pay for is true here so pay up and enjoy one of the absolute best meals. You are in for a great treat with this place. I look forward to going back and trying new things!I also must compliment you on the cleanliness of their shop, it’s easy to let the little things go but the details here are solid.Congratulations on earning my second ever five star review.

Prime tenderloin filets that we cooked via sous vide then finished on grill were melt in our mouths goodness that will keep us coming back to this place for meat. A real butcher shop! Stopped by today for the first time and picked up some beer brats, hot dogs and bone in rib eye steaks.We cooked the dogs and brats for dinners. The kids ate the hotdogs super fast. The brats were amazing! Usually we marinate the brats before we cook. These went straight on the grill and the flavors were great! Everyone raved about how good they were.I am very excited for the steaks tomorrow.Anyone looking for good quality meat skip the low quality grocery store and make the stop. They have a great selection.Plus they have a camera directly over their cutting board, so you can watch as they hand cut all your meat.Can’t wait to go back for more!!

I have to say I expected better quality for the prices, 9.99 lb for hamburger and 29.99 lb for porterhouse. Another woman was complaining while we were there that the strip steaks she got for Christmas had so much grizzle they only ate about 1/2 of it. I’ve had way better beef from Whole Foods.

This place is A1... Product and staff.. Love love love! Really get a great feeling when I go in shop!! Some of my fav.. Center cut pork tenderloin tied! Chicken legs and thighs.... This is what God made chicken to taste like! And of course center cut, tied prime filet!!!! Amazing... Heaven on a plate! My husband and I are foodies and this is a foodies paradise!!! 🤗🤗🤗Moe

My Dad was a butcher. He had a meat market in South Buffalo NY and fed the steelworkers. So I know my meat. My first visit today had me leaving with two loin veal chops. Heavenly. Follow the cooking instructions and choose a nice wine (check out Brix Wine next door) and you have a meal to remember. Bring your wallet but it's worth every penny.

The absolute best place for steaks anywhere in the north valley. They also do custom cuts and butcher to order. I only buy my steaks from them now. The marbling is generally incredible and the fat will just melt in your mouth. Everyone should try their bone in ribeyes at least once.

Hands down, THE BEST, prime tenderloin that we have ever eaten!!! You could taste the freshness and the quality in every bite, and we barely needed knives to cut the meat, it simply melted in our mouths! For the first time after I left my country Poland I really enjoyed beef liver. 30 years ago in Poland we only had real meat from animals from small farms and I was missing that taste of a healthy meat. I tried AJs and Whole Foods to only give up trying. I felt the taste was always off until now. Thank you meat market for doing things right. No wonder why my American friends hate to eat liver. If I was growing up here and had to eat what’s offered is supermarkets I would do the same. I highly recommend this little shop.

What luck to have this in Carefree. Fresh meat - lamb - Pork - beef all grass fed and natural. The pork chops tasted like a prime steak. The ribeye steak and hanger steak were awesome. The owners are great. Everything is cut that day or while you wait. A treasure.
