It’s their policy to shut the pharmacy window IN YOUR FACE at lunchtime, regardless of how long you’ve been waiting in line. What kind of business would do this? ASHLEY blamed it on their district manager, but refused to provide the phone number for this person. I’m currently waiting for a pharmacist to transfer my prescriptions to Walmart. THE OTHER COMMENTERS ARE CORRECT. Avoid this pharmacy and store like the plague.

It's completely disgusting, not to mention inept, dangerous, and abysmal customer service, to have this pharmacy department not answer calls and hang up on people for both customers and physicians alike. You see all these reviewers saying they are being hung up on, put on hold for extended time periods only to be hung up on anyways, and Pharmacists being rude to customers in person. There's ZERO justification for this. Hire someone to work the phones. Corporate needs to shut this place down.

The most frustrating experience ever. They say my Dr denied my refill. Call the Dr they never got anything. Month after month same thing. I've been on this same medicine over 3 years and never had these problems until the last few refills. Call only to be placed on hold for over an hour. Go there wait in long lines for nearly an hour to be told its still not ready because of a glitch in the system told to come back after lunch. 3rd time at this store for 24 little pills. I'm about ready to take myself off of them and risk the relapse just to never have to deal with this store.

They need to get more help for the pharmacy. EVERY time I go there, it takes forever. I will definitely find another pharmacy for my mother to use.

I wish I could post ZERO stars because they don't deserve even one!!! The Pharmacy management should be ashamed at the incompetence of the staff and Corporate is obviously not involved at store level. Just read all the reviews and do NOT fill prescriptions here!! I agree with all the negative comments and only fill one prescription here that I cannot change! You have been warned.

Walgreens should really get someone to answer the pharmacy calls in a timely matter. Rather than having people wait 30+ minutes on hold, just to end up a swering the phone and telling me to hold once again! My son ran out of his medication yesterday and the therapist had the worst time trying to get ahold of someone at the pharmacy to let them know it was okay to release the medication early because my son went up in doses. I live 30 minutes from my closest walgreens, I'm not going to travel all that way just because a simple phone call would not be answered. Walgreens you need to do better! This is day 2 of trying to get ahold of the pharmacy!! If I could give this store 0 stars, I really would!

In store tonight was fine.You should also do something about your phones. If you need to speak to me the pharmacy it's almost impossible to get anyone. Many times I get disconnected after waiting for on hold.

This would be a great place for a pharmacy! I have never been so frustrated by a store. I was actually on hold for one hour and 15 minutes with 2 callers ahead of me. I will never use this so called pharmacy. Don't waste your time with this place!!!!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This place is soooo bad. I was just trying to get my prescription and I was on hold twice for an hour just so they can hang up on me. Called the manager and he hung up as well. Never even got to talk to the pharmacy. They would just rather hang up on people on hold then answer the call. Sad, just sad.

If it were up to me they wouldn’t get any stars because they are by far the worst hair ever had to deal with. Don’t even bother trying to call them because they NEVER answer the phone. I high recommend that you never come here ever‼️

Dropped off a prescription to be filled, kept calling the info line on the status of my prescription, still pending, for 2 days. I finally got a person to answer the phone only to be told after waiting 2 daysthere are to busy to fill it. What the heck???

I called 3 times and was put on hold for 20 minutes to speak to someone at the pharmacy. They hung up on my calls and I never spoke to anyone. Do it better Walgreens!!! Especially for the seniors! WTH!!??

Worst pharmacy in the history of ever. Worst Walgreens pharmacy that I have ever went to. Always Long lines. They never answer the phones and I mean never. It's been this way for at least 5 years and never has gotten better.

Terrible pharmacy customer service 😡. They leave you on hold FOREVER and then hang up on you and they’re rude. It’s sad that the people that DO want to work are as rude as this 😢.

If I could give this pharmacy a negative review I would. I just had surgery and was told that pain medication was called in went to Walgreens and waited 40 minutes and never got the pain medication I guess I will just go home in pain and hope the pain subsides. My doctors office sent me an email saying that they called in the prescription before I left the hospital.

Absolutely the best group of people working here, I've never had a bad experience. I have gone in several times for makeup and the makeup lady is phenomenal in her knowledge of products. Bought a beautiful canvas of a deceased pet, was ready the next day! Last week I was looking for covid tests, because no other pharmacy would bill my insurance, they would! And they were ready by the time I drove there (thank you Mandy)!

Considering the fact that I can literally purchase any of these items online but instead choose to walk into a store, I would love to see the customer service improve here. Customers are not an inconvenience. We are job security. A team meeting regarding hospitality is in dire need here.

Very quick, great selection, and one of only a few places that seems largely unaffected by pandemic and post-pandemic pricing. What cost a dollar in 2019, is largely still priced with normal inflation rates... Not like the Wal- done the road who is charging $28.50 for a 12 pack of sodas.

Poor service. Three round trips to get one script. Script had been filled on the 27th and billed to my insurance company on 27th, but they had no record of it. 2 of the 3 trips were special repeat trips, each costing me 17$ . NEVER AGAIN Walgreens.

Absolutely the slowest to fill scripts ! My doc called in 2 simple scripts at 2 pm yesterday and at 8 this morning they still aren’t ready! Tried to call yesterday for status and was on hold for over 1/2 hr and then was disconnected. Ugh!!!

First off they reduced hours to 9 to 5 and closed at lunch. For those of us who work it's impossible to fill our meds. Second getting thru to anyone on the phone is impossible they put me on hold 15 times and transferred me 3 before telling me I needed to talk to the department I called in the first place and they were now at lunch. Made an online order for a covid at home test which never got processed. And when they told me they would call me back they never did. I've always been a loyal walgreens customer. But not here. Changing pharmacies. Oh and I've actually been shorted meds before too. Worst service ever.

I was waiting this morning in line at the pharmacy and it took a long time and I heard all the other people complaining harshly and you guys heard it and i know it makes you feel bad. I just want to say that everyone who works in the pharmacy is amazing and always so nice, gentle and caring. Nicest pharmacy staff in town. They always get the right acne med brand i jeed and remember me. It might take long because you guys are the busiest in town but you guys make up for it with your great attitudes‼️‼️

We waited in line for 25 minutes at the pharmacy for my pain medication. They were able to help 1, yes one customer in the 25 minutes we were there. We called in an attempt to speak to a manager or assistant manager but we were advised management only works during the day. By the time we left there were 14 people in line. Stop taking orders since you can’t get them to your customers!

We absolutely LOVE OUR WALGREENS!!!! Everyone in there is great!!! From our favorite pharmacist Maya to Jerlyn on drive thru to Mr Don who’s absolutely awesome! Mr Don is a Jack of all trades, and should be doing Walgreens commercials because he’s the living commercial…he’s like Tony The Tiger…GREEAAAATTTT!!!!!!Thank you guys all at Walgreens Bullhead! We love you guys!!!
