I'm updating my Home Depot review from two years ago. Customer Service and stocking can still be an issue, but I only see effort and the improvement that comes with it. In particular, I need to compliment the entire paint team for their knowledge and commitment.

Went in to get some supplies to fix the bathroom sink. Bill was very helpful in answering our questions and helping us get the right parts. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our dog goes in too and she had fun sniffing all the employees.

OK, so I go into this store lost as a pseudo plumber, having no idea what I'm doing, and pretty much ready to give up on this diy project. It's Rv plumbing, which I have never done b4! Never want to do this again. Then, I met Clair. What a relief that was. He sent me home with the fix, and I broke that, of course, so back I go, and Clair fixed it again for me. He sent me home with exactly what I needed, and it worked so far! Many thanks to Clair and Home Depot for hiring him. Now, I am a Home Depot customer for life!

Customer service is what they lack.I went to pick-up a window ac unit that I ordered the end result is I made them refund my credit card because the customer service agent was so rude. When I spoke to the manager on the phone and explained what happened he informed me that he would look into what happened and get back to me. NEVER HEARD BACK. As a local resident of Bullhead City NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY.

Nice people. Always ready to help when I need it. Associates are knowable about their products and spots where products are at.Checking out is easy and when help is needed they are fast to respond to help keep the lines moving.

I love going to home depot and tractor supply and harbor freight . I love the stores and everything they sell , it’s a big toy store to me . Things have gotten Really expensive , I’ve noticed things have went way up price wise and it’s so depressing, but I still love the home stores

Always helpful staff. When they don’t know where to find something they will always get the right person to help fairly quickly. Customer service associates are awesome and helpful. Great store!

Lots of chaos and long wait time for my on line order pick up. Once I got my order home and unloaded it I found 2 damaged pieces. Of course the item is now out of stock. Friendly employees. After this experience I'll go for delivery next time. Just not worth the drive or chaos.

We went to home Depot yesterday to purchase a water softener. There was three (3) associate standing at the other end of the isle. I motioned to the women that part of their gathering and she asked in a loud tone "what do you want"I didn't want anyone to help us that apparently was more involved in in her conversations with the other two men so I went out in the isle and stop a women and asked her if we could of get some assistance. She called a brb and he was very helpful. We stopped going vro Lowe's becaucr if their poor customer service

Last year we buy a water heater and we pay for warranty, now our water heater broken since before thanks giving, so they sent a somebody to check on it, they said its broken, and then they sent another person to check on it, its says its broken, and then they sent another person again, he said he order the parts for it so its gonna be a week or 2, so we been heating up some water to take a shower and , why just dont replaced it if its broken, so this people dont care anymore cuz they dont get money from us anymore, so home depot sucks, i told to my family dont shop there anymore, cuz they dont help u if u need it they gonna let u wait forever, people from home depot try to take shower cold water and brush ur teeth with cold water with this cold weather and let me know if u not gonna make u angry

the same product line to keep up with home depo. He insisted that it wasn’t. So I went onto their app and showed him, then he said how it was only online, I looked further and showed him that it was for his store. Once he realized that he was wrong he said he didn’t care and now I am not getting anything and I showed have just paid the full price because now I have to leave. Apparently he was the manager and he was so embarrassed about his own ignorance being shown in front of several employees that he got a very at me . I am at a complete loss of words. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, I was about to spend over $3000 and I own several businesses which require me to frequent home depo on a very regular basis. This is the single worst customer experience I’ve ever had anywhere in my life. I will make a point of driving to kingman or Havasu before I ever come back to this location. This manager needs to attend an anger management class and not take out his random and uncontrollable anger on a customer for no reason. Do everything you can to stay away from this home depo, it’s worth the hour drive to go to literally any other location.

Customer service was awesome. I asked a simple question about a freezer. Unfortunately the person I asked didn't work in that department. She had no problem getting us to the right person in the right department. I always have a good experience at Home Depot.Plus they're the only ones that have Ryobi.

This review is not so much on Home Depot but the contractor that we were forced to use to have security doors installed. Below is an example on just one of three doors and how it was left by the crew that was sent out to install it. I would not recommend allowing Home Depot to schedule the contractor that does the work for you. Find your own contractor first!!! The contractor was Redmond Construction

Bullhead city location seems to be lagging in customer service and treating elderly people like dirt ..the store manager seems to have no authority over department managers..why even have a store manager if they can't do anything in the store they manage... very pathetic

I cannot say enough about this store. Every time I deal with them whether in store or curbside pickup, the staff and small gestures of kindness are stellar and definitely deserve recognition.Previously they have gone above and beyond in the paint department for me. Just genuine home town customer service.Today I did some curbside pickup and they not only brought my items out quickly on a 110° day but handed me an ice cold water bottle. She looked in my back seat seeing I had my kids with me and pulled a few more from her pocket. I love that she came with extra just in case.I appreciate the thoughtful gestures and warm smiles. Sometimes it's the little things that make a huge difference. Kudos to you Home Depot Bullhead City. Y'all are doing it right! Thank you!!

See Tom if you're a woman and you go here! So as a woman i've always found it to be a challenge getting the right kind of help in this category. Yesterday, Saturday, I went into this store with a hose problem and a garbage disposal drain stopper problem. Both were problems because I didn't know why my hose was spraying all over the place at the faucet, and I didn't know why I was having to buy way too many drain stoppers to fit what seem to be a standard garbage disposal drain. I usually don't ask for help because in my experience I just haven't been treated well asking such questions in this category (meaning the DIY category). To my surprise I was asked if I needed help and Tom listened to me without condescension and fully explained and helped me troubleshoot simple solutions and possible reasons why I was having problems. He educated me and showed me the products in that huge store that would solve my problems! Customer service is Customer Service regardless of your gender. Builders and contractors might be the primary customer base; however, more often than not women control the purse strings of the household. Tom did an A+ job! He could be a customer service role model.

Just moved from Boring Oregon and lived there for 3 during COVID 1occasion visiting the Depot in Gresham I asked a lady for help her response was “it’s not my department and walk off leaving me standing there needless to say I never went back point being Home Depot in Bullhead has the most kind courteous and helpful workers hats off to you especially Paul he has more customer service ability and is a gem for this with on how accommodating his was seeing to our shopping experience you really need to clone this man

I bought to paint sprayers and about $200and paid and when I went to one sprayer fell, I went to another one. It wouldn’t work right out of the box and they wouldn’t take it back so I guess this means as long as you’re paying them money they’re happy when it comes or wait on you they’ not going to help One thing I’ve learned in my lifetime you never pay for aggravation, and this place is aggravating. Bottom line this location is not back it’s product. It looks for every way I can to get out of paying you your money back.
