Neil is the best here at this T-Mobile, he took care of us getting new lines set up. This store doesn't have stock but our items arrived fast . We then took them to the store & Neil set them up by porting out numbers. Thanks Neil your definitely an asset to this company 👍 😀

Sams club is the way to go. You can find most stuff you're looking for and usually it's in stock. I was suprised to find so much seafood here. The pizza? Well, I've come here just to have pizza. Quiet possibly some of the best!

Clean location, friendly helpful staff. Having a membership here has saved me so much, especially on meat. My savings on meat in the first two months paid for the membership fee. Definitely go for the plus membership if you can.

Went to Sam's Club for a couple of things, one of them being a freshly cooked rotisserie chicken to serve for dinner. When I got to the front, there were only a couple of cashiers there, and lots of self-checkout lines. I like to have a cashier, but had to wait in the long snail's-pace line with all the other people who also hate self-checkouts, for a ridiculous amount of time, to pay for my chicken, which turned out to be so raw in the middle that it had to be cooked another 90 minutes before it was safe to actually eat! Besides the long wait at checkout and the raw ready-to-eat chicken, my experience at Sam's Club was pretty much okay.

The food court service worst than terrible. Customer's waiting 40 minutes to order, 1 person working then 2 people then they disappear, where do the go, backroom to break down a big box. So nobody getting g served do.they employ the worst people to thefood court. Why do we pay a membership. I won't next year, also they have removed tables so we have to eat in the car

Sam's generally has what I want or need. Today, they were out of my paper towels & paper plates. Not a big deal, it happens. So, I bought some chicken and assorted fresh cookies, that should help me get over it, lol.

For a driver, this is easy access. Plenty of room to maneuver. Options for entrance and exit, and plenty of services nearby. Getting unloaded has been a bi-polar experience. You may get the same people, but you won't get the same reception each time.The diesel price was $4.45 a gallon today, so I dropped the trailer and used Sam's club discount. Had to have a positive spin on a lot of wasted time. I'll be back.

Always great to shop here. Walking thru today they have flu shots available, 5 mins amd done. Their employees are always smiling and helpful. Really like this store. A couple of WW halloween costumes.

Sophia is the bright eyed young lady at the service counter, her smile can make you smile, even if you don't want to, she is helpful and knowledgeable, but be careful, look her in the eyes and you'll forget why your there. Thanks Sophia! Oh yeah also there are Lots of good deals, short checkout lines, $1.50 hot dog and drink! I Recommend this store for bulk shopping.

Great store to buy in bulk. Recently I feel threatened by a specific staff member that my purchases will not be allowed if I don't expedite my exit from the store once closing time has arrived. This is not how you treat customers and needs to be corrected!

Excellent one stop all you need center. The gas is so much affordable than nearby Golden Valley or Kingman, of you have their membership. Avoid weekends, as this place gets so jam packed, that you will have. Hard time even finding a parking spot.

I use the fuel station here the wait time sucks as there are only a few diesel pumps and the employees constantly complain about my car running when it isn't. My fans run after engine is off... Other than that they are ok

Sam's Clubs is going down hill quickly. Prices are up but quality is down. Today I purchased a pumpkin pie in the bakery. Got home to cut an serve my. Friends. Hard as a rock frozen. I could not cut it or serve it. Had to race down to Safeway to buy a dessert I could serve. That night after it thawed I had a piece of the pumpkin pie. It was tasteless not good at all. I should return it buy come on 3 times to a store in one day just to get something decent to serve for dessert. Never again.

SAME! THIS Cafe service is a 1-star. 0 efficiency.They make you wait and wait to order, then you order and go wait and wait and wait in the line for pickup. Where you are asked to repeat the order you just placed and paid for. This is slow and horribly inefficient and annoying. Floor and tables are a mess, not clean.At store checkout, this 3rd visit, each time, the self serve register has an error requiring you to wait (and wait) for someone to come correct it. Only 2 other lines open and they are long! When you leave the store, every single item in your cart is scanned again and matched one for one to your receipt. This is slow. Lines are because of these processes made by someone upstairs who has no idea the impact on service. Look at your processes management! Poor slow service.

I’ve always liked the services sams club had to offer until this morning. I purchased my own tires and new battery from the auto center a few months back. This morning I went to the club to purchase a new battery for sons car who had to be to work with in the hour. I was refused service because I wasn’t a plus member. They said I had to wait til 10:00 when the store opened. I don’t need to upgrade a plan just to buy a battery. I was very disappointed with the customer service. I probably won’t renew my membership with them.

Sam's Club has some good things about it, but I feel improvements can be made. I love their quick shipping; however, I would like a bigger and greater variety available for shipping. I love that they have pick-up orders, and I use it all the time; however, the club in Bullhead City frequently forgets entire boxes on my orders. My most recent pick-up order was quite large, and I was having a hectic week. It was so convenient to be able to pick up groceries, but they forgot to bring half of my order out to the car. I didn't realize they missed half of it until I was home putting things away... Again, hectic week, and I didn't think I should have to check everything as it gets put into my car. I live over half an hour away, and I have young children. It is not easy to find time to go all the way up there again. For a little while, they were doing better at not missing things on pick-up orders, but this was such a big fail that, if anything like this happens any time soon, I'll likely have to go elsewhere for my large orders. They keep offering gift cards, but I just want them to train their employees correctly.

Went to Sams Club twice in last few days. Once came in and signs posted everywhere. No Cash Accepted. Said their machines were down. ( If machines were down that would be the registers.) I was still going to buy something but the lines were too long.I went yesterday to puck up what I didn't pick up the other day. Line were small. But the line to leave was so long. They need to focus on customer service more.

I have been spoiled by living in an area where Costco was the largest wholesale store for groceries and personal items.Since I have moved into the Bullhead City, Fort Mojave area where there is …NO‼️Costco‼️I have been forced to try Sam’s Club after a few visits …I would like to say I like Sams Club☺️‼️🎉I have been looking for a laptop for a couple of months now I have searched from Las Vegas to Lake Havasu.I’ve been to Best Buy’s , Costco , Walmart everywhere searching asking questions researchingFinally at Sams club in Bullhead City with the help Of a very knowledgeable and polite employee named AndyI was able to make a good informed decision and I purchased-my new laptop at great price ⏰I got more value for less there and if I am not 100% happy with my purchase I can return it up to 3 months laterThat’s a great deal to me

We just moved to the area and got a membership. The staff seems friendly and overall the store is clean & organized. We purchased food during our last visit and the pizza was really greasy but overall everything tasted good.🚨 My biggest and only complaint at the moment was how dirty and unstocked the Family Restroom is! I have not used their regular bathrooms yet but I was really upset to go in to change my 9 month old and find there are no changing table covers stocked and the table was filthy (you could see dust and dirt in the creases, didn’t look like it gets wiped down properly). Usually we bring something for her to lay on but didn’t have it. I had a really hard time changing my baby and stressed the whole time she was trying to touch everything. Didn’t have paper towels and the toilet, sink and floors are really dirty. Very disappointed and really affected my overall experience.

Just rejoined Sam's Club after a 5 year hiatus. They don't have the best prices on EVERYTHING, but they DO have some things at really good prices, especially gasoline! Best price I have seen in this area. Very nice folks.Update: still enjoying Sam's, especially the gas price. Did run into a couple of "out of stock" items today, though. 🤥Update 4/11/23: By and large good prices on what they carry. However, curious that boneless, skinless chicken breast is a penny per pound cheaper at Walmart. It's the SAME COMPANY! And you don't have to pay a membership fee at Wally world! SMH!!Still enjoyable shopping. However, sure would appreciate better stock and broader selection.Out of stock continues. Needed 5 items, 2 were out of stock. 🤦‍♂️
