Asked the butcher for 4 chicken breasts. From behind the counter in the case. Instead, I was told that on the cart next to me were 4 chicken breats cut and ready to go in a package.I received chicken that wasn't cut properly, and the fat wasn't trimmed off of it.These butchers are paid a very decent wage and it's apart of there job to Properly proportion there meets as well as trim the fat from the meat.Every trip I've ever had to Safeway. I've had to trim my own fat and cut the breasts to a proportion size. Considering I didn't get 4 breasts. I got two because the butcher was too lazy to cut a slice down the center of two chicken breasts.Take more pride in your work. You're being paid a decent amount more than minimum wage.

This store has definitely improved since the new manager took over. Before they were constantly out of stock of things and would take months to get restocked. It got so bad for awhile that I had to shop at Smith’s and drive further out, but I prefer this store. So I’m very happy with the manager change. Now things I buy are rarely out of stock and if so, they get restocked very quickly. My only complaint is the bakery department is lacking very badly. They don’t sell Hawaiian Rolls and their variety of cookies are extremely limited.

Safeway employees followed us around the store assuming we were going to steal. And their reason was not even good smart ones. Apparently other customers witnessed us shoving merchandise down our pants.lmap

Clean. High-quality products. Fully stocked. Great liquor And beer department. Nice service Deli with fresh fried chicken and other goodies alike.Fresh cut fruits and they also have a decent Bakery.

It was okay. Most of the employees were rude. Male employee putting away a shopping cart shoved my husband on his way out. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because Christine was only employee who greeted us, and Diane our cashier had a lovely smile and a friendly energy. The vibe from the other customers wasn't welcoming. Their bakery products are good. I like their bakery rolls and that'll probably be the reason we go back.

It was a pleasure shopping at Safeway again. I had stayed away for a year, but needed a couple of things. The first thing I noticed was that they got new shopping carts which was a very nice surprise. Also, the store just seemed so much more organized, & the shelves were fully stocked, & it just was very neat and clean and orderly.

This store never has meats that are on special. When i go on the first day of the sale they say come back later..when i go later they rudely tell you quantities where limited and we're out. Employees at this store are rude as well as the manager Cheryl. Tried to ask a question and she made me wait while she chatted with an employee. Safeway in Mohave valley is so much better than this store.

I usually love this location. Giving it 3 stars because tonight I had just recently downloaded the safeway app and clipped a few coupons I thought were eligible for the deals. As I was checking out I overheard the worker being rude to other customers around me and just walked off when they needed help. I was at checkout for a good ten minutes trying to add the deal and I was the only one there when the other customers left, and the worker kept staring at me, she then finally walked over to help me but her attitude was absolutely terrible and she made me feel embarrassed for grabbing a ineligible item for the coupon. I just decided to forget it and I put away the item I was going to get. Next time I shop at this location I'm going to try to do my shopping in the mornings or mid day because the other workers are nice and helpful. This is the second time she's been rude to me the 1st time she was rude to me and my fiancé. She really needs to work on her customers service skills.

Great customer service reps at this location so many favorites! I also like this pharmacy, flu shots to prescriptions and help with otc medicines. Did have one weird experience going later in the day for a vaccine so make sure to go before lunch when they have a bunch of pharmacy reps there. The store is always well stocked and clean great deals of discounted baked goods better produce layout then Fort Mohave but then they always beats hwy 95 in marking down the short self life goods wish I seen more red tags here or maybe it’s so popular they’re already gone. I recommend self checkout very limited registers. Today they got their fifth star back every employee encountered in the store said hello and looked genuinely happy to be working, wonderful experience!

Summer time! Just for U deals are saving me tons of cash! Lately the deals aren't as helpful to me but I can make my budget for the month still. You need to go early in the morning for the products that come up free or free with points. By 6pm...they are all gone! I do like that most of the time you have a choice between a live checker or self checkout. There are some there with real heart. Yup!

I love the gal in the deli department can't remember her name but she lives in mohave valley and there are one or two cashier's that are friendly otherwise the rest not so much also I have no issues with finding or not getting the things I need

Please please PRETTY please, for the love of God(!!!), tell your cashier CARY to please stop ripping open my bags of produce at checkout and putting her grimy hands all over them. As a grown women working in food I would hope she’d realize the money she touches is dirty and the germs transfer to my fresh produce. Please re-train because this is not the first time she’s done it. You can let her know she can look up items instead of having to rip the bags open to dig for the bar code. Gross. If it keeps up I’ll start shopping Smiths.

7/10 of the staff is rude.They will prioritize the elderly over anyone else. As well as "true" AmericansDoesn't matter if you are there first, in a clearly visible line.Debbie at the self check out is rude.The deli lady, short, always wears a hat is also rude. Make sure you make it known that you are next in line or she will purposely go to the next person.Update 2/25: Still the same issue...here goes: It was about 10:45am when I walked in looking for the fresh hot wings, they usually have during the mid morning-afternoon.But they only had 2 flavorsSo I asked them to drop some zesty wings. I walked around the store while waiting for them.I come back at 11am and I ask them how much longer on the wings.James, the redheaded male tells me he has other things to do and it will be some time. So I asked him how long. He can't give me a timeframe.A shorter lady in the deli took it upon herself to take care of the wings I had requested.As I'm standing here, I witness James tell other people to get chicken from the hot bar instead of whats at the deli because it's more "cost effective". I've seen so many people pass by and look at the wings bar and they are so disappointed in the selection.It's 11:15 am and now I have wings. I can't believe I waited so long just to have them give me a bunch of drumettes. I guess no flats available.To ask people to do their simple job is too much nowadays.

Really do not appreciate the cashier opening up our produce with her dirty hands to scan the barcode when the item can be looked up. I know, I work there at self checkout 😂 but don’t get paid for it. Need better training. You don’t handle money and then touch people’s food. Guess I’m committing to Smiths.

This is my go to store. I absolutely love this place. I shop here at least twice a week if not more. The bakery is my favorite place in the store, delicious! If you are looking to save some 💰 money download their app it really is worth it, especially if you use your rewards to save 10¢ per gallon on gas. I have accumulated enough rewards to save a dollar a gallon several times. They also have a clearance aisle at the back of the store that offers an assortment of items for 50% off the regular price. It's always something different but I have noticed candy, wine and vitamins consistently. This establishment also has a Starbucks located on the premises. The employees are great too. This is definitely A +++++ in every way.

I was in the store today and I forgot to clip some coupons before I arrived. A big THANK YOU to Jody who closed her line to assist me. She downloaded the app on my phone and made sure the coupons I missed were clipped. This saved me a bit of money which is always helpful. A big shout out to Jody for going above and beyond!

Some are low prices & some are higher. We like the $2.99 on sale of the good tasting medium frozen Pizzas & the $1.50 4 medium Cinnamon Rolls. Eggs price are going down. People are friendly. Why do we have to apply App for other items discount for?

I enjoy shopping at Safeway. Bright, clean, and well-stocked stores. I love their digital deals and their $5.00 Friday deals. Today I got cheese for 1.27 ea for 2, Signature Select Ice Cream for .97 cents, and Boneless Chicken Breasts for 1.77 lb. With crazy high prices on everything, I appreciate the deals!I love using the app to add my digital deals, look at the weekly ad and plan my shopping trips.

Incredible staff at this store that went the extra mile to help me with issues running the app for the super deals. It's kept very clean, and many of the staple products I get were in stock and well dated. The deli staff was rocking order after order, keeping the lines moving and doing so with smiles and friendliness. Best customer service and good looking produce. Thank you Safeway!!!

It's a small footprint store. The selection of products is smaller. The dairy section is not maintained well and is always out of stock on Sugar Free Coffee Creamer. Cashiers are nice and friendly.
