Great place to take your Dog. I have a Golden Doodle. Took him to Puppy class at the Bullhead Pet Smart Jackie is a awesome trainer. Great Groomers Just had my Doodle bathed and groomed, they did a beautiful job, he had a lot of matting in his fur. Everyone in the store are helpful very pleasant and willing to help you.The store carries a good Supply of needs for all types of pets not just Dogs and Cats but other pets as well.Nice place to go to.

It was an extended Cyber Monday deal for petxmart so I decided to go online and get the 30% off on my dogs pillows. As Petsmart has great selection of pillows and great discounts. The customer service i. Kingman is always great. But they did not have the pillows i wanted in my store or for delivery i had to go and pick them up at the Bullhead AZ store. Wasn't as familiar with that store. They were very busy. The person who brought our stuff to the car seemed to be in a hurry. But all was taken care of. Normally I go i person to get pillows as I have an 8yr old lab mix and a 2yr Beagle/English bulldog. Want to make sure the pillows are comfortable for the both of them. It turns out they're amazing. My dogs will love their Christmas present. The biggest pillow has memory foam in it and is an orthopedic pillow it normally cost $100, the smaller one is a cuddler and it would normally cost $50. I got them for 30% off and they aramazing. Both pillows are a Top Paw brand as I find they are the best quality, you can wash the cover, very sturdy, and great price. We just put the old pillows in the garage (they love hanging in there with my husband) and put the new in the house. Great buy. Definitely would buy the product again.

The night manager on 4/25/24 at the Bullhead City, AZ store was the most offensive, rude and unprofessional individual I have ever met. You need to be more respectful to customers. We are the reason you have a job and get paid! I personally would have fired you if I was your manager. You don’t speak to customers like that. So what if my dog dropped a ball in the isle and you had to pick it up! That’s your job! You don’t walk up to a customer and rudely say next time pick up your dogs mess! When they are checking out with over $50.00 in toys and, walk away before I can respond! You just lost a customer!

The groomer Daniel did an excellent job. I'm very happy with the way petsmart handles. They're grooming and how fast you can get an appointment. Great job daniel And I am editing this now. My groomer is Rebecca.She is very excellent with my one that doesn't sit. Still, she is very patient. Thank you.

I’ve always loved petsmart and this one has always had animals with the best personalities. For whatever reason they’re so interactive. My son and I sat and played games with the birds for almost an hour. They were behind glass but kept trying to climb on our fingers so we wiggled it to show them we couldn’t touch them through it. After a few times the birds started wiggling their heads while we moved our fingers. It was hilarious. Those birds have gone now, but we’ve had silly success with a lot of the other animals as well!

Went in for a low cost dog leash, a healthier dog jerky & to price a pair of boots for my little girl Peaches. Walked out with nothing! Prices are crazy! I know my little girl is worth it but, Soc Sec disability doesn't allow us to do this anymore. Wish I could get paid for doing chores😁 lolAll in all, PetSmart is an awesome store. We've been shopping with them for 35yrs or more.Thanks PetSmart💕

The staff here is fantastic. They truly care. Everyone I have interacted with here is very kind. Josh is also fantastic. My dog has been having some allergy issues and he showed me and explained all of my options, then he went above and beyond to explain the different dog food content percentages and how something could be affecting her with her current diet. I highly recommend this location for all of your pets needs. I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you!

We go there for crickets often. They are out many times mostly because we live in Arizona and they die in route to the store. The other day I noticed there was a sign saying you get a coupon if they don't have any in stock and I was never told about that nor given a coupon. I think they should make the customer aware or just give the coupon to use next time

I have two 100 gallon aquariums, a bearded dragon, a western Gecko, a hamster, and a cat so as you can guess I go here often. I love the employees at this location by Target! They are the sweetest, warmest, most helpful girls! Especially when your buying and caring for your pets this is the kind of people I definitely want helping me! One girl in particular whose name is Cat is an absolute doll and has a wealth of knowledge with all lizards, snakes, frogs, reptiles, and fish, and loves to share her experiences since she herself has over 50. She inspects all fish I buy to make sure they look really healthy so I dont transfer diseases into my tank, and Ive never asked her to do that, she just does. She helped me set up my salt water tank and my Beardies tank with great success and saved me money by advising me not to buy certain items that would either harm my animals or were products that were useless. By giving me detailed instructions on what you should or shouldnt buy, put in your tanks, what can cause unexpected health issues and how to prevent them. She is respectful and doesnt force the help on you but if you ask she is more than willing to take her time explaining anything to you. I told the manger this and she said that they have her teach THEM about the animals, i thought that was kinda funny lol. Reptiles and fish are tricky animals I dont know what my husband, me or my son (who is very shy at 9 but isnt afraid to talk to her) would do without her help!! Ive been to the store in kingman ans their store is not as friendly ans their fish are in tanks that are very dirty with dead fish in them, i would strongly advise not to buy tour fish from the Kingman store. Sorry for such a long review but when it comes to our pets I think its important to know. Hope this helps😊
