My husband and I recently moved to the area and have been to this location roughly 4 times. Each time having a completely different and always awkward experience. The customer service received by Erick was definitely a relief! He was down to earth, knowledgeable of the product, he made suggestions and he the conversation didn’t seem forced and definitely made me feel a bit more relaxed and not awkward. I believe I left him a $28 tip in jar. Well deserved, thank you!

Receptionist was friendly as soon as i walked in. Signed ne up for specials. TONS of specials!! Steven was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, took his time to make sure i was getting what i wanted. Gave me several options which worked out great. Thanks Steve! We had the best experience from the time we walked in the door to the time we walked out the door! We were greeted with a very pleasant young lady, and then upon entering the dispensary. Our Bud tender was fantastically, knowledgeable and super cool and personable and fun and nice, and I told the girl on the way out the door that it was the best dispensary ever. And our savings being our first time there were phenomenal and we will get reward points for what we bought today and I can’t wait to go back!

Just went here to get some gummies, Destiny took her time to talk to me and encouraged me to try something new, faster acting, and even showed me the product and explained how it is similar to what I currently use and how it differs. She also took the time to talk to me on a personal level! I will always go here because everyone is always so friendly!

Walking in I was greeted, I’m sorry I didn’t get his name, he was ,pleasant, friendly, and what stuck to was “go shopping” - literally made me feel like from start to finish, we are here for you. Once we went back,Amber really took the time to listen about wants, and was very knowledgeable. She wasn’t impatient and was so friendly. The receptionist and Anthony were truly amazing assisting me. From her greeting me with a smile and talking to me like she knew me for years made me feel so comfortable! Recently moved to the Laughlin area and glad to find a sweet dispensary at Jars in Bullhead city. I picked up a Cheech and chong half oz, quality flower and decent price. Eric was a major help at the drive thru window.
