I took my dog Joey into get groomed today. He had knots all over in his fur. I figured the beautician would get some of them out. She was really kind to Joey when we got there. When I picked him up he looked really good, but the real test is running my finger through his fur. I did this when I got home and I couldn't find any tangles. I have never had him so well brushed. She did a marvelous job.

I've been taking my dog there for close to 5 yrs. I just this establishment as my fur baby is my baby. Sandy the owner is the most kind, loving person I've met. She's has the patience as my Aussie has separation anxiety. He loves her. She is a dedicated to her extended family as her pups, and other animals are loved and cared for in place. Her work and the girls in there I will forever be grateful for. I've recommended this place to and friend and they are forever grateful for the work and care they put into thier fur baby. I have tried other places in town. And no one can beat this place.

RAVE 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I went to Sandy Zolliecoffer at Elsa's Chop Shop today. This was ACE's first grooming since I rescued him from the Mohave County Humane Society. He's a lil skittish and they made him very comfortable. He was calm and feeling really happy afterwards. If you are looking for a groomer you should try this place. I highly recommend. 🐕🐾💚🐕🐾💚

I took my dogs here before and it was okay. I took my dogs yesterday and was so disappointed. I showed them pictures of my dogs from the previous grooming they had. My dogs were scalped! There are long tufts of hair that was left. Clipper marks all over them. $100.00 for 2 little dogs! Never again!

I have taken my Bichon Frise Sonny there 2 times. These girls are awesome. They are very gentle and take their time. My dog is a sensitive baby. He doesn't leave my side but there he is relaxed and happy. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants their dog taken care of well!

Very friendly staff! They were so good with my dog, considering it was her first time being groomed. I will definitely be coming back. The price was reasonable. The staff was knowledgeable and offered stellar customer service. Highly recommended!

We have taken our Maggie many times and every time she has come back absolutely beautiful. They don’t stress her out and they do magnificently with her. She goes to them without any fear!!! This is important with all fur babies! Thank you so much

The name definitely fits this place. We felt like our dogs were chopped. The experience level seems low. I am not even sure that she washed our dogs. I will say, that the dogs seemed happy when we picked them up. Out of five stars, I would only give this place a 3.
