Staff would get 4 stars. Owner gets 0 stars. Owner has no clue on ordering. No clue on management. No clue on refrigerators, equipment and no clue on how to keep registers working in store. No clue when to add more staff like spring break. I have watched as well as left many times as others have because no cashiers. Ordering is a huge issue and forget the excuses. If other Dollar Generals can do it this one should be able too.

Great neighborhood store. We were impressed with the size and well stocked shelves. We are a couple of blocks away and appreciate a quick place to shop when grocery shopping is about 10 miles away. If you are looking for snacks this is a great place to shop They had more rows of snacks than some full size groceries. The staff was friendly and very efficient.

Clean store, fairly well stocked, friendly helpful staff. A wide range of products the everyday household uses and needs, along with gifts and seasonal/holiday decorations for a great price. A convenient quick stop location for snacks and food necessities.

Only place for several miles besides gas station. Prices aren't bad and on par with Safeway. Obviously only a small selection but they have most items you'd need. Employees haven't been particularly friendly but they're not rude either.

We always stop by there to get desserts. We just moved to Bullhead City, and this small store has helped us out quite a bit. Socks? We have them, that sort of thing. Nice people work there, too. It is kind of like a "Dime Store" used to be. Now it is our dollar store!

Tiny Walmart and close to home. Variety is great. You can actually cook a nutritious meal with the products they have. Just wished they sold fresh produce. They do have frozen vegetables and frozen skinless chicken breast from Tyson. Also, wine. They have wine that does not totally suck.

Yesterday, I was in the store south of Bullhead Az. The store is dirty, trash all over the place and many trip hazards. (you can be sued).I said at checkout somebody needs to clean this place up, absolutely no response from clerk, I said maybe I should call corporate and they would be interested, no response. The only thing she ever said was the amount of purchase.I find it beneficial to Dollar General to fire this employee and the manager of this store.I have shopped $ Gen. for years all over the country and this is a bad store,,period. I'm an RVer, I like your stores.I was in this store at about 1:10 pm checkout time.I want feed back on this one and if you want information from the receipt I will provide it to you.

Marcia is extremely rude and acts like your inconveniencing her when asking questions. Will call every time before going to make sure she's not there. Ernie I think his name was was super nice and answered all of my questions.

Big and clean and organized for a discount store. Little bit out of mainstream travel but well worth the drive. Cleanliness is something of a forgotten unsung attribute in the retail sector.

Up on the hill it's the only place to buy grocery type goods. The only thing they don't carry is produce and fresh meat. It has saved me many a trip down to Safeway for my mother 5.5 miles away from her home. This store is a little gold mine.

The Store is convenient and close to me. Overall the store is unorganized, messy and things are hard to find. Some aisles are blocked with merchandise and you have to go down other aisles just to get to the aisles that you need to in.

Other then being harassed by an employee about putting a receipt in my purse and telling my ride I was done I prefer this family Dollar to the one on Northern cause the employees on Northern do more gossiping then checking people out. Takes forever to get out of there even when they are slow.

Not this store in particular, but i hate that the 99c store and dollar general dont mean "a dollar for everything". And with this store, its like walking through a hoarders house, you cant even use ur cart without walking through boxes and stuff. Pretty undermanaged to, i only saw one worker and that was thr cashier. Wouldnt recommend, go to smiths or something, same prices and better selection & management

The store is unorganized, the staff are not very helpful, the isles are trashed, overall not a very good place to visit. Good things is it is convenient for where it is located and you can get in and out pretty quick if the lines aren't to long, if the lines are long be prepared to wait cause they will not open another register no matter what.

Great store and friendly staff.it is very convenient for me because its so close to my home that im usually in and out of there several times Daily.the prices are cheap and always have the things i need.just wish they made sure to have an extra cashier on a register during certain times of the day because there are so many times i go in and takes 15 minutes to buy an energy drink because they never schedule a 2nd cashier during the same times they get slammed every day so thats a little frustrating but hands down i usually have a good experience here!

This store is always a mess and the staff is constantly airing their grievances to customers and complaining about their manager. I think their district manager is somewhat incompetent, as they complain about him as well. Shelves are never stocked. Just a mess!

Great location been coming to bullhead and Golden valley for years and funny I never knew they were there found by accidentWish they would clean up a little more but for emergency item it's an easy in and out
