I’m relatively new to the area and my labradoodle and schnauzer mix desperately needed summer cuts.Most of the groomers were booked a month out.Amy squeezed me in and she is amazing.Definitely the best cuts they’ve had.Super happy and she’s their new groomer!I’m pre-booking with her from now on.She’s really great!!

Be very careful of going to this woman to have your fur baby groomed, Amy is a scammer, a cheater and a liar, she likes to do meth and she will try to scam you or if your life savings. She was on drugs when she cut a puddles hair. Be aware

After two years, I FINALLY found a wonderful, experienced and knowledgeable groomer in Amy. There is much more to grooming than just basic bathing, brushing and clipping. They should be able to be your second pair of eyes regarding any physical issues we as furry children parents may miss. And that indeed is what she did in a recent visit, as I thought it was a completely different issue. I have two Shelties and she does an amazing job and her prices are quite fair. Thank you Amy!

Great little dog grooming establishment in Bullhead City, AZ. The place is small but clean. I needed to get my Chihuahua puppy's nails cut and decided to get him fully groomed. When I went the owner was very personable and courteous. She had another groomer there that was exceptionally good with animals and very knowledgeable. It was my dogs first time going to the groomers so you can imagine how terrifying the whole experience was for him. They were unable to clip his front set nails (I really appreciated that they didn't try and force him as that would be more harm than good). The back set they were successful at clipping, he was bathed, blow-dried and brushed. He looked great! The other groomer suggested me trying a little cbd oil before the next appointment. Good service, and great prices.

Amy did a beautiful job on my 80 pound long haired golden doodleHe's wss matted and real rough. When i picked him up he was beautiful. She cleaned his ears, trimmed according to my instructions and did a great job of combing out his mats. Recommend her heartily

My dog had an appointment and was bathed then left in a cage all day. When we showed up after closing time. Our dog was still not cut. Second visit her face was uneven and feet not done. Thought she was a good groomer but since we take our dogs to Petco and in one hour their done. No excuses. Dogs love it there

Dont waste you day. I took the wifes Maltese in for a wash & cut... the instructions being "cut like a Maltese but with shorter facial hair". Had an appointment for 930. Showed up 20 minutes early only to be told she wont be done till 12. I showed at 1220 and she still wasnt done. They said they'd call when shes ready. At 130 i got the call to pick up a terrified dog, whos body was cut 1 size above shaved & with long facial accents. NOT what wad asked for. The quality of the cut was atrocious, uneven & hacked. Not professional in any way. The wife was furious. Needless to say we wont be returning.

Don't really pay much attention to reviews but in this case believe all the negativity. Very loud, didn't have the time to do a good job. If you love your pet as a member of your family don't take him or her there for the proper care and attention they deserve. It's all about the money to them.

Great place.... Amy is a real down to earth friendly person.... Her staff is always in a good mood and efficient at what they do... I have a short hair Chihuahua so my rating isn't coming from the the hair cut done on my dog ... My rating is coming from the fact that I've never been let down or embarrassed by recommending OTHERS to Amy's shop... I have sent 20+ people to this location and have received nothing but thank you and praise for the recommendation ... Amy's love for animals doesn't stop at grooming either... Amy is a great advocate for pets... she is always finding pets great homes and rescuing mistreated pets from losers
