I doubt that management even cares about this or anyone else’s complaints at that because well….. It’s Wal-Mart… But if you are going to have designated registers for Spark orders, you should make those registers ONLY for Spark. It’s a bit ridiculous that we are getting yelled at aggressively by CSRs for using other registers because customers are taking over the registers we are “ONLY” supposed to use. We shouldn’t be waiting over 5 minutes just to bag our orders and leave. We have a time limit, and waiting for those registers to open takes up a lot of time. If Spark can't use other registers, make those registers that we are only supposed to use only for Spark.

Why is the store so dirty!?! Even a lot of rude customers. The theft control staff follows you around like a stalker. I refuse to use self checkout everywhere so it sucks when there's only 1 register open with a huge line of people waiting to checkout so clearly I'm not the only one who refuses to do self checkout

I called the bakery and was told they only need two days for a cake order. I stopped by on a Wednesday to order a cake for Saturday. No one was at the bakery. I asked the staff at the deli if they could assist me. They didn’t attempt to call anyone from the bakery or inquire into ordering me a cake. They just kept repeating over and over the bakery was no longer taking cake orders for Saturday. They were rude about it as if I were inconveniencing them and rolling their eyes at me. My question to Walmart is how does a deli employee know if the bakery is booked without checking? And if there is a limited number of orders they should state that on the phone!

The Audio Video section was where I went to. I saw some headphones at a certain price and when the employee Amanda was helping me out, I showed her what headphones I wanted and when she scanned them I was on the phone and she saw that it was a different price. Yet she didn’t fix the price and once I paid she didn’t say anything. As I was walking out I went over the receipt and notice that she didn’t fix the price on the headphones. So I went back in and told her that I was over charged. She went over to double check the price and then after she had someone else help me with the refund. This experience was something else

Walmart workers suck now... I remember when we would walk down an aisle and get met by a friendly employee asking if we need help finding something, and then happily take you right to the item you were looking for. Now, if I can find an employee who isn't doing grocery pickup or delivery orders... they get mad if we ask a question and just point at an aisle.Or they just stand in your way talking and do not care to move for the customer. Also... no one works at the registers anymore. Maybe 1 or 2, the rest is self check out. This sucks for those who have a full cart and children to wrangle.

Great Customer Service. Not a big Walmart, but decent size to go shopping from automotive to groceries. Great neighborhood stop. Only open until 10PM, so get there early.Update: 07/28/2023.Been trying the curbside pickup service for a few months now and it's been going well. The service and staff are also great. Polite, courteous, helpful in bringing out your order.

They have changed their store to being practically self-check only.You cannot use self checkout if you utilize a wheelchair or have other disabilities. I had to find a manager to open a lane, and they made it seem like it was a huge burden or inconvenience.What an extreme waste of my time.I will never patronize Walmart again. How dare you force everyone to self-check out because you refuse to care about and pay employees.

Horrible service all cash register are always closed there is only one open all the other young employees. Are always standing in one spot on their phone they don’t want to work and they are so rude today there was one name Vanessa she was with all the others employees talking laughing on her phone and was telling people to mind their businesses that she was on break this happened on 4/12/24 at 8:00pm. Walmart you need to do better and educate\ orientate your young employees . It’s not far that we go to Walmart and spend our money and get talked down/ and not being helped by your staff that is being paid to do the job. This was not a one time thing this happens all the time that I go into the Walmart in Watson.

I recently visited your Walmart for the first time after relocating to the Houston, Texas area. While I bought various items, I returned to the electronics section for a cellphone charger. The staff member looked up my phone model and provided me with what he thought was the right charger, but it turned out to be incorrect. Despite his mistake, he responded with an attitude and demanded payment for the incorrect charger. After I confronted him, he showed no remorse or apology. His behavior was disrespectful and rude, and as a federal air marshal, I felt compelled to address his treatment of customers. I will not be returning to this Walmart due to his unprofessional conduct.He's a man of Hispanic descent in his late 40s, with salt-and-pepper blackish-gray hair and a mustache, standing at around 6 feet tall.

The ppl that work here are lazy. I picked up an order. I had to go back in the store bc I didn't have enough time to add to my pick up order. Everything that was not in my pick up order was in the store. That's sad. I will no longer be using the app. This is designed so ppl can do not hav to go back to get their missing items. And ppl think they deserve a raise. Not in my book.

I'm always able to find what I need for a reasonable price. Service leaves a lot to be desired, so don't depend on much help. Usually, if you look hard enough, you can find it on your own.

I make an order and most of the time it’s wrong they will substitute the wrong things and then not even give me what I order saying they are out. Then because I have to have it I go in and what I have asked for is there. I can NEVER speak with a manager and if I do they get snarky and brush it off. I have done a lot with Walmart and I am done!!! I swill shop at fry’s solely now at least for the most part they get me what I ask for .. if I could give a -10 I would

Waited for over an hour to get my pickup order. If the App says it's ready, it shouldn't take that long to bring outside. I know they're not busy at the checkout counters because it's all self-check out here! Terrible service and you ask how much longer and I get an "I don't know response!"

Many items aren't available due to the community size it serves in the area. However good luck on getting a HUMAN cashier to check you out😒 I'm not a fan of Self Check-Out beacuse you still have to wait for assistance to scan certain items

Everytime I go shopping here I experience a different price every day that's low. I really love the workers there very nice to adults and even kids. This store also allow service dogs and little cut dogs too.

If you read my review of Target, it is similar in many aspects to the review that I would write for Walmart. Then again, there are areas in Target and Wal-Mart that differ:(1) the population which shops here is different. And, they wear less clothing.(2) The parking lots at a Walmart Superstore tend to be accident-prone, very congested and do not have driving areas that are as wide as Targets. Target has wonderfully large parking lots. The same echoes true inside Walmart, spatially, as it does outside.(3) Target is much more organized, and orderly. It is kept up, and they appear to have a higher standard for the overall aesthetic.(4) The carts and motorized shopping carts ( for those requiring more assistance) are newer and appear to be cleaner at Target.Ultimately, the price point is what garners all of our attention, at a large store, such as the above-mentioned. Walmart is almost always more affordable! Then again, Target offers sturdier clothing and an abundance of employees.

I'm actually in the middle of a trip driving from Sonoma County to Puerto Vallarta Mexico. I stopped at Walmart to use their automotive section to get the oil changed and my card checked. I was actually pretty disappointed in that the staff had put checked next to the tire pressure but they hadn't actually checked the tire pressure they just took whatever it said off the door jamb plate that comes with the vehicle. Why save checked if they did it check it against that?

It’s ok. But Walmart has bought into the idea of social distancing and masks. Social distancing doesn’t help, 6 feet is arbitrary, and masks hurt you more than help you. Thankfully, none of that is enforced. Walmart is usually good. However, I would encourage people to shop elsewhere until they discontinue these bad practices.

Quick in and out today! Got what I needed. Stopped in the McDonalds inside the store, got the best chicken nuggets! Crispy but not overdone. Perfect end to a nice outing!

Only 2 checkrs at mid-day. Waited forever to check out in 2 long lines. Plenty of self-checkout lanes, but I don't want to do it myself. Milk got warm waiting.

I travel in my campervan from CA to AZ a few times per year for medical care. I always stop at Walmart Buckeye to spend the night and pick up my order the following morning before moving on to the Mayo Clinic. I also stop by this Walmart to spend the night and pick up my order before heading back home. I learned today that Walmart no longer allows overnight parking (city ordinance?). Luckily , Costco is nearby and so is a completely upgraded Love's truck stop that welcomes overnight travelers. I feel badly for Walmart if the city has forced this on them, but I don't blame the cities. I've picked up some pretty disgusting stuff in this Walmart's parking lot, left there by rvers. No excuse for not using a trash can or picking up after your dog, homeless or not. Those folks ruined a wonderful perk Walmart graciously offered to us weary travelers.

I’ve been checking out in Walmart garden centers for over 30 years! All of the sudden when I walk to register she says I can’t and this Walmart is never stocked.
