It is 3 strikes and your out. This store is so disorganized and unfriendly.First I went in and bought several items on the way home Istarted thinking of what I was charged and checked the receipt. I was majorly over charged, they rang up items wrong. I had to go back in and wait for them to try and figure out how to fix it. It took almost an hour.Second we took our dog in for a grooming appointment. When arrived there were 2 other people there also. They did the intake on the first two dogs said they would be right with us. Then they put both dogs they had in taken put them on tables and started working on them. Obviously they weren’t going to be right with us. However when it looked like we were leaving they came running after us. Amazing how that works.Third when I returned to pickup dog they had after being told not to use blow dry on her had done so. Then they didn’t do a complete nail trim ( main reason for the appointment). The excuse was they didn’t want to upset her. However it didn’t bother them to use blow dry and upset her. They then charged me for a complete appointment $39 which is $5 more then advertised on app.I was so frustrated at this point I just paid it and will not be back to that store for anything.

DO NOT BUY FISH HERE!after trying a few neon tetras multiple of our fishes from having over a year have died.We have a big tank and have been doing great for over three years and then these new fish bring some kind of disease. That's after we quarantine them too

6 hours after a scheduled appointment our pup was finally ready. To find out, no bathroom break and no water. Told twice should be 40 more minutes. Previous appointments were done timely and a better presentation on our pup. Guess Petsmart on Watson,is good till they’re not.

My review here is specifically for the training here with Aron M.I have seen a huge difference with my gorgeous Tofu from each of her three classes. I used to struggle getting her to listen, she was very stubborn, and was so wild it was hard to get her to calm down. Now i have some tricks to get her to go from excited to calm in seconds. I cannot thank him enough for how great each class was, I never thought dog training could be fun before. If you're considering whether or not the price is worth it, it absolutely worth it!

I went in to get my dog fitted for a coat and she acted like he did not have the time to help me and I came out with a coat for my dog that's way too small more than whites have gone in there they haven't been very friendly vintage knowledgeable about how to measure a dog for a coat

POOR ON TIME MANAGEMENT & the MANAGEMENT overall. We took our dog Rocco in for a groom at 9am with groomer Sammy B. They didn’t have him ready till 5pm. That’s 8 HOURS FOR A HAIRCUT. We spoke to a manger which was a woman on duty, but she didn’t seem to care at all and blamed it on the matting. Rocco has been matted before and it’s never taken that long. Very dissatisfied with the the overall service.

Words cant express how satisfied I am with my groomer. Kathryn M. did an amazing job ! She took well care of my furbaby and was very gentle from start to finish. We stop at this PetSmart every time we are on our way to Rocky Point for dog food for Barb’s dog rescue. They have lots of deals and options. The rewards program helps knock off a couple ofbucks, too.

Just giving a quick shout and thank you to the young manager that was on duty on approximately the evening of April 10th (2023) or four months ago. I was an out of towner (not a local) and I said I have a very badly small sick pet, the manager was happy to have a conversation with me and even recommended the place she herself took her own exotic animals (I think she said she has iguanas or similar). I don't remember the manager's name, but just getting back to finally say thanks for the talk. I did in fact go to the veterinarian she had recommended.

The new clinic at the Buckeye location is lovely. My cat is very ill and Dr. Williams was very personable, knowledgeable, and a natural dealing with my cat. We are still working together to make him better.Dr. Williams isn't an only by the book guy he is willing to listen to our questions, concerns, and suggestions.

I went in to check it out since I lived in the area for 5 years. Nothing special to speak of. They had three grown cats which were given to them and were charging a $200 fee for adoption. You can go to the ASPCA and adopt any cat (all ages) for $20.00. PetSmart really needs to update that store and get in some inventory in the way of pets.

Took our dog for grooming on Thursday, they did good with the hair cut but they shaved his top of his nose and didn’t tell us when we picked him up, we just notice letter that night. We took him back the next day and try to show them what they have done to him and the girl at the front desk just said the manager will give us a call and that she is currently out for vacation. I completely respect her time off but it’s been 5 days now and haven’t heard from them yet, I just wanted to know how this happened and why they let this happen, if our dog was not cooperative or not behaving at the time of hair cut, I would have understand if they decided not to give him a hair cut, and just call me. This is just traumatizing for us and our dog.
