Best vietnamese food I've had in my entire life. I ate here first 10~ years ago when Thuy was at her old location. I was young and this was a special spot I'd go to with my friend's family. Back then it kickstarted a love for vietnamese food that has persisted until today. When I came back last week I asked for the chicken curry and for it to be made "spicy like she hated me". She did not disappoint with a remarkably spicy and delicious bowl. 10/10 the best spot for vietnamese in the southwest.

Food is great, authentic and affordable. Ambiance is nice especially at night. My dog loves it! Their coconut juice and vietnamese coffee are a must try! 💯

I was surprised to get a recommendation for Vietnamese food from the visitor center, but it was a worthy recommendation!Delicious bahn mi (red pork sandwich); would definitely order again! (Pictured is half the sandwich). Recommend Thuy's!Multiple regulars came in for to-go orders and were greeted because they were known. The number of regulars also speaks volumes about the food.

I was strolling through Bisbee, starving but not starving, you know? Just needed a little somethin' somethin'. Thuy's Noodle Shop caught my eye - cute white and green building, right across from that big copper statue. Looked friendly, so I popped in.Inside, it was like stepping into a cozy Vietnamese grandma's kitchen. Nice and warm, smells amazing, and the staff? Super friendly, treated me like family. So, I ordered the pork and shrimp spring rolls, figured they'd hit the spot.Whoa, Nelly! These weren't your average gas station spring rolls. These were big, juicy babies stuffed with fresh pork and shrimp, wrapped up like little flavor bombs. And the peanut sauce? Forget store-bought stuff, this was creamy, dreamy homemade goodness. Two of those bad boys and I was stuffed silly, in the best way possible.Now, the real kicker? The price. My wallet didn't even flinch. Thuy's Noodle Shop ain't fancy, but they serve up tasty, healthy food that won't break the bank. And their portions? You could feed a whole posse off one of those pho bowls I saw steaming on the counter. Next time, I'm coming back hungry!So, if you're in Bisbee looking for a quick bite that's delicious, affordable, and served with a heaping helping of Vietnamese charm, skip the greasy spoons and head straight to Thuy's Noodle Shop. Your taste buds (and your wallet) will thank you!

It's our first time here in Bisbee and we are so glad we found this restaurant! The fresh young coconut water, chicken curry, and beef pho were all delicious! We felt re-energized after eating the food. The servers were very patient with us. The owner came out several times to introduce the menu to us and check on us about our experience. I also love the beautiful tall trees in the outdoor patio seating area. Five stars all around!!!

Surprisingly great Vietnamese food in small town Bisbee. This place has great vibes and even better views. The staff were friendly and quick. We sat outside on the dog-friendly patio. Our food was great, for fair prices. We got a vermicelli bowl and a bahn mi. Both were excellent. Both were juicy and flavorful. The pork was perfectly marinated and seasoned, then seared beautifully. They have other items I wanted to try, so I hope I get a chance to return for more.

Clean establishment and very friendly staff. Food was delicious and they put time in for presentation. We both had the vegan fresh roll. Wife had the bun cha gio with vegan rolls and I had the bun thit nu’o’ng. Both were amazing. The rest pork was delicious on mine 🙌.

This is the absolute best Vietnamese food I've ever had, including the restaurants in NYC and Boston. This is a tiny, humble restaurant, and it is worth a trip to taste this incredible cuisine. The owner is extremely friendly and sweet, and she cooks everything herself. The curry coconut dish, the Pho, and the spring rolls are not to be missed. This restaurant is also a go-to for vegans.

Never been to a Vietnamese restaurant before. Ordered the caramelized catfish, came with steamed vegetables and jasmine rice. First my jasmine rice came 20-25 minutes before my meal arrived. I had no idea I had ordered a soup because there was no other description on the menu, expecting a dinner plate with baked or broiled caramelized catfish. UGH!So my suggestion for you is to describe your meals more because I can't be the first person to visit Bisbee and have never been to a Vietnamese Restaurant.

I was a little skeptical of Vietnamese food in a small Arizona town, but I’m so glad I tried it anyways! I had the catfish dish and it was so delicious and flavorful.I also tried both the fresh and fried spring rolls. Both were good and HUGE! You can see from the picture that they are giant. While I liked them both, the fresh spring roll with peanut sauce was far and away my favorite dish. The rest of my family had pho and loved it. Definitely some great comfort food to go on a rainy night like tonight!

So happy we stumbled across this place. The food was delicious. The pork and shrimp roll was the largest I've ever had and the chicken pho broth was lip smacking good. Not to mention the fresh coconut water that felt medicinal after a night of alcoholic beverages. The service was also top notch, highly recommend.

This place is surprisingly great! The food tasted so good. We tried the pork with noodles, which tasted great! The chicken curry though, is the star! They bring it out ina bowl that is piping hot, so be careful, but the flavor is out of this world good. They had outside seating and inside seating, but you can't lose either way, the staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back!

This quiet little Vietnamese restaurant isn't on the main strip of where you would normally go in bisbee for a day trip but it is absolutely worth a visit. The pho was amazing and well worth the cost. They have spicy and umami additions you can add at your table and that made the meal incredible. Absolutely recommend stopping here. There's only a handful of great places to eat in Bisbee in this is in my top 3.

The Pho was really good, so was the fried roll! Broth was very yummy and meat portions were generous! Great location as well.Cons: Service was just really bad. Server forgot several things then never checked on us again after food came out. Not cool. If you’re gonna be forgetful at least be attentive haha.Also not a deal breaker, but I feel like if they offered chili oil and jalapeños with the pho it would elevate it to another level!

Vietnamese sandwich and the chicken curry were very good and my son and wife enjoyed them very much.pho was a bit disappointing. I love pho and it’s my go to dish in any Vietnamese restaurant. Basil and sprouts weren’t fresh and there were no spring onion or sliced green peppers. The soup wasn’t bad but it didn’t taste like pho either.

Wonderful little gem on the road into Bisbee. Had small Pho Chicken - flavorful with nice big slices of chicken. Partner had grilled pork -delicious! Friendly waitstaff, great service. We sat outdoors in the sun. Try the limeade!!

I went here maybe a year ago and was happy to get something resembling pho. SO HAPPY I CAME BACK. The second time the pho was amazing, very flavorful. I do wish the outdoor seating was a bit better, it's hard to get out of the chairs without them falling into the crevasses in the patio. Similarly, I was terrified I was going to spill the hot broth into my lap since the tables are wire, and the table was very difficult to level. But it was all worth it. 💕
