This shop is truly unique to even a town like Bisbee, with it's show of unique and stunning jewelry. I went in with a ring that had lost it's diamond, and the owner, Randall, was kind enough to spend time with me discussing options and offering solutions. In the end, I came away thrilled with the stone he suggested, and both certain and pleased that he gave me a good price. Randall is professional and honest. I'd give him ten stars if I could.

We went there to pick an engagement ring, found the perfect ring, a stunning piece, handmade by the owner/seller, he was friendly, helpful, and kind. I'm not sure what the bad reviews are about but I don't believe them. We had a lovely experience and shall we need anything else in the future, we will be back! The store had the most beautiful jewelry in it! We are also now happily engaged! Thank you so much for the lovely jewelry!

Took my wife here while visiting Bisbee and taking the mine tour of course...this jeweler, Randall, is of old school caliber...he creates his own designes using quality gems from this area in settings of 14 karat gold. You don't find someone with 35 plus years designing and creating jewelry anymore. This was a real find. Incredibly nice man with alot of talent. My wife got an earring and necklace set in Bisbee turquoise and 14k gold setting. She loves it...

Wonderful workmanship. All pieces are hand-made by the owner and his wife. Great historian as well. Go while you can, they are retiring this fall.

Eagerly walked into The Gold Shop to purchase piece of jewelry for a memorable birthday present from husband. Owner displayed out of proportion rudeness, anger and condescending behavior when I asked about a less expensive piece.Regrettably, we purchased a piece that will unfortunately hold memories of an abusive & overpriced transaction. Skeptical now if the piece we purchased is actually what we were told. Should have walked out.

The man at this business who insulted us (possible owner/proprietor) should not work retail. First, he did not offer help and was perturbed when we asked questions. Second, he rudely asked “if [I had] that kind of money.” Third, he insinuated that my family (small children included) could be there to potentially rob him.Needless to say, we called out his actions and left as he was yelling and “shooing” us out like ferrel cats. My family is of mixed race. Do the math.We left feeling deflated and with no hope in humanity. It was shocking that a store with seemingly 0 demand had 0 interest in our money. The only reason I’m okay with one star is because he did his best to run us off without buying anything—it turned out to be a blessing :)In reality though, this business should be deducted stars.

This is a great high end shop which is sometimes hard to find in little communities like Bieber. This craftsman really shows excitement and love for his creations. I found an absolutely stunning piece which was locally sourced and rare. He has a very unique astetic. I was so happy to wander in, you should too.

The proprietor was condescending and rude when I said a piece was out of my price range!He suggested that I should not have retired if I couldn’t afford his jewelry!!! Also suggested I should not eat out or stay at hotels to afford his over priced EARRINGS $895-$1095 !! Total jerk!

This Bisbee jewelry shop is great. Quite a variety of very special and unique pieces. Beautiful rings and bracelets. Silver and gold. Not the usual assortment but custom created pieces. I will return.

I was in this shop today.. When i walked in there was not a soul in sight. After about a minute an older man emerged who informed us that we must be on vacation and he works 7 days a week.. At first thought i was like hmm that an odd way to greet us but maybe he is just odd.. After that my mother took a photo of a ring to send to my sister to see what she thought and this man came flying out of his chair and asked what she was doing and she told him and he raised his voice telling her no.. These are custom works of art and if you take a picture and share them everyone will be making the same thing... And he said if i find that pic online i will be coming after you.. Needless to say we promptly left and will never return.. BEWARE IF YOU ENTER THIS SHOP...
