Tried calling the number on here and tried getting your customer no service department and guess what? No answer, no voicemail. If you don't answer call between 7 and 7:30 pm please have the decency to put that on your phone message. Same goes for your pharmacy. They claim to be open until 8 but no one answers the phone after 7 pm. How are you supposed to check on a prescription that was supposed to be completed by 5 pm if no one answers the phone?? I was originally told I would receive a text.I would suggest getting your correct hours on your phone message and advertising and follow up with competent associates who know that when a phone is ringing someone should answer!!

This is currently my frequent shopping center, their prices are $2 - $3 higher than items you'd buy at Walmart, but I don't have a car of my own atm, so I shop where I can ...However, the workers, are ALWAYS friendly and helpful!I recently started the keto diet, so it's hard shopping at a store when they don't carry AS MUCH as other store to help with making my keto recipes and when they have higher prices than the stores in Sierra Vista, Az, where I would PREFER to shop and actually, if I had a car, I'd probably even go to Tucson to shop, since there is a LOT MORE stores to choose from and that are MORE KETO friendly than here in Bisbee or S.V.!

Safeway did it to me again, I purchased a bottle of bolthouse vanilla chai that was marked down to $6.99 from 7.99 and I got home to find out i was charged $7.99. YOU'VE GOT TO WATCH THE MONITOR WHEN THEY'RE RINGING YOU UP! This isn't the first time but I was tired and my guard was down. The yellow tag was clearly marked 6.99

Stocked shelves, healthy choices and helpful staff - adds up to the average Safeway.My wife was not particularly happy with the bathroom, nor the fact that organic flavored almond coffee creamer was not an option (first world problem, I know).Beside that, the store is well kept and clean.The register lady was friendly and the grocery bagger really helped keep the lines moving.

Got in and got out in a very timely manner. We were in a slight hurry. We had ordered a birthday cookie and it looks great. It's not a great picture but hope you can tell that it looks great for someone who does not like cake but does love chocolate chip cookies.

Everything has changed 🤣. You can find canned foods, in the cat litter/food isle. Fruit juices are in greeting/gift card isle. It's freaking hilarious, all us customers seemed to have gotten head lice, from scratching our heads, wondering if we were going senile, including the Employees 🤣. But seriously, they doing major improvements, adding new isle signs, floor is mostly stripped to concrete, and they moved the Handicapped Parking to the parking row, in front of Entrance, 5 per side= 10, freshly painted. So if you haven't been to Safeway in a week, expect to take at least twice as long to shop, and keep your sense of Humor. They are rapidly doing the changes a few during store hrs. A lot after they close. Frozen Foods, Produce, and Liquor are still in the same spot, as well as the Meat Department. 👍😎✌

Always out of the things I like... the store is too small for the demand... no back stock... not well managed... orders are done by computer and no override by employees... they say they order but order is not sent to the store... have to believe them...I noticed some renovations happened but it will not help them being out of stock ...the store needs to be bigger... curious to see what happens now that Safeway was bought by a bigger market...

This is the only game in town. The prices reflect this but they do keep the store very clean and well stocked. Surprisingly I have yet to go here looking for something and not find it, high marks thus far.

This is a greatest grocery store in Bisbee! Starbucks! Lottery! Liquor! Flowers, balloons and gifts! A pharmacy! An awesome delicatessen with rotisserie chicken, salads, lunchmeats. There is a bakery and outstanding produce section! There are awesome sales and savings with a safeway card! This store is the best and I am grateful for the company and staff who work exceptionally hard to make this such a one stop shopping extravaganza for the people of Bisbee!

This is our most important resource in Bisbee. The staff is helpful and the prices are generally reasonable. I've seen them be ridiculously accommodating with less than decent folks intent on using the fifty cent coupon they neglected to download prior to checkout. Some locals whine about checkout speeds... This is Bisbee dear, we're likely a few years from self checkout, if your that pressed for time you should change when your bookclub meets.

Not a good store. Prices are very high because they are the only true grocery store between Sierra Vista and Douglas and they know they can get away with it. Customer service is almost non existent.The cashier's talk to their friends the whole time your in line and ignore you which in one way is fine but still very unprofessional.I only shop there when I'm in a hurry.

You have to sign up online for certain products then have card for other promotions and have to fight with cashiers about prices that are posted!!! I will never shop here again...will go to Walmart or Fry's!

The staff is ok.. the meat is bad.. buyer beware. looks like they are just repacking the meats again.. sadly a friendly staff doesnt make up for the days of being ill from eating the meat

Really great prices I have been mostly staying away except when they give me special coupon offers. I have had a lot of bad experiences here in the past trying to get them to honor the advertised sale price it is not as easy as Fry's. But lately they have been giving me some special offers and if you work the special sales right and combine it with the app you can get the best prices on food. I got a dozen extra large eggs and a large self-rising crust pizza for 25 cents. You can't just walk in and get it you have to know what you're doing and do everything just right but they seem to be honoring the sale prices lately. So I am giving it three stars instead of one. Update it is now really hard to get the sale prices you have to try extra extra hard they will give them to you but sometimes they will make you jump through hoops many hoops. You got a really pay attention here so I had to lower to one star it has been difficult lately.

Prices way too high. Unfortunately for some of Bisbee, this store is their only option, and management/corporate leadership know that and take advantage “because they can”. It’s worth it to go to Fry’s in Sierra Vista or Walmart in Douglas if you’ve got time and transportation.

You want me to share my own experience about safeway, well i have been with SWay almost 12 years I was a curiosity for 9 years i check dates , cleaned ,i stocked,i faced and i am good at almost everything that i can do . Now i am a cashier i dont claim to be the best cashier but at least i can do it i guest what i am trying to get at is you can put me doing anything in that store and i can do it

I want to like this store, but, I just can’t. It is the only chain food store in Bisbee and I very seldom shop here. Shelves are empty and prices are out of this world. Maybe management can fix this??? No, wait, they are the cause! I feel sorry for our older residents as Safeway doesn’t deliver at all!

The people that work at this store are excellent. Yesterday I had the misfortune of getting all checked out just to find out what I was using to pay for my groceries didn't work. All I had was a twenty in cash that would only pay for the doggie pads (much needed). Everyone that tried to help was very kind and decent about my situation. I was so embarrassed! If it wasn't for the fact that they are the only store around, I would probably never go back. It's been a bad year for everyone and I know I will be treated with dignity when I go to this store again.

This store has consistently been clean, had great customer service, and charged much higher prices than usual as they are the only game in town. That being said, the department management and teams from bakery, produce, deli, floral, and meat departments have maintained an excellent job at supplying fresh products. For your special occasions, you can celebrate with their selection of seafood and steaks, their fresh floral arrangements, and their luscious cakes.

Would not recommend..especially when it comes to some of the cashiers. Bad attitudes. Then when you go to management to make suggestions or a complaint about things. They do NOT take it seriously. They ignore the customers when it comes to a better shopping experience. They say they will address the problem but, never address the problem a few of the cashiers act very immature. No professionalism. 👎🏻Do not make a complaint or make suggestions because they will turn on you..
