It’s a pretty funny and creative play for a gelato shop. They always have new flavors and I was surprised at how tasty the gelato was. From a glance I thought it my just be gimmicky but the gelato didn’t disappoint.

Cass was the best server. We specifically came to get gelato and we were not let down. We split a large cup and chose tiramisu, peanut butter, and Belgium chocolate. Yum!! We will be back with family and friends.Parking: You just have to look. We found parking on the street.

Really neat that a small town like this offers Gelato! Nice hole-in-the-wall type of shop that got foot traffic even while there was snow on the ground. The Gelato itself was tasty but was a little on the pricey side (probably because of the more meticulous production process). It's a place I'd recommend and if I'm ever in Bisbee again I'll be sure to stop by again!

I love the gelato there! Every flavor we tried was so good. I ordered peppermint chocolate and mango! There are real peppermint and real mango! So delicious!!!

No one in Bisbee seemed to suggest this place... Everyone was like, "Cafe Roka... Cafe Roka..." And I get that place is probably epic, but we wanted less formal. We were staying right by Contessa's and looked the menu over online and took a chance... Servers and host were all super friendly, the food came lightning fast, and both our meals were delicious. The salsa with the chips was great, the soup and baked potato dish were tasty, but the real standout was the red sauce burro... The sauce was Rustic and flavorful and left me wanting another burro... The atmosphere was great with indoor and outdoor seating and restroom was clean.

I was excited to see vegan options for cold treats! The passion fruit sorbet is amazing! They let you pick two flavors for a small, there's seating inside and have a screen playing Josie and the Pussycats. Cute spot, delicious sweets!

You don't need to feel sorry for me ❤️ I'm perfectly fine, thanks for the concern 😘Not sure what my motel 6 review has to do with anything or what "all" it explains. But here is the thing, my review isn't a fact. It's an opinion.Edit: See owners response to any slightly negative review at any of their three stores in Arizona. Anything under 4 stars is just the end of the world to the owner. He can't seem to understand what Google reviews is for. Try the gelato or don't. Up to you. If I'm ever in Arizona again I probably won't support this business due to the owners shaming of all customers who leave a slightly negative review. My original review is below and it was originally 3 stars which is average, not bad at all. Doesn't hurt anybody for a small business to have a 3 star (honest) review, but now it's 2 because the owner couldn't just leave well enough alone. If the gelato was gross I would have asked for a refund. It wasn't. It was fine, good Lord. The lower review is now because of the owners unprofessional behavior and responses, not the gelato itself. If you like his stuff he is nice, if you don't, you get shamed for telling the truth.Also, gelato should be denser than ice cream and have a velvety, elastic, silky texture. What we got the day we went in, was not velvety like gelato should be, it was more airy and icy like ice cream. Maybe it was a bad day when we went in. Dunno. Just stating what I know about gelato and ice cream. I'll also add we only got the gelato flavors, no sorbet. Shouldn't have been icy with every bite.I still stand by my original 3 star review though. It's an average Joe's gelato shop. See other reviews though, tons of people really like it. And that's great! Make your own opinion about it though. ☺️ owners arrogant behavior has made it a "won't be back" for us though.Cute little shop with a great vibe and a wonderful young lady running the registers! I love ice cream and gelato and love trying it wherever we go! It was very refreshing on a hot day! I got the chocolate chip and peanut butter cookie. I found the chocolate chip to taste like water and it was fairly icy compared to other real gelato I have had. The peanut butter cookie was great and creamy, like it should be. My husband got the berry cheesecake which was great! And he got vanilla bean which unfortunately was more icy than it should have been. Everyone has their own opinion on what is good or not, I personally wouldn't call it the best gelato I have ever had. Is it real? Yes, absolutely, no dyed or artificial flavors here. But the consistency was more on the ice cream spectrum for some flavors rather than gelato. I have seen the owners unprofessional responses to other reviews that are lower than 4 stars. Some people are going to like what you serve and some people aren't, that's just the way life is. Is it bad? Not at all! Just not the best, in my opinion. I do recommend this place as it was extremely refreshing and the peanut butter cookie and berry cheesecake flavors were delicious!

Were do love good Gelato or ice cream so we decided to stop in for a cup or two. Have to say the gal attending the shop was perfect, but the gelato was very disappointing. Flavor and texture was lacking for sure. It was a big disappointment. I have had real Gelato in Italy and sorry to say this is not the real thing. Please make it an experience we can't forget!Please read the owners response and judge for yourself.

Definitely stop in! I tried the butter pecan and was not disappointed! Nice place to stop by and rest your feet while touring downtown Bisbee with a delicious treat!😋

Today was my second visit to the Pussycat Gelato and their gelato is to-die-for. They offer free samples so you can try all their awesome flavors. I normally get a large container that you can have three of their flavors. My favorites are Creamy Chocolate Chip, Strawberry, and Belgian Chocolate. They also have an awesome passion fruit sorbet. Next time you are in the Bisbee Area, make sure to make Pussycat Gelato a MUST-GO stop. Highly recommended.

Fantastic! This is the best gelato I've ever eaten. The hard part is deciding which flavor is my favorite. Salted caramel is right up there but Dutch chocolate is also yummy.

After six years in Italy and a lifetime traveling, I finally found my favorite gelato at Pussycat. All the flavors are amazing and new ones are introduced all the time. The service is friendly and fast and the ambiance is funky and fun. Our whole family loves Pussycat and will keep coming back again and again!

So this was my first time trying gelato and the service was horrible. My friend and I took our 2 kids and I got a vibe that the guy working wasn't fond of children. We had asked for samples and my friend said that the guy made facial expressions like he was irritated that we were there. Secondly my daughter was sitting up on this windowsill eating her ice cream and she was swinging her legs back and forth and accidentally kicked the bottom of the windowsill and the guy rudely turned and looked at us and said “tell her to stop doing that!” Never going back and I’m never going to recommend anyone to go there

Generous serving size, but there wasn’t a lot of gelato available. It was mostly sorbet. Decorations were not kid friendly and the service was not overly friendly.
