My girlfriend and I were visiting Bisbee because it was on her bucket list of places to go to. We were both instantly hooked when we saw the “Ask for a free espresso shot” sign as we are heavy coffee drinkers. This place was amazing and Seth was such a great guy and host to our coffee needs and wants. We tried the Guatemala coffee flavor and it was probably the best espresso shot I’ve had to date. I was sad we didn’t go earlier in the day because we had exceeded our caffeine limit for the day. Good thing Seth was able to hook us up with a 2lbs of 4 coffee flavors: Rwanda, Timor, Peru Norte, and Guatemala which was great because you get to try them all. If you’re looking for amazing customer service and coffee experience, this place is the spot to go. He also mentioned he does shipments so I will definitely be getting more coffee once my stash runs low. 😁☕️

The customer service and coffee are exceptional! I recently placed an order, but made a mistake on the shipping address. I called, and Seth cheerfully took care of it before it shipped. I received the coffee the next day. The Sumatra is incredible and my new favorite. I love that it is dark and has that wonderful chocolate taste, but is still so smooth! Try it with a dash of cardamom, if that's your thing. :)

I have to give a big shout out to old Bisbee roasters, absolutely my favorite coffee, Seth does an amazing job, he brings in quality beans from all over the world, roasts them to perfection. He understands coffee, and he understands his customers. We have purchased from old Bisbee Roasters and ordered online from Seth for years, he has been consistent and high-quality! I have never been to their location, because I moved away prior to opening, however I've been buying their beans online as a monthly club member for 4 ish years or so now and they never disappoint! I've never had a roast I wasn't a fan of. Every bag is on the chocolate/ nuttier side and never too bright or acidic, which for me is perfect! I will be a loyal customer for years to come 😁

I've been a coffee club member for years and have told dozens of people to sign up ... I found this place on a trip to Bisbee Az. And if you have not been to Bisbee go it like Mayberry on LSD. The owners select amazing single-source coffee beans from around the globe. The prices are way under market price. Two get two lbs shipped for 26 dollars of single-source coffee is the best deal going. And it is great to support a small honest business owner. Seth does this out of love, not for money ... and will take the time to explain any question you may have. You can't miss Seth walking around town he's got long red dreadlocks and his passion for what he does shows in an early cup of his amazing coffee .

Back in 2010 while in Bisbee, I smelled roasting coffee and followed the scent to this place. Seth's perfectly roasted - and wicked fresh - Bali Blue Krishna hooked me. I've ordered the stuff often via mail, most recently late June 2023. And I've always been impressed by the freshness, flavor, and mail order service - the latter of which is unmatched in boutique roasters of this quality, in my experience. I highly recommend this place! In case it's helpful, here are some personal coffee preferences: I dislike Starbucks because their beans taste burned; I can't tolerate the taste of cherry (Allegro has this flaw) or sawdust; I do enjoy Peet's Uzuri and Jose's Organic French Roast; I like a dark roast.

You can't go wrong with coffee from Old Bisbee Roasters. I have bought from them occasionally for myself and as gifts for several years and have nothing but praise for this business. Super product, excellent prices and great service. I was in Bisbee once and the shop was closed, but the owner who was inside working, unlocked the door and got me just what I wanted. Great guy who obviously loves what he does!

Old Bisbee Roasters are very consistent in finding and roasting fantastic coffee! We love the variety of the samplers, it gives us an appreciation for the many kinds of coffee out there, while consistently getting great coffee. We most often brew it in our "single cup" brewer with a reusable filter, instead of using the so-so coffee in the throw away cups. Convenience of single brew, just with Seth's great coffee... Highly recommended!

I was just visiting Bisbee walking up-and-down Main Street taking pictures and this kindest gentleman (I believe his name is Seth) offered me a free shot of espresso.. Outstanding coffee. I bought 2 pounds and was told that if I mixed the Ethiopian with the Sulawesi ., I would have a cafe mocha like coffee. Tried it today and it was fantastic. Looking forward to future purchases.

Amazing coffees. Single source, high quality where you really get to taste the differences in styles and regions. He roasts each batch to the roast that best brings out the flavor profile of the particular bean. Nice guy. Very personable and friendly on the phone. His office blend is delicious and my wife and I use that as our house espresso for lattes etc... and drink the varietals as pour overs or french press. Fast and excellent customer service. I have sent a number of people to him and none have been disappointed.

I am so impressed with their coffee -- I recently purchased 2lbs of the Indian Arabidecool coffee. It is pretty hard to find Indian-origin coffee in the US. Besides, their roasting techniques remind me a lot of the roasting techniques that are suited for the Indian filter coffee. I am loving their roasts, and plan to keep using their beans.

Been a fan of Seth's coffee for several years after visiting Bisbee, AZ. Wandering around town I came across him in an alley (no kidding). Got a free shot and was hooked. Now I'm in his club and get a 2 lb variety that is absolutely delicious. Whenever you call, make sure you have a few extra minutes on the phone as he is a blast to talk to.

The Best Coffee Period!!!! I usually just go to Bisbee to get my coffee from Seth but this time I ordered 2 bags. There was a little mistake and I called Seth. My wife and I were introduced to Old Bisbee Roasters by my employer. My office brews a few pots a day and ever since trying their Brazil Fazenda Aurea beans, we've been hooked... although we have yet to see these beans show up again (we're waiting!, we might buy them out if and when that happens ;)), we've tried countless varieties since, and they all have exquisite flavor as compared to the "stuff" we'd buy at the local grocery stores.Seriously, there is simply no comparison to the freshly roasted beans Old Bisbee sells...and paying a fair price while knowing the beans were sourced in humane ways is all-around greatness.One day, we hope to stop in and visit Seth & Co., trying some of the famous espressos on premises!
