Great vet! We were in Bisbee on vacation with our dog that apparently developed an ear infection. We spotted this place after driving by and they were able to get us right in with no appointment and get us on our way quickly. The vet and staff were very friendly, helpful, and informative on how to prevent ear infections in the future. The price was also very reasonable. We would definitely recommend and go back if we lived in the area.

I called and made appointment to have 3rd rabies shot and toenails clipped on my 5 yr old heeler mix, I didn’t want a full examination because my dog is healthy without any ailments and I am on fixed income that’s not enough to survive on. I get the rabies shot because we live rural and mice rats and skunks are here. So the first appointment 4 pm on Tuesday was not in their books, I had it in my phone calendar so I know I made the appointment. I could understand why, the place was very very busy, like too busy and unorganized and my dog and I both don’t like going to or being at the vet so after 30 minutes I suggested we come back another time when not so overwhelmed she said ok next Tuesday 4pm, great. I arrived 3:45 the next Tuesday again the front desk was a madhouse. I sat there listening to her talk to another woman. I announced my appointment, sat there for 15 min got a room sat in there 15 min girl came in and did best she could on paws, my dog is fidgeting so got about 1/2 done, she suggested the dog needed a break my dog was stressed and breathing hard. She left waited 15 min with stressed dog the girl and vet appeared and he immediately started examining my dog looking in ears and wanting to get temperature and such asking about diet etc …the dog leapt off the table and the exam was finished but all the things he thinks he can make money on, he had the nerve to ask where I lived ? Was I east of his office he asked? Meaning Old Bisbee where all the new money is, lol trying to profile my status lol. If he found something wrong with my dog and he didn’t, even though I never asked for an exam just shots and nails clipped he charged me $49 for the exam I never asked for or agreed to. I then asked about the cash deal for clipping he said he’d waive the clipping as she only got 1/2 done. So $90 for shots and the unwanted exam. If my dog is unwell I will bring her to the vet but I will not bring my dog back here to this vet because he doesn't do what I ask, he just does what he pleases and charges more and more and more. Should have just been $50 for shots and nails, no need to see the vet. The girl who tried to cut her nails was nice and helpful but the rest ie the vet and front desk staff, yuk.

We have well behaved large dogs that some may find intimidating. I appreciate that they get treated well and I have been able to ask questions and get answers. No pushing for unnecessary things like in SV. Prices are good too.

They really care about your animal and you. They will do what they can to help, and prefer folks attend to things preventively, but will also assist with acute issues.

Dr. Perkins is wonderful! So knowledgeable and gentle, and he really takes the time to explain what’s going on with your pet. Staff is amazing and friendly. Recently my dog passed away and they even sent me a condolence card hand signed by the entire staff, truly melted my heart.

Dr. Kim is great! If anyone in this town knows me and my little dog Ethel then they know I give Ethel the best in food and in care. Dr. Kim is great with Ethel and to date because of this care I know Ethel is going to have a long fulfilled life. I also find the cost of the vet services to be actually more affordable than other previous vet services I have used in the past.

The woman I talked with was nice... But to spay or neuter is expensive and don't do any discounts for people in financial difficulty... Recommend to go to Mexico where it was cheaper. Sad days when are Vets are so expensive we have to choose to keep our pets or get rid of them.

Brought my cat to be euthanized as he was failing at 15 yrs old, only weighed a little over 8 lbs., I was told it would cost me $94 which included a sedation shot before the final shot. Well first of all it was my first time there the Dr. Perkins didn't even introduce himself to me, 2nd he seemed afraid of my cat even though i had total control of him, 3rd because the vet didn't give him enough sedative to make my cat relax, he had to give him another one. Each of these shots made my cat kind of have little seizures, and to top it off they charged another $43 for the second shot which to me it was the vets fault he didn't give my cat enough the first time and I shouldn't have been charged again. I will never go there again nor will I recommend to anyone. Not only did my cat suffer more so did I! I've been to a lot of vets in my 69 yrs and I thought Dr. Baney was bad but this guy has him beat. I should have just driven to Sierra Vista and gone to my regular vet at Coronado Hospital on Glenn Rd.

I am so thankful for Dr Perkins and his staff. It's always unsettling when your beloved pet is sick or in need of medical help and it is so comforting to know that Dr Perkins, and his staff, really care. Not only do they help the animal but the owner as well. There is another animal hospital in town and I have taken my pet to them but they do not even compare with Dr Perkins practice. So glad they are here! They rate very high, in my opinion, for quality of care, value and professionalism.

The doctor and staff are nice and the office visit is very reasonable. I do like the Dr. and staff and I appreciate their caring nature. As with anywhere and anything, make sure medicines are feline or canine specific. Make sure you feel comfortable with anything a vet and staff does to your pet and any consequences. And, if I have a complaint, it is that vets have their token front desk cat, dog, cockatoo, whatever, but when there's a dog roaming and the dogs in the waiting room aren't happy about him and the nurse wants to weigh your CAT but there is NO WAY you'll let your cat be carried and put on a scale with THAT, just treasure your cats!!!

Friendly, professional staff. Great service. Reasonable prices. They take walk-ins, and took great care of our kittens when we had to get them in quickly. When one kitten fell ill overnight, the vet came in as soon as he was notified that we'd walked in, even though he had nothing scheduled until later in the morning. They will definitely have our business for the foreseeable future.

I took my old road dog in because he had a big growth on his rear leg. I was only charged a minimum for the initial visit, and was told they would follow up with a quote. They did. 800$. I said, let's get it done, and they had an appointment 3 days later. I dropped him off, and picked him up 8 hours later. The bill was $17 higher than the estimate, but that isn't bad. Also, that covers coming back in to get the drain removed, and another visit to get the sutures removed. Plus pain and infection meds. I feel that I received extremely competent service for a reasonable price. And, i was treated politely by everyone there. I would recommend them to treat your furry friend.

That RUDE woman at the front desk thought she was so smart showing me how to put that ear cleaner they sell in the Dogs ear. That ear cleaner has polypropylene glycol(also used as radiator coolant) and fragrance. My dogs ear still smelled of perfume or fragrance a MONTH after using that junk. Fragrance is proprietary and the manufacture of that ear cleaner does not have to list what the fragrance is made of. People say OH MY DOGS EAR SMELLS SO GOOD after using that. They are simply uninformed. Why do you think there is a section of laundry detergent labeled FREE AND CLEAR? Because that stuff is TOXIC. Look it up! I did read the ingredients and said to myself, one time won't hurt the dog. I should NOT have used it one time. Why use products like that when there is much better ear cleaners for dogs out there.

My kitty had a bad abscess that we had noticed on Saturday. I waited until our regular clinic was open on Tuesday and called for an appointment. They gave me an appointment for that day but later on called to cancel due to an emergency surgery, which was understandable. I was told that they did not have any openings for a while and did not know when one would come up. I called Mule mountain and was told to come right over. They got me in, took care of my kittie and got me out. I was extremely happy with every single person there. They did not charge me an outrageous emergency visit and did not add any extras, just did what needed to be done. Definitely a 5 star business.

Loving, caring staff. My dog loves them all despite the fact that hi is a chicken about visiting the vet. The vet is the most sympathetic and loving doctor I have ever met. She sits right down on the floor when she examines our dog Skyy. I feel like I am getting the best medical help for Skyy available and would not even consider switching to a different vet ever! Her staff seems to really love animals as well!

I was on my way to my mom's for Christmas on December 20th and decided my 5 year old basset needed her anal glands expressed. I called her to see if she could get an appointment with a vet in the area and she called Mule Mountain Animal hospital. They asked when I could get there, she set up the appointment and I arrived on time. They took her in with no problems and were able to give her the relief that she needed for the rest of the time till we went back home. There were no problems and the people there were so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much and my mom will tell everybody....

My cat is having a medical emergency and we called them. We live in Douglas and this place, 30 minutes out, was the closest place. We called them desperately and the lady said she would call back. She didn't, so we called again and she said they are too busy with appointments to help my cat who is severely ill. Considering you call yourselves a "hospital" you would think that you might actually be able to get some help here. If your pet is having an emergency please kindly schedule it ahead of time otherwise they'll tell you to f off.

We just rescued Albert, a one-eyed 9yr old mix min-pin/dachsie adorable loveable doggie and he thinks Dr. Kim is the greatest! We agree! His staff is also very caring and Dr. Kim has the most incredible top-of-the-line equipment I've ever seen in a vet's clinic! In fact, if I get sick, I'd rather go see Dr. Kim than a "regular" doc! :).
