Staff was so nice and attentive! Brought my coffee and pastry to me, later checked in to see how I was doing, and then when I was done someone came by to take my dishes! Unexpected and lovely :-) My latte and cherry danish were amazing!! Loved this place ☺️

In a world full of big corporations disguised as mom & pop shops, this place is the real deal. The owners of the property & the business LIVE in Bisbee. Their coffee and food are all sourced as locally as possible. And the vegan alternatives are divine ✨️* Closed Saturdays for a reason.** They do not serve mocha-frappa- sugary things.

The shop, and the individuals that run it are excellent. Tucked away, its off the beaten path and a nice reprieve from the throngs of tourists. The warm welcome and the great brews make this place one of the best kept secrets in the area

There is so much to say but I will keep it simple. Kafka's is "The Cheers" of Coffee shops... The proprietors Bruce and Lisa are personable and the customer service is the best... It has a very welcoming atmosphere, where literally people "locals" greet each other and if you're from out of town they welcome you... The menu is limited so don't expect an array of fancy or bougie coffees and you definitely can't get a sandwich here... Food selection is limited to bagels and a few pastries... If you venture in do so with an open mind and patience... It can get busy there!

Leasa and Bruce have created an amazing experience with this wonderful coffee shop! It has some of the best coffee, bagels, and vegan cream cheese in the state of Arizona. We find any excuse to drive down to Bisbee so that we can come here.Vegetarian options: The vegan cream cheese is to die for.

Nice minimalist vibe. A mix of tourists and locals.AUTHENTIC coffee/espresso bev's, NOT the b.s. made up offerings filled with tons of sugars and artificial everything from corporate chains.And the proprietors are very hospitable and generous. I like to relax outside on the sidewalk and enjoy.

Kafka makes the finest Cafe Moka since the reign of the Coffee Gods! They serve delicious bagels, slathered with copious whipped cream cheese--even a veteran of the New York City bagel wars would agree! Great ambience, cheerful service, and fine music--live and otherwise. The owner/barrista gracefully acknowledged my Al Green t-shirt! 5 stars is not nearly enough--make it 500!

Best place to be in the mornings. It's like the local watering hole for artisan coffee and local family atmosphere. The owners are like the most sweetest polite people ever. Must get the bagel ! Comes with ALL the creamcheese. Thiccccc !

Kafka was a Amazing! They had the specific coffee I was searching for and had an Amazing Latte. I subbed out the milk with Oatmilk. I really enjoyed it, I'll be back in the Morning that's for sure!

I visited in March of 2022 and can’t stop thinking about how good the espresso and ristretto were. Considering going back to Bisbee just for this coffee.
