Great Store! We tried the white Strawberry peach balsamic vinegar in the store. So GOOD! They had such an amazing in store assortment! I wish I lived closer! I would go back just to visit this shop owner. He was THE BEST!It's not just an olive oil store either. Freshly made pasta, honey 🍯 and so much more! Just go visit Robert and buy some amazing olive oil to make your life a bit more tasty! He says he ships too 😀

Sample the Olive oils! You’ll be amazed at how different they can taste! I’m not a big Olive fan but this was very fun.The shopkeeper is very cool as well- will give you fun stories if you like :)They also sell soaps, chapsticks & records here!A fun, bohemian vibe. Check it out for yourself!

First time to Bisbee, and I am so glad we stopped here! The owner is so awesome, quite funny and very personable!! This place had a great vibe and made ya just kinda want to be there.. We could have stayed there for hours. We bought several olive oils and they are amazing, BUT the balsamic vinegars are to die for! I bought the garlic cilantro balsamic and it is the best I have ever had! Seriously! Marinate your chicken in it, and you will thank me!! This is a must see if you go to Bisbee. If you don't check out their website. I'm getting the big bottles now! :)

Spent so much time talking to the owner I never took photos of the interior of Bisbee Olive Oil. I would have taken photos of some oils, balsamic, and the cool looking framed album covers. The owner sold albums in the shops. By the time my wife and I were done talking to him, I felt like he was part of the family. We bought over $140 worth of oils and balsamic. Great store. Even better store owner’s stories.

Amazing selection with extremely friendly service. The owner takes time to personally interact with every customer. I love the olive oil, balsamic vinegar's (especially Modena Traditional). They have my business forever! In fact my husband built a rack so I can have easy access to my stock.

The only reason this is so low is that we were never able to get in. The website says they open at 10. We were there at 10:40. Two other signs on the door say 10:30 and 11. After three tries, still closed at 11:30. Very disappointed, we wanted to buy Christmas gifts there.

We marinated shrimp with both Garlic Olive Oil and white garlic habanero balsamic (separately) and both turned out amazing!!! Rob was so welcoming and told us great stories. You won't be disappointed with ANY of his oils.

What a great little shop. My husband and I stopped in today to ask about a good place to eat in town. The owner had great suggestions and a delightful demeanor. The oils are delicious, too! We were honored with some great conversation. Our day was blessed by our random stop into Bisbee Olive Oil.

What a great selection of olive oils, jams, barbecue sauce. Fun stop. The friendly owner was a blast to talk to about Bisbee and music. This guys loves his town and rightly so. Fun stop with plenty to taste. I dare you to not come out with a new favorite olive oil, I did. Thank you for a great experience.

This place is just great. The flavored olive oils and balsamic vinegars are interesting and fun to try. We bought 4 bottles cause I couldn't decide on just one. The music and music art was great, and the owner was really fun to chat with. We talked with him for at least a half hour about Bisby, the building his store is in, and some celebrity sightings. Cool place in a cool town with a cool product sold by a cool guy. Great experience!

We stopped in to sample some of the many different Flavored Olive Oils. The shopkeeper was very knowledgeable. Walked out with two large bottles and one of the Frog Balls.. Should of bought more Frog Balls. Their delicious as well as the white Garlic Balsamic Vinegar. Will buy again. Hopefully he ships. Almost forgot we had an amazing conversation about my meeting Elvis. He LOVES THE KING!!!

Absolutely LOVE the vibe of this shop. Something yesterday told me to go inside (with my 5 year old and husband) and I won't ever visit Bisbee without stopping there. Robert the owner was welcoming and just such a vibrant person! Even if balsamic and oil isn't your thing stop in, you won't regret it! He has a great selection of balsamic and oils, (and some sweet vinyls) and he has vast knowledge of pairings and flavors just right for each person. Thanks Robert for sharing your awesome stories and welcoming us into your shop, we are customers for life!!! My 5 year old daughter Kennedy is still raving about her sampling experience with you!

Robert, the owner, is full of quirky anecdotes and happy to treat you like a local from the second you walk in. I've never seen anything quite like this selection of olive oils before (and my partner is Greek, so that's saying something!). Visiting Bisbee Olive Oil is a real "experience," complete with a classic rock soundtrack, tasty treats, and invigorating conversation. Can't wait to come back!

Came in with my wife and little girl who is super shy, we were greeted by a young man who was very professional and knowledgeable and so sweet to my young one . The owner had her try a peach oil that she absolutely loves now ! We will be returning and would like to say thank you for the great product and experience and just being very welcoming !!!

Free tastings of whatever you would like to try. The owner is awesome and have a great time talking with him. We stop by every single time we're in Bisbee. Prices are good, the oils are perfect. Flavors that will appeal to everyone. A must see when you visit Bisbee!

What a fantastic find! Perfect way to spend a couple of hours - listening to great music, tasting, and friendly conversation with the owner. An absolute must stop when in Bisbee. It's always nice to have some great gourmet oils and balsamics in the house plus some extra bottles on hand for perfect, impromptu gift giving. LOVE this place!

I can't live without the Modena balsamic and the white balsamic. Also, you haven't lived until you've had Frog Balls! Then, there's Rob who is always convivial and entertaining. Plus, you can sample an amazing array of oils and vinegar. Try it! You'll like it!

Thos place is amazing normally I go to Sedona to get my oils and balsamic vinegar bit this place far more flavors and the owner is amazing friendly knowledgeable and has a passion with what he does amd music. In a short time he introduced me to two big stars of Bisbee. Kenny Boom Boom and Pablo the artist. Spent lots of time just talking with him.
