Fantastic clean and enormous. Only place near/in Bisbee I've found to get empty or full 5 gallon jugs for drinking water. Great spring soil sale and tons of great folks on the floor. Can't wait to venture back now that I know its so much more than a little hardware store. Cleaner nicer and peopled better than Home Depot and not that much of a size loss.

This is a very good Ace, but they have had too much turnover in staff. Seems to be settling down now. But I want something specific and unusual, I ask for Marty. They'll know who you mean.

Great staff had to do a return from Scottsdale and receipt was pretty bad (why do stores in az use thermal printed receipts) ( so they maybe don't have to do refunds) things that make you go hmmm..... Bisbee staff was great!

No veteran's discount, except Veteran's Day.Received coupon for $15 off of at least $90 purchase. Went to buy Milwaukee 18V cordless impact tool ($200) and $75 of additional goods. Milwaukee was running a promotional of buy this tool and get a "tool only" sawzall. This Ace wouldn't honor their coupon or give a Veteran's Discount. A person who identified himself as management said none of their three Ace Hardwares gives this discount. What's really surprising is that one of these stores is located in Sierra Vista, which is home to large army fort and between Home Depot and Lowe's. Those stores do offer this discount and are usually at least10% cheaper. That's where I'll be doing my shopping from now on.

Been going to Ace Bisbee because you have to drive 45 miles to Home DepotI have spent $20k a year at ACE I last 5 years. The new staff is rude. I will now drive 45 m to not have to deal with the rude women at Ace Bisbee.

This is a well stocked and friendly store. It's clean and the staff is very helpful. I was surprised that the gentleman knew the specifics of the item I looking for, a special little light bulb. I only marked it down due to the lumber selection that is not that good.

No friendly people when I walked in, no greeting, not even asking if I needed help. Was in store for about 10 min. About three workers just walked passed me, just looking at me, kinda following me around seeing if im gonna take something or I don't know what they were up to. I saw about 3 people come in and they where greeted and asked if they needed help. Really big store though. Seemed like racist people to me. Sad because it's the only hardware store in this town and I'm here for work for about two months to spend money. This place needs help with there workers on how to greet everyone, every color. Regardless.

It is very good. They have good service and almost always have what I need. They have lawn mowers, 2 stroke gas, weed eaters, leaf blowers, roto tillers and a lot of other gas powered equipment. They also have electric. They also have a lot of good lumber.

I have been a loyal customer since this location opened. After my visit yesterday that will change. There were customers not wearing masks. Why are you not enforcing the mask ordinance? In addition one of your employees was wearing her mask below her nose. Do you not care about the well being of your customers? Are you not aware that AZ is #1 in the WORLD for infections. I will be doing my shopping elsewhere in the future.

One of two hardware stores in Bisbee. It's a good store and the staff in particular departments are helpful which is what brought my score up to a 3 out of 5. Now for what brought the score down... The young girls working the registers by the doors act as if they're doing you a favor. They're the first people not to greet you and the last people to see you out the door. I've tested this theory on many occasions by cheerfully saying "good morning" as I come in only to have them glance up.(with no customer) and saying nothing. Even tested as I left. Would walk up and say "good morning" & "how are you today?" and have only received either a "are you a rewards member" & "will that be all?". If you hate your job then find a new one... I have a daughter who would love to have that job and is very friendly. Management???
