Old man ask for receipt at 945 when he literally watched me scan the 2 case soda and 4 pack of monster.. paid and half way out door… what a joke. Worried about thieves that much open cash registers instead of “self checkout” Already have 2 to 3 standing around..

After 15 minutes of being transferred back into the main queue because they apparently expect you to drive into Benson just to see if they have what you need…then they know you’re still waiting and they just let it ring until you hang up. This store cares about its customers in no way at all apparently.

DISGUSTING. I was flabbergasted as soon as I walked into that stores bathroom. There was toilet paper with blood and diarrhea in the stalls. It smelt so terrible, we couldn't use the bathroom. CLEAN YOUR BATHROOMS WALMART! ALSO, there are some bad attitude employee's with dirty looks. GO TO COSTCO!

This place is ridiculous. Let's send random employees to stalk and harass a bunch of children. The whole time me and my friends were there we were followed around by multiple employees. Every interaction with them was horrible. Constantly asking us if we were gonna buy anything and wouldn't help us with anything when we asked. We go to checkout and 4 or 5 employees are watching us, breathing down our necks. Snatch the receipt out of our hands and demand that they make sure we weren't stealing anything. I went back to grab a dessert and they began talking about how I was probably stealing and they should go follow me. It's absolutely so ridiculous how much of a powertrip these people have. Not to mention we were trying to buy earbuds from the electronics area and an employee walked away from us and started gossiping with a random guy, glaring at us for being there. the harassment reviews go back as far as 5 years and nothing has changed. This is the worst Walmart by far. I spent money here and got accused of stealing. Ugh.

I had a good experience with Aaron in the electronics dept. I had to get batteries for my key fob and he took the time to help me change 2 batteries. He was overall very genuinely friendly as well!

I had a wonderful experience with a cashier named Neydy. I usually go through self checkout but I had a lot of items and was just tired. She made sure to double wrap breakable items. She put like items together. Cold items together. She is the best cashier I have ever had in my 60 years. I will look for her every time I go there before self checkout. Thank you Neydy!

I absolutely can't stand the attitudes of the employees here, I understand it's a walmart, but majority of these employees always are rude. It's ridiculous, there are select few that are helpful at all.

Emily is the most rude worker I have ever encountered I’ve seen her hold people back many times not letting them leave the store, accusing them of stealing when in the end they didn’t steal anything. she needs to be trained on how to properly do her job or just be fired

In the midst of a family crisis I bought a straight talk phone card that can only be purchased at Walmart- it didn't work- management said they don't reimburse these card's that can only be bought at Walmart. They didn't even offer for me to use the store phone in the midst of my family crisis knowing what happenedShame on you Walmart

We ordered groceries online and picked them up. Nothing was out of stock, there was a problem with the quality of our fresh vegetables. But they refunded that amount instantly. Customer service at pick up was wonderful. A very nice young man brought our groceries out and loaded them into the truck and did it with a smile. All in all a pretty good experience.

Sure wish sometimes that the store wasn't sooo big. It's hard to go thur when your feet hurt after working. 😂Otherwise this is a nice super store. They may have a fewer bit of things on the whole but they do have a lot of product. I appreciate they even have some RV supplies which is very helpful. Thanks goes out to the employees of this store as they are trying to do a good job. They helped me find super glue and were all friendly as well. I personally appreciate that. 💯 🤗

Today I went to the electronics department. I asked the girl with the blonde hair if they had any OtterBox case for iPhone 13. She didn’t answer my question and pointed and said that I needed to look. Then I said you don’t have the OtterBox here ? Then she showed me where they were, but would not assist me any further. I have trouble seeing up close. I later came back to get a screen protector for the phone. I saw Aaron there, and he was extremely helpful and even showed me where it was and recommended one that he used himself. Aaron should be the manager of the department.I seldom shop here because I always get the cold shoulder from people who work here.The woman in the electronics department, who is the manager, is very unprofessional, and must have been having a hard dayThanks AARON in the electronics DEPT.There should be more employees just like yourself 😀

The worst managed Walmart, I've ever seen. If you want help at gun counter use the walmart phone at the counter and dial 6150. They send someone down everytime.Never enough people on registers. Called the manager he had every excuse. If we all call walmart and ask for a manager an complain and then go to self checkout and make them scan each item they may learn to put folks on registers. Please join me in demanding better service by calling and forcing checkout monitors to provide customer service. Afterall you don't get employee pricing for working your own register so why would you let them work for then for free.

The bathrooms are disgusting, the younger persons are not the most courteous or attentive....but this seems to be in general....cashiers dont greet you....you can tell they are not trained properly or even at all !!! I hate going to that Walmart even though they have lower prices than most stores

Worlds better than the sierra vista walmart. Sv walmart is a section 8 walmart that hires the worst employees!Benson walmart is worlds better! Employees care about their customers in Benson. Benson store is much cleaner and far better organized. Benson walamrt is my walmart go to.

Walmart is one of those places that you either love or hate. They have gotten better in the past few years and their Neighborhood stores prove that. They have all been refurbished, at least here in So. AZ. Nice and bright lighting, organized products that make sense! I am still out on their pick up service. I ordered some things, went to pick them up, was first in line next, 2 other cars pull in out come the deliverer and the other 2 cars get serviced b4 me? Why?Anyway, I got what I needed and didn't have to go into the store to search for. Pure convenience.

We stopped to pick a few items during our cross country trip. The employee in the electric department we very knowledgeable and helpful.
