Just did not feel safe staying here. Seems many locals (?) maybe long term rentals to the rear units. Just felt strange. Rooms very old - cleaned but not clean enough. Bed squeaked every time I moved during the night. Breakfast not near the quality of other chains we frequent across the country. Nope. Won't be booking here again. A few dollars less is sometimes regrettable.

This is just your average Quality Inn nothing fancy you get what you pay for. I had driven over 12 hours I was very tired so the room was clean, the bed was clean, the bathroom was clean, and that's all that matters to me. I slept well I must say though the bed squeaked I don't know what the deal was that an old mattress frame?? The location was very quiet and I was very refreshed the next morning don't know about the breakfast I didn't stay.

After viewing several hotels in the area, my children and I chose Quality Inn because of the Google reviews and rate. After checking in I noticed an unforeseen issue with the room. The lady at the desk quickly apologized for the inconvenience and got me another room. She walked thru the room with me to ensure everything was as it should be. The room was modern and clean. The breakfast had a great variety of hot/cold options and it was delicious. Overall the quality was excellent for such an inexpensive price. I signed up for Choice Privilege Rewards and will stay again in the future.

I like that there's no carpeting. In fact I walked around the room barefoot the whole while I was here and my feet never got dirty, try doing that somewhere else and you're going to have dirty feet. I could have given the whole room a white glove test and I do believe it would have passed. Located next to the interstate. Pool was down but the whirlpool was open but I did not try it. Local businesses and fast food are about 1/4 of a mile away.

Good location just off the interstate but can be a little noisy from the freeway.For an overnight stay the rooms are clean and comfortable enough. Was there for a week and you have to ask if you want the room serviced.Breakfast was OK but after a couple of days went elsewhere for breakfast.

Friendly staff and conveniently off the highway. The door was hard to bolt closed and the hair dryer was damaged. The bed was nice and the location was quiet. The only downside was my wife and i waiting for a mountain lion amd cub to walk through the parking lot before running to our room. On the road just south of the hotel there are a good spread of restaurants.

I had to stay in Benson AZ unexpectedly so I didn't reserve a room. Checked online and found Quality Inn and the price was fair. I got in kinda late on Saturday night, but there was a single queen available. Stephanie, at the front desk, was professional and nice and got me checked in quickly. NOTE: hotel is two stories but no elevator, so ifyif can't climb a flight of stairs, keep that in mind. The room was clean, with faux wood floors. Thank god, no icky carpet! The bath water was nice and hot, the tub was clean and the tub plug worked!!TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffee& maker, hair dryer and ironing board all in the room. (I hate hotel coffee, so I bring my own travel single-serve coffee maker (Walmart, $19), coffee and fixings. Think about it if you travel alot. For a hotel with what seemed like a lot of rooms occupied, it was pretty quiet. Bed was fresh and comfy. I expect to get a great night's sleep!

Worst hotel in Texas. You should just wave as you drive by. This one of the worst places we have stayed in a very long time. The room was not clean. We did not feel safe.

EXCELLENT!! Wow! This place is Amazing! Wonderful and Friendly staff!Came from Texas for a few days of R&R, everyone was so nice and rooms were the cleanest I have ever seen. Went to a higher end hotel a few days back and room was not so clean. We will definitely be back again soon on another vacation.Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!!Rooms: Very clean!!Food & drinks: Breakfast was good and a very clean establishment.

I had hair all over my bed upon arrival. Looks like someone shaved themselves and just let it all on the bed. No idea how housekeeping would miss that. Room just nasty in general. But i guess nowadays thats what 100 dollars gets you.Staff was friendly and nice. That is the only reason this is above 1 stars.

Extremely impressed by the staff at this hotel 👏Check in was quick and easy. I stayed 5 nights with my family. Staff was friendly and helpful everyday. Pool was clean and temperature was perfect for a nice swim. Perfect location as grocery stores and restaurants are only 2-3 minutes away! Will definitely make this our go to spot when we visit Benson.Rooms: Clean and plenty of space. Hardwood floor which is always a plus for meNearby activities: Benson Park across the street, Safeway and Walmart only 2 minutes away!Safety: Stayed 5 nights and never once felt unsafe. Very clean and quiet area.Food & drinks: 2 vending machines and free ice!

Enjoyed the stay except the fact that there is a pipe between the pool and the spa which I believe is a Beehive under construction.As we were having poolside lunch, bees started coming out of here in dozens. At other times were one or two at a time but once they smelled our chicken it was on. My cousin didn't even want to stay. Even when we gave her the option to go in the room to eat. She insisted on going home and my other cousin (her mom) had to come back after driving her home.

I wanted to make sure and share the details of our stay at quality inn because I saw some previous posts that were very negative. We didn't have any issues with our stay, on our travel to California from Texas we stayed there going and coming back. Neither time did we have any issue. The people that worked at the front counter were very helpful and kind. The rate wasn't bad for the rooms especially considering that we were traveling with six adults and a child. I wanted to just say thank you for being so warm and welcoming.

I genuinely don't understand how this place has so many positive reviews. Currently writing this at 2:30am as my husband and I are driving to Tucson to stay in a different hotel. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and this is not directed at them, but the room was horrible. Before entering it the staff at the front desk made sure to walk with us because the room "may not have been cleaned, housekeeping isn't great" which should've been the first red flag.1. In the 5 hours we were there 6 trains passed by sounding as if they were directly outside the door and blaring their horn2. The mattress was so worn out it was entirely springs, any slight movement sent the entire mattress swaying.3. The walls of the room were so thin we could hear the snoring of a guest in an adjacent room.4. My husband and I both woke up completely itchy along our arms and torso, I wouldn't be surprised if they turned out to be bed bug bites5. The final straw was when we were woken up by the sound of mice in the wallsReservation confirmation # 37557515

We will never stay at that quality inn again. I paid over $100 for a room that was uncomfortable, TV didn't work & we couldn't get in the pool or jacuzzi, because apparently there were two people with 30 kids who I believe weren't staying at the hotel, having a pool party. So no tenants could get in the pool. And the fact they were there when we arrived at 3pm, made a tremendous amount of noise until 10pm. I actually had to finally call the front desk. I'm sure I probably wasn't the only one. Totally unacceptable.

Stopped for a quick rest during our road trip back to Texas. 10/10 rooms were nice and cold and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was really nice too!Rooms: Rooms were nice and clean and super cold ( if that’s what you like 😌)Noteworthy details: FREE Breakfast was super yummy served from 6-9. There’s an ice machine and vending machine. Across the street from a gas station and right off the road too! There is a train nearby but no one heard it while we slept.

Not reasonably priced for what you get. The room was worn off, would need some maintenance. Especially the bathroom was not too clean after all. Within the room, it was way too noisy - you either have rooms facing the Interstate, or rooms facing railroad tracks. I would recommend the latter if you have choice, as trains are running just like every 30 minutes.Gym was out of order unfortunately.However, absolutely thumbs up for the staff. We first had a room facing Interstate; when we asked we got moved to the other side, which was great. Breakfast was pretty good as well. But again, regarding the $120 pricetag, we would've expected way more.

Sure, this is an older motel and Benson is not on anyone's short list of vacation spots, but our stay was extremely satisfying.If you need a decent bed, a safe spot, and super friendly and accommodating staff this fits the bill.Breakfast was pretty good for a mass breakfast.We will come back.
