Shake was good but he did not give me my toast with the chicken strip basket which is the main reason I ordered that item. Popcorn shrimp was cooked fresh, while the chicken strips were literally cool in the middle, could tell they had been sitting for a while with no heat at all. Fries and gravy were good. Ordered and paid for extra gravy so I could dip my toast in it....and like I said...no toast. Tried to do the DQ online survey that was on the receipt and the number that was printed on the receipt will not work so posted here instead. Spent 40 dollars and extremely disappointed...

45 dollars for a flamethrower combo, a chicken sandwich combo and 2 blizzards! The chicken sandwich was thin, wilted veggies and tasted freezer burned! The blizzards had almost no butterfinger or oreo pieces! Don't waste your money at this DQ!!Dietary restrictions: Terrible!

The dairy queen staff really do not care about quality. I get the same blizzard regularly at multiple different dairy queen locations and have been doing so for years. Ive never gotten one so poorly mixed as at this location. When i brought it to the attwntion of the person who mixed it they became defensive, snippy and argumentative. I wasnt even asking for my money back, juat pointing out that they need to mix it longer next time. The manager then reacted the same way. Avoid this place. This dairy queen is staffed by people who do not care about quality or customer service.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal and fries with a strawberry cheesecake blizzard, fried chicken sandwich meal and fries with an extreme brownie blizzard. Good came out in less than 10 minutes, and it was all hot and fresh.All staff was friendly, patient, and attentive. Dining area is clean and super cool because of its vintage step down area with large windows. Check out the views of the beautiful high country.

Wasn't the friendliest place, stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while an employee just kept looking our way. A simple acknowledgement would have sufficed. We were finally acknowledged by an employee who was way over by the front of the store cleaning tables, who came to help us as soon as they realized we were there. My travelling companion asked for a small dipped ice cream cone, and the employee made it quite large. We had to figure out how to dispose of the rest of it while driving. Just not the best experience.

Nobody else ordering at the counter. 1 worker walking around aimlessly, 1 making an ice cream order order right in front of me. Nobody so much as acknowledged me standing there. A simple “Just going to finish these up and will be right with you.” would’ve made the difference. After 5 minutes I just walked out.

Most incompetent Dairy Queen in the United States. Placed my order and after about 30 minutes started wondering where it was. I went to the counter where the workers completely ignored me and then called a number that was 15 digits after mine. They missed my order. Finally get the attention of a worker that was unapologetic and said they missed it and will get it out. It’s obvious that nearly every employee at this location is miserable and has zero training. The only good person was the cook that brought our order to our table and apologized for the issue. He was great. Everyone else was terrible. This 15 minute pit stop ended up taking over an hour because of the staff. DQ needs to get quality control out here.

Dam good burger(A-1 double-cheese)!! Nice and meaty. They didn't skip out on of the condiments like some places do; Nice hearty meal for the evening drive!

The food was good, but the place wasn’t the best. All of the tables were dirty, so we had to wipe one off to sit down. We also had to wait a while before an employee even came to the counter to take our order, and the employee seemed unhappy to be there and talked condescendingly. She ended up getting my sister’s order wrong (she ordered plain and dry but it came with everything.) If you just need some food on the road, it’ll do its job just not well.EDIT: I did order a shake but it was delicious. The sweet treat wasn’t the problem

The restaurant was nice and clean, service was good, and staff was friendly. We just got ice cream, so that’s pretty hard to mess up! I got the new cinnamon bun milkshake which was tasty. Also, they have an elongated penny machine (smashed pennies) which I love, so that’s a bonus.

I come here a lot and I find the poeple taking your order really don't listen to you and when they screw up they won't fix it even though it was a screw up on their end I wish you had like we have recorded phone calls you have recorded registered if the lady behind the register would pay more attention to the person talking to her she wouldn't have screwed up my order.

Range up order wrong, instead of making what we asked for they gave me extra sauce. Then realized I paid full price (6.99) for a 4 piece chicken basket with no frys or bread. When my actual order was a 4 piece honey BBQ basket! Didnt give us ours cups and was rude when I asked for them! Pretty frustrating. Then asked for a very small ice cream cup for my 2 year old and they gave me a medium cup!

Food is decent but I ordered a burger deluxe so I could get lettuce and tomato. The lettuce is all brown, had to take it off the burger. I don’t understand how people can think this is ok to serve

What a great place to stop! I just love traveling on I10. This is in such a great spot! This has become my favorite place for a break when traveling. Come on, it's Dairy Queen. Who doesn't love a blizzard on a hot day! There are plenty of those in Arizona! I highly recommend stopping here! Great store too!

A worker named Jessica Seemed to be mad at a co worker the entire visit we were there! She would tell him to go ask other workers what to do. The other workers would say go clean tables. The Jessica Loudly complained ABOUT THIS POOR KID! Even though he did EXZACKLY WHAT SHE TOLD HIM TOO. I almost got up and Spoke my mind ! I wouldn’t want to be treated like that! I am calling corporate!

I ordered 2 large meals and one regular meal for my family and me but they only gave me one large fry and when I went to ask for the other fry she brought me a small fry. I even tried to show her the receipt but she just said she'll bring it to me. I assumed She would bring a large since they screwed up. She just dropped the small fry on my table and walked away. Worst customer service ever!! Never eating here again.

It's a Dairy Queen so you know what you're going to get. We stopped at the attraction/tacky souvenir store next door and wandered over for blizzards. They tasted fine but Ewwwwwww!! The person who was mopping the store stopped what she was doing, took our order, handmade food without washing her hands. I'm not worried about Covid-19 at all. General health says wash your hands!

The place was busy and even still the cashiers took the time to converse with us and give us some much needed human interaction on a very long road trip. I can only rate it 4/5 because DQ just isn't the same as Whataburger, but I can hardly complain. It was the thing I needed when I needed it.

A Dairy Queen that does not make "The Dude" sandwich and is over priced being that it's located inside a tourist trap. Still a nice place to stop for a bite to eat and some rest though. I didn't pay the $1 to find out what "The Thing" is, maybe next time.

Fast service and friendly staff. Treats are always delicious. Prices are fairly decent. Sometimes there's a wait bit they get you through as fast as possible. They have drive thru and walk-in service.
