We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting friends during Thanksgiving week. It was a nice place to stay. It was comfortable and clean and quiet. No frills but they did have breakfast which was good. The girl that ran the breakfast was always nice and cheery every morning 😊The only thing is they don't always clean the rooms, if you want your room cleaned make sure you let them know ahead of time. If you need any extra towels or soaps you need to go to the front desk.

This is not your average Comfort Inn. The place is beautiful, rooms are very spacious. Great location. Close to caverns, Biosphere, Titan missile museum, state parks, Tombstone and the OK corral. Front desk staff was very kind and knowledgeable of the area and gave great advice on where to eat and what to go see. I was only going to stay one night and move, but wound up staying 3. This is a great place

Local here, called to see if they had a pool.... lady that answered was rude from the jump... the interaction with her alone will prevent me from ever getting a room there.. even with my rewards points.... I'd rather pay for a room out of pocket elsewhere than have to RISK dealing with her again for any amount of time. Would love to tell you her name, only I never got it smh location is fabulous, rooms are decent.... better service in town

Great hotel for price! The staff members Jason and April were very friendly.Jason provided all the information I needed without me having to ask.We had a pull out sofa and for the first time in a while, all of the bedding was already in the room. The only negative was the size of the pull out sofa. We had to get an additional roll away. It had all of the bedding already on it so it was quick and easy.We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here after visiting the nearby Kartchner Caverns. It was very nice and had unique southwestern touches that we loved. The room was clean and had both a microwave and a minifridge. The lights on either side of the bed had 2 plugs each (outlet only, no USB charging that I remember). The bed was comfortable, and there was a great selection of stations on the TV. The entire room was a good size. There was plenty of room for my wheelchair (we did not stay in an ADA accessible room). The included breakfast was fantastic. I had a waffle and scrambled eggs, and my partner also had a muffin and orange juice. The hotel is conveniently just off the highway, but the room was quiet and comfortable. We stayed on the second floor, and the view was beautiful. There aren't a ton of food options within walking distance, but there is a gas station, McDonald's, Taco Bell, and KFC. The staff was very friendly! Next time we visit Kartchner Caverns, this is definitely somewhere we'd stay again.

Room was very large, a suite, nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very soft. Shower had alot of pressure that's always a plus. The staff was over the top. Extremely pleasant and funny. Will definitely stay here again when coming this way.Food & drinks: Breakfast was very good.

So glad we stayed at the Comfort Inn! The staff was very welcoming to our small film crew for the duration of our stay and worked with us on a number of specific requests we had. Throughout the process they were very accommodating to our needs and patient and kind. The hotel was excellent, clean and safe compared to the Motel 6 we've previously stayed at in Benson. LOVED the hot breakfast as well. This was a huge plus and the waffles were incredible. We stayed with a cat as well and had no issues with any other people staying with pets! Worth the money to stay here over other places in town in my opinion. The rooms were clean and spacious.

If you're not crazy about bugs in your room, I'd find another hotel to stay at. I checked into this hotel on August 15th. I woke up to use the restroom around 1am and found numerous bugs on the walls. I started closely inspecting the room and found many, many dead bugs along the sides of the room, under the bed and chair, and a rust colored stain on the mattress. It was either bed bugs, beetles, or a combination of both. When I informed the older gentleman at the front desk, he was unapologetic. He claimed they were beetles and then stared at me as if we had come to a resolution. I asked to be switched to another room, and he acted as if my request was an inconvenience for him. Even though the new room we were switched to was clean and bug free, I will not stay at a hotel that acts as if numerous bugs in a room aren't a big deal.

An affordable option considering the insane prices for hotels these days. It was only 30 min away from Tucson which is where our festival was.The beds were comfy and hotel seemed clean. AC worked well and pet friendly was a plus.Complaints are that the door handle to our room was super janky and you had to turn it up and down to actually open the door. Both of our key cards stopped working around 9am even tho check out wasn't until 11am. That was really annoying to not be able to access our rooms and made it difficult to load our stuff up to leave. That alone gives us a reason to never return. Lastly, the breakfast is not good. Very limited options and no bacon or breakfast potatoes.

GREAT FOR TRUCKERS!! Walmart close by, a variety of fast food restaurants, and truck parking very close (truck/ tractor at Love's and bobtail on premises). The staff is very accommodating to pets, truckers, and members. Love ALL of the staff!!! In every department.Beautiful scenery and a nice dog area to run.Rooms: Spacious. Clean. Windows that open. A/C very cold.Walkability: Big hill to climb. Big building that the parking lot wraps around.Noteworthy details: We stayed in room 210. The shower was hot and had a good stream. The fitness center and the 2nd floor vending machine was out of order during our visit on 8/27.

Use CAUTION when parking - we arrived about 8pm on 12/8 and checked into our room. We parked around back by the back door, close to the hotel building to unload. This location doesn't seem to be in the bad part of town at all. We recieved a call to our room phone around 6:30am stating that my truck was leaking fuel. I was baffled and went down to find that it appeared that someone punctured my gas tank in the early hours of the morning. I left my truck for the final time around 9pm and there weren't any fuel leaks or issues at all (I usually make sure I don't have leaks under my truck after a long trip - we were driving from Texas to Utah) - Unfortunately this has caused a major disruption to our trip home.As for the hotel, everyone was very accommodating. The maintenance guy who found the leak was very understanding and helpful, the front desk and management allowed us to check out late in the afternoon since I had to have my truck towed into Tuscon and had to pickup a rental car. The room was nice and clean, comfortable, and pet friendly. The location doesn't seem to be in a bad part of town and is convenient off I-10. I appreciate the hotels understanding. If you stay, arrive early in the evening and park in the front of the hotel!

Nice little place. Very hospitable. Real easy access off I-10. Rooms were very clean - we didn't feel like we had to go over everything with our own disinfectant spray ( my wife's idea ). The buffet breakfast was the norm - but hit the spot after 2 days of being on the dusty road. Pretty quiet all night until about 8am... we still slept pretty well on these soft beds.

Great price. Very kind and friendly receptionist (didn’t grab her name, but she is maybe in her 50s with red hair). Our room was clean and spacious, with all the things you need for an overnight stop.It was a laundry night for us (every 5th day on our road trip). The washer and dryer were in use when we arrived, so we had to wait to start our laundry. And we had people waiting for us to finish. This was a weekday at a hotel with vacancies. Obviously these laundry facilities are getting used, so I don’t understand why so many hotels only have one washer and dryer. This isn’t a criticism for this particular hotel as it seems to be the standard, but I want to keep pointing it out whenever we use a hotel with one set. Hopefully, as new hotels are built or when they’re thinking about remodels or whatever, they’ll consider having more units.

10-12-23FALSE ADVERTISING 👎👎on their website , pictures of the rooms showed there are arm chair. We found two straight back wood chairs. We talked to the assistant manager and she said those are old pictures. We choose this hotel partly due to the armchairs. Straight back chairs makes my back ache.

Last year, we booked a room here several months in advance of our scheduled trip. About a week or two before we were scheduled to arrive, Comfort Inn sent us a text informing us that they could no longer accommodate us and our reservations were canceled. We had to cancel all our other plans. I'll never reserve a room here again.

We were refused service due to having an enclosed livestock trailer with one lamb inside. We had been traveling back from Phoenix Arizona after being at a livestock show all weekend. We were trying to find a parking spot for our trailer, so that took time before being able to get down and ask if rooms are available. An older lady came out (an employee) and rudely raised her voice and said we can not be there and had to leave… due to us having livestock! Absolute nonsense. Will not be recommending this Comfort Inn location to anyone in the near future. As a loyal customer to your chain I feel we were strong mistreated. Thanks.

Definitely don’t recommend if you’re pulling a horse trailer. Got there late at night to check in it was snowing very hard lots of parking spots open and the guy running the desk had a very bad attitude. Got mad that I was parked in some spots at the back then I moved it to the side because he said I could move it there. Then when I got back in he said if people can’t get out the rig will be towed. So then I moved it down to the loves because of the snow didn’t want to risk people sliding in to it. Just surprised he works there when he had such a bad attitude about everything, if he would have been polite it would have made my stay there completely different, instead I was just ready to get out of there back on the road. If it wouldn’t have been so late at night I definitely would have kept driving instead and found a different hotel.

Super clean. Friendly staff and the breakfast had eggs and sausage and make your own waffles.! Kids loved it too! Do NOT stay at the motel 6 across the street. I made that mistake trying to save a few dollars

I can’t stress enough how great this hotel is. The room/bathroom is spacious and clean, the bed is comfy and the comforter is more than just a thin sheet. The staff was friendly and helpful which is just what i needed after my long road trip. They allow pets for a low cost of $10 per pet and offer a free breakfast in the morning. I was pleased to find that my room had not only a mini fridge but also a microwave and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of extra towels. I don’t know if I will ever be through Benson again but if I am I will definitely be staying here.
