I'm sorry, the Benson Medicine Shoppe, did not warrant such an obnoxious review. I know for a fact that ALL of the employees take customer service very seriously. Always eager to help, and fulfill your Healthcare needs. I have only heard great things about them. And, say great things about them. Everyone has there opinion, but it is not right to post lies about this store. And it's Medicine Shoppe, not Medicine Shop.

The staff is so friendly & helpful. There are never long lines to wait in, only to find out your rx isn't ready. I get a text when my rx is ready to be picked up. They even deliver for those who may need that service. They always have what I need. Convenient drive thru for pick up also!

Best pharmacy EVER!!!They are always sweet and kind and I trust them with my life. I've seen the new bad review on here and absolutely cannot believe any of it. I have never seen anything of the sort in the store and have only been treated with kindness. They do not lean into political b.s. and there is none in the store or on display. You also won't hear anything of the sort from them. You might find it in the newspaper, but that has nothing to do with the store.I stand by my review that Medicine Shoppe is the best pharmacy EVER!!!

After dealing with a horrible pharmacy in Tucson where they never answered the phone, terrible customer service and told us the Rx would be ready in 15mins then to later find out that they only had part of the Rx, I had a prescription transferred to the Medicine Shoppe and they were amazing! Awesome customer service, kept me posted on the status of my daughter’s prescription and just an overall great experience. Thanks again Medicine Shoppe!!!

I paid for the Rapid Test $90 on Monday 4th with symptoms for covid for 7 days already. I needed confirmation for work. My man and I both received negative tests. I called was able to get into a doctor apt knowing my symptoms meant that the negative result was inaccurate, I tested positive for covid the next day. The staff were great the service was great but don't waste your money.

These guys can no longer manage to fill my Rx as promised, and I’m tired of being lied to about it. They don’t ever take responsibility for their mistakes!Having reliable Rx filling is more important than doing business with the smaller local businesses.I’m disappointed, after doing business with them since moving back in 2016.

This is my FAVORITE Pharmacy because the staff are SUPER friendly & knowledgeable. They have so much to choose from. There are things I can find there that I can't find anywhere else & if they don't have it, they try to accommodate their patient. This year my insurance decided that for long term meds I have to use a certain drug store in Tucson to get a discount For me, I am willing to pay full price for my meds JUST TO BE ABLE TO support the pharmacy that has my back & watches out for me like family

Our fire crew was driving through on our way to a fire in Wilcox, it was 106f outside and we stopped in for some liquid IV. Before we the left the sweet cashier came out and gifted us two flats of bio lyte. Thank you for supporting wildland firefighters!

Covid test is not accurate at all! We knew we had it and the test was negative! Got a real test the next day and it was positive! Don't waste your money! 180 dollars wasted!
