We made it to Ace just ten minutes before closing to have a paint color matched. We would not have been surprised if the folks working there felt a little put out by our timing, but if they did, they certainly didn't show it!We were greeted with a smile and directed to the paint section. The associate there cheerfully helped us determine the correct sheen and carefully analyzed the color on our sample. She even put a spot of the mixed paint on the sample to verify the match.We were checking out after closing time but even so, all of the associates were very friendly and professional.We were very impressed by and grateful for the expert service we received even though we kept everyone working in the store late.

This Ace is great! They hire the old-timers who will bend over backwards to help you! We love that! Great attitudes and the store is pretty well organized. Fees can be a little pricey, but for the most part doable. No complaints and we love their great customer service!

This hardware store has more than most Ace Stores. The staff is standing by to help everywhere in the store. I have been there several times and always get what I need. Being a rewards member is the best and Ace has offers at most of their stores across the country. ACE Is the place!

Good customer service and lots of knowledgeable staff. Mike is amazing with anything electrical.My latest visit was with a riding mower which I thought might have major problems. Within a few minutes of my arrival, Nick had it diagnosed and I was on my way. Recommended!

I shop at this ace throughout the year and I've had 3 bad experiences here. The latest today is having a front end person call a staff member in the back to watch me so I don't steel a tool, when in fact she could have mentioned when she talked to me about the tool I was going to purchase. When I confronted them about this, they said well all ace hardwares have this policy. So they couldn't just explain or lock up tools? I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT THIS ACE AGAIN. AND AM FILING A COMPOLAINT WITH ACE CORPORATE!!!

Everyone here is extremely helpful. I've gone in with some pretty difficult shopping lists (lists for missing parts on items purchased from the internet). They made it so much easier than having to return the huge items and I just got reimbursed from the companies I bought them from since I had a receipt, that'll teach them! Hahaha.

The guys are always willing to show me where things are, help me carry my things and the pricing is more than fair market prices. Love this Ace! It's sometimes a bit of a wait to get help from someone on the floor but it's worth it. It doesn't appear to be understaffed. There are just LOTS of customers with questions and people seem ti wait patiently. The staff is friendly and very competent. This store is better stocked than those in nearby larger cities!

Went in to buy some paint. Girl at the paint counter with Yuliana very attentive very polite very funny. I would go back to that store just to be out by her again she was so nice and polite everybody else ain't polite to but she was super nice! Very nice experience recommend it to everybody. It's somewhat of a throwback as is the best advice, customer service, and products locally available here in Benson. It's a wonderful store ran very well and albeit a little bit more expensive than Home Depot but what you save in doing the job right the first time because of their wonderful advice and know how makes it well worth the difference in price.

I usually have a great experience. Today not so much.I nicely asked a woman where the keys were made, she was setting up an endcap for "round up". Never looked at me and in a sour tone said, "over there" and just nodded her head. I think I will do my business at the hardware store. I must have been a bother...Thank you for asking...
