I used to take my cat, Missy, here a few years ago. She was always treated with such great care. The veterinarians were so attentive and explained things so well to me. Also, their prices are EXTREMELY affordable! I now live out of state, so unfortunately I can’t come to this clinic anymore. But I will never forget how my cat was in great hands!

Our heeler dog was bitten by a Mohave rattler. Even though we were unable to get care for 14 hours, Dr Monika and her staff were fantastic. Our dog was paralyzed and had blood in his urine and faeces. He clearly looked as though he would not survive. Monika followed up with us, and left medical supplies by her office, out of hours, for us to collect. Amazingly, our dog survived. We would highly recommend Monika for veterinary care. She is very kind towards the animals.

I wish i could give less than a 1 star. We went in because our 17 year old dog was having seizures, unable to move, crying in pain and had done a complete 180 overnight. We went in to say goodbye as we didnt want to see her in pain and suffering, it wasnt right to do to her but the vet absolutely refused to listen to us and instead sent us home with a ton of medication and a large bill, much larger than what was quoted and we were told to wait 24 hours. I then had to sit up all night listening to my dog scream in pain even through the pain meds the vet had given her and when we tried to call back they hung up on my wife, refused to answer the phone, then when we finally did get them to answer said well i guess we may be able to see you in about 6 hours and were extremely rude to my wife who was justifiably emotional and crying. they have no empathy, refuse to listen and treated my wife and i like dirt. But they were happy enough to take my money

They took awesome care of my girl. We thought we were going for an end of life appointment, however we found out EVA was diabetic. They are working with me to learn our new way of life.

Doctor Monica was a sweet angel, our pup Radar (who's almost 2 and not accustomed to the vet environments) felt right at home with everyone. The nursing staff was kind as well and we feel very excited to have a vet will all feel comfortable with nearby. Big thanks!

I would give negative 5 stars if I could. A week ago I took my older Australian Sheppard here for having seizures and if they could help her.We got into the examination room and while waiting for the vet my dog fell asleep. The vet came in and started talking very loud to us at the point of yelling. And instantly my dog woke up and went into a seizure. I was trying to comfort my dog and the vet was yelling trying to talk over me. The vet didn't try and help my dog at all. She walked out while my dog was still having her seizure. The assistant came in and we decided to put her down then and there.Horrifying experience. The vet was rude, loud, and uncaring. And I'm not a sensitive person.Do your critters a favor and stay far far away.

Our furry family member had not been doing well. We called and they gave us an appointment that morning. They took him right in and checked him out. They informed us of what we had felt, it was time to go to doggy heaven. They explained everything that they were doing with compassion and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. Very good experience in a very hard situation.

Wow, where should I begin. Shouldn't be any stars. And I will go anywhere else now. I found the bedside manner was lacking! Especially during a very sad and stressful time. It'd be helpful to us if anyone had some empathy for what we were going through at this office. It was the first time since coming to the area a vet was needed. And our dog died. Wow-Reeling from the lack of concern!! I can't in my heart recommend this veterinarian for anyone new in the area. My dog was dying. Is now dead. No empathy, no call to check on us or our dog after we left to wait for a call back as to the next idea to help, we were referred to as "PPT" in our chart - translation - not concerned for our pet's welfare. When asked what does "PPT" stand for I was brushed off with an over the shoulder answer, it means People Passing Through (??) Now our dog is dead. Watch out to pet owners newer in the area. Omg

Dr.Monika has treated my dogs, rabbits, and parrots and I couldn’t give a higher recommendation. The animals welfare is always first. Recently she helped me navigate my aging Chinese crested and her care flowed from preventative- to hospice care and making sure my little one was pain free until the end.

No customers when I went in to weigh my dog, since no customers, I ask if they would trim his nails, which I was willing to pay for. They more or less made it clear to not come in unless I had an appointment. Don't worry I won't be back.

Keep yourself and your loved pets away from this “clinic”. The vet tech is extremely rude and the Veterinarian is not a nice person neither during an emergency.

They were able to get me a late appt. They checked my sick dog out, x-rays, and gave me the bad news. The vet was great and apologized for the bad news as she felt as bad as I did knowing that my dog wasn't going to make it. She gave me some pills to keep him comfortable during this time. I couldn't ask for a sweeter lady to take care of my best friend. Thank you for caring!

We were driving through on Interstate 10 and thought we would have to put our dog down - he was so sick. Not so fast said Dr. Monika. She would not let our dog die, and instead initiated a plan to get him back to health. She saved our dog and we will be forever grateful to her and her wonderful staff.

I am a rancher and have taken a newly born orphaned goat on a bottle to this vet and she had excellent advice. Plus she gave her the necessary shots. Then I took in a big Labrador at end of life, and she was very compassionate. Fees seem reasonable, and they squeeze me in every time I need it. Good services so I'm backing off on using my Tucson veterinarian for traditional shots and routine checkups after 13 years and opting for All Creatures. I also like their bedside manner and caring attitudes.Update: Not for emergencies! Recently I had 3 two-week old puppies that I had accidently over-medicated on wormer. Dangerously so and they needed activated charcoal. I called All Creatures and explained the situation, and at first they seemed compelled to help until I told them they were Goldendoodle puppies and were already spoken for. Immediately the attitude changed and I was told they didn't have the charcoal and could not administer it if they did have it under the circumstances. I was shocked! One minute they could with a vet administering, and the next they backed out. It sounded to me that they feared a lawsuit if a puppy did not survive after administering the activated charcoal. I encountered the same situation with Benson Animal Hospital but the receptionist was so much more caring and helpful despite their inability to do this for me. I called my Tucson vet of 13 years, and he told me where to get the charcoal (found out a neighbor had some so I didn't have to search the local stores) and what to do. Puppies are just fine now! So, here's my advice to all in the Benson, St. David area. Find a good vet! Find one that cares and will go above and beyond their norm to help you. My Tucson vet has given me his private phone to call for any emergency as a breeder. He has one of my puppies as he knows my quality breeding abilities. He is great! The veterinary services locally in Benson are basic checkup/shot clinics and nothing more, even in a life and death situation. I literally begged All Creatures for help and they walked away. Not okay and not reliable! Despite their knowledge and advice, their job is to save lives, not simply medicate the mildly ill and give shots. If they can't save lives, they are not helpful. The only downfall to using my Tucson vet is an hour drive, but in most cases, even in an emergency, I can still get my dog to him in time and he drops his appointments to help my beloved pets. That, folks, is what a good vet does! They don't make excuses or fear law suits, or stare at a clock because it's the end of their day. They go above and beyond, especially in an emergency! So if it's updated shots and a routine checkup, I'll go to All Creatures, but for any emergencies it is my Tucson vet as he does all surgeries, including palate, internal, tumor removals, etc. He has stitched up dogs for me in past emergencies, too. That's a good vet! And he doesn't rob me blind, either. He is a fair, Christian man. That says a lot in this day and age of expensive animal care. He also accepts Pet Assure for 25% off all charges, emergencies or otherwise. Make the drive. You'll be glad you did!

If I could leave no stars I would. If you love your pet, don’t go there. She operated on my dog and sent him home. I had to rush him to an emergency clinic in Tucson. The vet said that she had nicked a vein and he bled to death. I hope she is able to sleep at night.

If I could give less than one star I would. The staff is extremely rude and uncaring. They don't return phone calls. They can't even bother to call you after your pet has surgery to let you know how they did. This is the worst place ever. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE.

The cruelest , money grabbing “ vet” I’ve ever seen, my beloved baby, 6 year old Shih Tzu, after being treated for years with Addison’s dx and epilepsy, began having Grand Mal seizures ( 3 in the office alone while waiting to see the vet) which would no longer respond to phenobarbital. Despite having to make the gut wrenching decision that she had suffered enough made the appointment no pet owner wants to make, only to be refused service, pretty much implied I was a horrible pet owner for not attempting aggressive therapy, oh and I could “ surrender “ her if I wanted too.. Speechless, devastated beyond words, GOD BLESS Benson Animal hospital for relieving BOTH our suffering

The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and treats our animals, and us, very well.Everyone at All Creatures has a caring attitude and shows real concern.Their charges are what I consider to be very reasonable. Once a course of treatment has been prescribed, Dr Monika will take the time to tell you the reasoning behind it, what you can expect, and how long your animal may be on the mend.A great place for sick critters.

Great veterinarian. We thought that we would have to have our miniature schnauzer put down as she could not urinate. Xrays showed she had a tumor the size of her bladder. They kept her overnight and operated the next day. Then they kept her another day to make sure she was okay. When we went to pick her up the vet showed us the tumor and said she had never seen anything like it. She sent it to a lab to have it tested. Very good care from the doctor and staff.

I want to highly recommend Dr. Monika at ACVS. I was quail hunting from out of state and my 12 yr old dog went ill. She was very practical and helpful and gave me meds and advice to get her back on track. I received not 1 but 2 callbacks to see how she was doing. Everyone there very helpful. Busy office. If you call and no one answers it’s because folks are doing double duty so persevere...the great care is worth it! Do not be put off by the size or care the building gets. They put their energy into their patients. Reasonable prices too.
