We went to this store almost every night, we mind our business and pay for our groceries. They see us all the time and never ask to see our receipt.MEANING THEY KNEW WE DON'T STEAL!!!!The last time I went we were falsely accused of stealing when that wasn't the case. They saw we scanned everything but still trespassed us from the store. They were being rude, unreasonable, nasty etc.WE WERE SO HUMILIATED!!!!On top of all of this they ALL were laughing at us.I KNOW they did this on purposeobviously I won't be back because I've been trespassed.So be careful.

Do not come here for your oil change. I came at 8:30 in the morning and was told by the sales person that it is by appointment only yet I called at 7 AM and was told that they were open and that it’s first come first serve there was only one car waiting ahead of me so when I asked her how long the wait would be if I chose to wait, she said it would be about three hours! Very disappointing that Walmart is such a great store, just too bad that the employees don’t want to do their job!!

Online/pickup ordering is a joke. Ordered items online, received confirmation email, pickup would be ready two hours later. When I arrived employee could not find my order. Said “they are probably out of stock”, “her hand held device only does grocery orders”Another employee said “that’s Walmart for you”.. I was not looking for excuses just needed my online order I paid for. The manager had to get involved, she couldn’t find my order, gave her the order number, still nothing. I had to grab items, pay for them and cancel my order online. I’m beyond speechless on the flawless customer service displayed by these fine employees.. You had four employees at this point who could not find my order, didn’t help with any kind of solution other than me getting my own items and going to stand inline to purchase items. I’m fine with that. But why have online at this point? I had no explanation as to why two associates and two managers dropped the ball. I would not recommend ordering online.

Horrible service and extremely rude employees when they are around. My son and I had to wait at the self checkout because there were two employees in their whole other world just chatting about what they did over the weekend. Also don't trust Google this Walmart does NOT have a nail salon in it. When I asked I was looked at like I was stupid and told very rudely that there hasn't been one for the last 2yrs. How would I know that? I just moved to this side of town.😡😡😡😡😡

Instead of shopping at 2 different stores, I headed to the Walmart here in Avondale, with my 2 daughters. I MADE sure to add the highest priced items to my order at the register first, not only did AP (Assest Protection) come and pace back and forth, but the self-service clerk asked "did you scan those green drinks", I pointed to the screen... " oh I guess my 'system' is slow"... please... too much prejudice at this location. Not every Hispanic is a thief Walmart! Not to mention, the "greeter" grabbed onto my 2nd cart and I had my receipt in hand, I made sure to put it to his face, yes rude, but at that point I'd had enough!

The pharmacy never disappoints! Amazing pharmacists, I just got out and had great information on my medication and l had amazing service with amazing people. I always look forward going back there. :)!!!

My mistake was assuming the janitor was done cleaning floors and did not pay attention as he was freely japping (chatting) with co-employees. So I went around him and began using the self-pay register. He approached me saying,”Hey, amigo. Didn’t you see cones… do you think I was playing or just kidding?…” I thought he was being sarcastic so I said yes and got out of his area. Not allowing me to apologize, he began non-stop saying he was older than me with several grandkids, he was not kidding around, so many other things he did not deserve and then asked me how old I thought he was (demanding aggressively) to tell him several times over and over and over. He got into my nerves so I admit I told him “I don’t care about your age” age doesn’t matter for respect” he continued aggressively asking again for his age to when he made me react wrong to say, “f-off” …biggest mistake ever. I am sorry for that he made me lose it. He created a terrible dramatic scene for me and everyone who witnessed. Those 5-10 minutes at the register seemed like one hour just trying to pay and leave. I will not fall into this trap again. I will call for upper management to help and remedy the situation. Believe this…I will pay more attention, but I wouldn’t have minded getting his mop and clean the floor again if this would have been a solution. What is your advice?

Thank you again Walmart! Your employees that you higher are getting better and better at customer service. Maybe it's just the area in which I live in but it seems like everywhere else other than Phoenix has some awesome awesome employees that treat you with respect, courtesy and like as if you are a friend versus someone just trying to spend money there.

I needed to buy a few pairs of jeans, they refused to let me try them on in a dressing room and surprise they did not fit. Also I needed to buy tubes for my bike tires which happened to be behind glass so I had to go to the game and fish section to ring that little doorbell thing for assistance. It took them HALF AN HOUR to get to me. At about 20 minutes a worker did walk by but refused to help me saying there was someone else coming. Screw this place

I have used their pick up service a few times now but items aren’t picked with care. Such as fruits and vegetables, the pickers definitely need some training and management should oversee quality of the orders. They also never pick up the phone. You can call at different times on different days and nothing they will let it just ring. I tried calling through the store number and select grocery pick up and forget it.. phone will ring 3 minutes until someone picks up and doesn’t say anything which very unprofessional and rude. I live close to this store but I will rather keep driving to the Estrella Parkway location the pickup team is much better and nicer and the inside of the store is also much bleaker and better stocked.

Idk why but Walmart managers feel it’s necessary to be doing open construction and renovation throughout the Walmart store blocking multiple isles and places to go. Also the restocking and blocking isles is crazy. Yall close at 11pm and don’t open until 7am… that’s 8 hours to do all your needs. When it was 24 hours it was NEVER this terrible.Do better.

Update. This Walmart is under major renovations. It's still very dusty and dirty. The bathrooms have a strong odor of BO and a scent trying to cover it up. It makes me sad as there is a ton of theft at this location.This Walmart is very dirty. They don't use the cashier lanes a lot and there's a ton of dust on the shelves. My cashier was very nice and helpful. The employee in the Christmas section was on the verge of a meltdown. He was pacing and talking under his breath.

I used to like this walmart but today I just witnessed a lady from the staff yell to an old man who was having some troubles paying.She literally yelled to the old man "nooo you don't have to do that put that back" I believe there's better ways to explain things specially to people that age.Nothing too big but really disrespectful

Clean store. Good stock of merchandise. Good customer service & reasonable prices compare to other stores. They have the lowest prices in the town. Mo one can compete with Walmart prices.

Still out of many things that before COVID they were plentiful. Put more cashiers back to work. I don't work for Wal-Mart and don't get paid to do your work. Self check-out.

Keep an eye on your receipt. They will double scan your items and steal your money, then get mad when you tell them. We had to wait in the customer service after, and the cashier was extremely rude and mad for no reason. This lady should not be a cashier if she hates customers. She also refused to help us after we told her she double scanned our items and was extremely disrespectful.

This store is pretty crowded. The Cashiers are really working hard at getting you out of there in a hurry. Everyone is working hard but if you stop an employee with a question, they seem to always have a smile for you.

I haven't went into a Walmart in a couple of years. Honestly because the internet shows you so many ranchy things. This walmart was good. The way the aisles are shaped are a little confusing and go different directions. But other than that I was able to get really cheap hangers.

Convenient! However the food often is not good quality. They have reduced to selling and signed for pushing nasty grocery food. It's a shame. Workers are very friendly though. Their store is not the only one. Shame!

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve called multiple times with no answer. The phone would ring for more than five minutes. Yes I stayed on call just see who or if anyone would answer. No one did! This is ridiculous considering how many people I’ve seen work there when I go in store. Walmart this is unacceptable and I hope you guys work on it.

Either make the self checkout areas bigger OR have more people open the lanes. It's ridiculous to have a full cart and be expected to do self check out in a confined space.

While in the area I stopped in this store to pick up a few needed items. Upon entry, there were no carts. There are Walmart employees everywhere keeping an eye on shoppers giving the impression there is a lot of theft. There is a large population of black people in the area and it seems the theft prevention practices are heightened.This brings me to the conclusion Walmart thinks black people are more inclined to steal. Shame on you Walmart! Middle aged white women are more inclined to steal. Read statistics!!Racist much, Walmart?!
