Went to wash my dogs at the last minute, got in at 7. They were nice enough to let me wash my dogs and didn't bother me. I ended up leaving a little past closing time, but a no point did they try and push me out. Great employees that care about customer service. Nice store, well kept. The self service dog wash area was very clean, had a couple of different types of shampoos for you to use and blowers and was only 15 per dog. Definitely will be going back.

We’ve bought our dog food there for a while now. They price match and always have a fresh supply of our brand. We had our dogs groomed there for the first time yesterday. They did an awesome job for a decent price, we’ll be back!

I was very impressed with how quickly the groomers were able to trim my dog's nails. He was a little scared, but I was able to be there right by him so he wouldn't be so scared. The groomers were very nice and gentle with him. I will definitely be taking my dog back there 😁

I used to love this place. I have purchased many bags of dog food here for the past 2 to 3 years. However, I just stopped by to get food and the doors are locked, it’s 5pm and the hours posted on the site along with the business listing inn google state they are open till 6pm. This is incredibly frustrating. I go out of my way to support small businesses as I am one too. But changing your hours when your in retail is why you go out of business. You are forcing me to buy my dog food from someone and somewhere else. It’s a shame as the staff here has always been fantastic.

I'm a dog groomer so I know a decent amount of information on dog food and health but today my dog was diagnosed with valley fever and its pretty bad we don't know if she is going to make it she's completely stopped eating completely. Because she's my dog I was a little frazzled they helped me pick out a food and litterly gave it to me to see if she will eat it..I'm extremely greatful and now I will not shop anywhere else for my food because of the thoughtful kind thing he did thank you!!

The staff is always helpful here - I love the self bathing station and it is such a great price too! They have a fantastic selection of pet items and a variety of food brands for dogs & cats.

Absolutely love this place. I have 3 med/lg sized dogs from 60lbs and up & 1 small 20lber. Giving baths at home has always been a nightmare so to speak, so when I found out they had a DIY dog wash I had to try it. Although I bring my own products (be use Warren London, and the brightening shampoo is to die for cherry blossoms, along with other items from that collection) it is so much easier washing my fur babies then doing it at home. I have even gone there after bath section was closed & they still allowed me to Use the self service dog wash. Always willing to assist you over and above what you'd get at the larger chain pet store. They also sell the dog food we use, which not many stores carry the brand, zignature also another bonus is if you buy 12 bags of dog food, you get the 13th bag for free which helps me a lot seeing we go through 30lbs in a week (I believe only certain brands of dog food do this, but not certain how many & what brands do that). The other thing I really like is they have raw frozen beef & buffalo bones for dogs to chew on, which mine love (it's located in a freezer off to the right of the groomers) ranging in sizes. My only wishes would be for longer weekend hours & possibly another store location further west closer to Buckeye/ Verrado other than that love this store...

I came in about a half hour before closing and the nice young man said it would be no problem for me to give my little westie a bath. He was so polite and helpful. Barney and will definitely be going back

Lisa and Jason took such great care of my little Chihuahua/jack russel doggie, Chevy, and made it not such a scary experience to get his nails trimmed. I go twice a month and it is always a pleasure!!! Thank you so much for caring!!!!

Large selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff. This is the one place I my pets' food from locally. Cheaper than Petsmart and Petco with quality brands. Great return policy too.

Why does pet club close at 6pm mon-Sat ? . Some people have jobs and cant make it all week . Those are horrible business hours .. other places dont sale Taste the Wild or I would rather go there! . . Stop being cheap and pay ur employees those hours!!!

Great selection, customer service is typically spot on and they back up their products. We had an issue with a carrier handle breaking and they replaced it with little issue.
