Worst groomers around. Not only was the haircut awful they had terrible customer service. I took my do to this location and they tried telling me that they didn't think they could cut him due to him only having one haircut prior, and it may be unsafe for the dog....really??? He's a 5 pound maltease and 7 months old. Of course he's only had one haircut. She seemed annoyed to be working. Was I supposed to give up on haircuts forever? How do you think they learn, not get haircuts?

Don’t get your dog groom here. Been going to Petsmart near PV mall to get my doodle groom and never had issues with dog being matted until I came to this one. Purple haired They/them non-binary girl said she couldn’t do it because she didn’t wanna hurt him. Though he’s been matted way more before. Also seems she didn’t want to work at all mentioning I was couple mins late though nobody attended me after waiting 5 mins. Worst location I’ve been at.
