Our new cat, Ms. K adopted us a few months back. She's been unhoused for a while, so her fur had more than a few tangles all over. Long story short, we took her in for grooming. Sammi was so helpful throughout and kept me informed during the process. We will definitely be back.

I love taking my daughter here just to see all the pets and the staff ne er has a issue with bringing out a pet for my 5 year old daughter to pet so gotta say 5 star ⭐ no problem

I get the fresh pet beef chub for my little dogos. It is always in good shape and lasts. I freeze most of it portioned out. It works out really well. The store is always clean. The staff are always helpful.

I don’t recommend any groomer here, especially not Fatima V. I’ve heard numerous complaints from other clients here that it is obvious the groomers don’t want to work here or receive tips from clients as they turned away my dog for fear of biting them. That’s understandable only if my dog showed visible signs of being a threat. I’m “sorry” my 10 lb dog was shaking from the happiness of meeting new people like you, Fatima V. It is very unfortunate the discrimination you put towards others. I hope you have a second job to make a livable income, as turning away clients seems a sure hell way of making less than needed my dear.

The store was clean and clear of clutter. I feel comfortable walking around with my dogs in the store. The staff is very nice and attentive.

I am a big big fan of PetSmart... it is like the Shopping Mall for your four legged family members... Walking in is always a welcome to PetSmart ... employees one the floor seems to always acknowledge your pet as well as you... it is safe for you to let your pet walk on their floors if you choose... I groom Ocean myself but the groomers there are friendly and willing to assist if needed...PetSmart is also a very nice place to go and learn how to be better pet parents...🤔... yes think about it ... we need to be better...

We were greeted immediately Pawn entry the employees were surprisingly cheerful. I say that because we went on Black Friday we got a lot of things that my babies needed and the employees were super helpful.

Curbside pickup was smooth. Had the pups in the car so being able to check in easy was great! Lots of new treats for the babies.

Julie in grooming was fantastic!! She's the only person that has been able to groom my yorkie terrier Bonnie. Bonnie's previous abusive owners left her afraid of new people and new experiences. Julie worked with Bonnie and was able to get her cleaned up and cut beautifully. I've had 3 others places who could not do her because of how terrified Bonnie was. Thx again Julie! You are awesome!!**Update** Julie is no longer with Petsmart. Kendra replaced Julie grooming Bonnie & has done equally wonderful. Kendra was recently promoted & now I have Emma who does both Bonnie & Clyde. Emma does a fantastic job with my furbabies as well. It's truly nice to know these ladies are very skilled and patient and talented groomers!! I'm glad to have found them.

Don’t recommend the grooming services or groomer Fatima V, along with the other pet groomers. You’re better off trying a local mobile pet grooming. They are discriminatory

The staffs are really friendly and knowledgeable about all the pets and products in their store. We picked this little fish tank for kids summer break. And they be able to provide us the full soppurt on how to set up the tank and how to take care of the fish. The kids are supper excited when they got their own fish. Staff Gloria did a fantastic job on take care of customers, excellent communication, good advice, notify manager make sure everything is ok. Our family are really enjoy shopping at PetSmart on North Dysart Avondale location.

Condescending, rude and unprofessional staff. You sell very basic, low quality fish and cram 30+ in a small tank... It's not that serious.

It's a 3 star ONLY bcuz of the helpful & patient employee. I'm not sure if they were short staffed - 1st time at this location.My issue is the amount of dead fish in many tanks.😒 I'd say for sure in at least 5tanks. I didn't look at even half the tanks bcuz what I was interested in were on the very right to middle side. Maybe the fish caretaker wasn't there that day but idk it didn't look good.I hesitated to buy anything but did buy 4 Octos & a rubber lip precooked.There were no black khuli loaches or any loaches & the glo line tetras had no color just silver. I was going by what was online .

Great customer service! This PetSmart is very clean and organized well. The aquatic department is excellent, we usually come in for crickets and to add fish to the collection. Like I wrote, the staff here is great, they're very helpful and happy when we need their services. They take good care of their pets in every department, it's nice to see animals being taken care of and respected.

Always a great way to have kids out of the house when visiting the store. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. There well stock on items every time the family visits. They have a grooming room area. There are some items that are too expensive, so shop wisely.

I took my cat, Winnie, to get groomed and Fatima did an amazing job! Online it quoted 2-3hrs for the service but she got it done in an hour just so Winnie didn’t have to be stressed out in a new environment for a long time. Which was very kind of Fatima to do! I’m excited to bring Winnie back again and highly recommend scheduling your service with Fatima.

The Grooming Salon has very rude customer service on the phone! Yesterday, Saturday, 29 July, I called to book my cat's nail trimming appointments with Sami, who is amazing and was the grommer for my cat for months. I get off work late around 6 pm, so she accommodates me every Wednesday as she closes late. Now, I was told that they will be open late every day as they are better staffed. So I called to get an appointment booked with Sami, but the rude lady who answered the phone wasn't willing to help at all, and kept telling me to go to another grooming salon as they don't have availability for the next 2 weeks! She pretty much chased me away! I don't understand. But I know for a fact that I'm not going back there.
