Bia was great at grooming and taking good care of our girls. My shihpoo can get pretty stressed at the groomers and I was shocked to see how chill she was when I came to pick her up. So I knew it was a calming atmosphere for Daisy to be like that. Made her momma super happy to see her like that picking her up. 😄 Definitely recommend Bia. Sending my new neighbors dogs over.

We made an appointment last week for today for our 9 month old Akita. Didn't realize before arriving, they crate before and after. Shasta doesn't do well with crating. They quickly decided to do an express groom, which was a little up charge, but that was fine with me to keep my baby happy. They told me it was going to be 2-3 hours and I went on my way. I called about an hour in because I was curious how she was doing. They were super friendly and reassured me that she was safe and doing well. 15 minutes later they called and said she was ready to go. She looks absolutely amazing. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back!

Had the worst experience today when we brought our 3 dogs to Bia's to get groomed. In August our dogs had puppies and we wanted to bring our only pup we kept In for his 1st grooming. Mom and dad had been coming most of the year. They were busy and said it maybe awhile before they get to ours which we said was no problem. One groomer said if the pup gives her problems then she may only give a bath. We hadn't been gone 12 minutes before I got the call that pup wasn't going to get groomed but could do bath for $53. Had me wondering if they even started with our dogs since they were helping other dogs when we were there. Would be much easier to earn $53 for a few minutes giving a bath than actually giving the $65 haircut and bath. Makes perfect sense to me. At first I agreed and as soon as I hung up the wife said we can do the baby ourselves by giving a bath. I called back in like 30 seconds to say we can take care of baby and just do other 2 like normal. Lady said hold a second. She comes back on and says no come get all 3 cuz this is the second time you gave us a problem. Last time we brought them in for their July haircut and apparently from their last haircut to them their vaccines had just expired which we didn't know. They said they wouldn't cut their hair that day and we needed to reschedule. Any other groomer would have worked with us and said no problem today just next visit bring updated records which we would have gladly. We got their vaccines updated and brought them in for their next appointment. As a business it makes more sense making $160+ (Including tips) for the 2 dogs than to make $0. Now I will be sure to post our experiences on Google, Yelp, and inform the other FB groups since a couple are dog related groups in this area. Unfortunate cuz we actually liked the groomers.

When I called in the morning they were able to get me in the same day even though I am a new client and my dog was matted . They did charge me a bit more because of the matting which most places do, and had me sign a waiver to understand that she may(and did) need to be shaved down .I am grateful they let me bring her in and they did a pretty good job shaving her down but keeping her face and tail. They didn't hurt her, and when I came to pick her up she was real happy and smelled nice too. Other places have cut her before , or given her razor burn, and sometimes she comes home smelling like the pound but this is not the case at Bia's and I scheduled another appointment in 6 weeks or so.

Let me just start by saying I will forever recommend Bia's pet stop. Everyone from the front desk to the groomers to the manager is amazing! They actually listen to how you want your animals haircut! They are reasonably priced and they work hard to make sure you are happy! Bia the owner is very kind and has a huge heart. She will love your animal like it is her own! Definitely use Bia's pet stop for all your animal needs!

I have had two out of three of my dogs groomed by Abby and she’s been great but the day of the appointment for my other dog, they cancelled it an hour before his appointment because she was getting transferred to another location. Hailey said she could take him and my dog needed to get his haircut. DO NOT get your dog be groomed by Hailey/Haley. She will butcher your baby and shave off their claw off after she had been warned he has them on the both back legs. We have never had an issue with any other groomer. NO VET COULD TAKE HIM AT 2:30PM on a Saturday as there were 10 hour wait times or longer all across the valley. I’m beyond upset and this has been awful. He was there from 9am as said by Haley who would take him — and didn’t get started until 1pm then she left him with a half shaven back and lost his claw in the process. 😡

Let me start off by saying, I have never felt the need to really leave a review until now. I went here Monday for a full service dog grooming. This was my third time taking my dog here. I have a 3 year old Australian Shepherd. To start off, I asked for a groomer who was well experienced in grooming Australian Shepherds, i put in the notes please no clippers, no blades. I provided two photos of what I wanted, I also explained to the groomer who was going to groom him what I wanted, and what I didn’t want. The owner would be the one who was grooming him so I was confident in what we asked for. I dropped him off at 0900 and was expected to pick him up at 11:30. I call and he still wasn’t ready, he wasn’t ready until 1pm! I walked in and saw my dog SHAVED!!! They left his mane long but shaved his whole body, and cut his tail!!!! Basically a lion or a puddle cut on my AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERD!!!!! If you know anything about these dogs you DO NOT SHAVE they’re coat, besides the point. It wasn’t what we asked for. She said the photos that I provided looked shaved even though they weren’t, it was in the notes, and it was agreed on in person! Even if i wanted this cut, it looks disgusting, uneven, one leg is longer, the tail is HALF cut, it took about 4 hours! The owner couldn’t even apologize. All she kept saying was you don’t have to pay! You don’t have to pay. Anyways if you want a buzz cut this is the place to go, if not STAY FAR AWAY. See photos for yourself. We discovered Bia’s Pet Stop about a year ago and love taking our pets here for grooming. Previously we had trouble finding a groomer that could do a proper schnauzer hair cut but Bia’s crew knows how and does a great job. We also have a pit/boxer mix and we bring her to Bia’s as well. If you’re looking for a groomer, we highly recommend Bia’s.

My favorite pet groomers in the west valley! This place is normally busy, but for good reason. They always take good care of my dog, and she comes out looking better than ever. Great turnaround time, I love that they text and call (whatever is convenient) and communicate well. Highly recommend this place. Never had an issue and I've been going here for 3 years now. Two thumbs way up!

My first appointment I was not told to have rabies documents with me, I was turned away. My second appointment Bia took care of me. I was disappointed that my dog ears were not cleaned nor were her nails clipped. I will say my dog was clipped nicely and she was so shiny and soft.

I am so upset. I always come to this place to get my dog groom and never had any problems until today. I have a mini poodle which his hair was long and knotted (I understand that) like I mention never had a problem with that. So I walk in and there was two young girls which one of them had an actitud, took my dog and made me sign some agreements because my dog was knotted. When I went to pick him up , they charged me $40 extra which I could a least get a phone call to let me know the situation and on top of that they did a horrible job. So disappointed.I will have to look for another place to groom my dog.

This was our first time at Bias in Avondale. Our dog, Boo, is nervous but Azelea and Mario were so calm and friendly that he was very much at ease. It wasn't til we got home that I saw some cuts under his arm and his back leg that the Groomer never said anything about. It's very upsetting. For $90 you'd think the Groomer would take better care of my lil guy. We will need to go elsewhere.

I have two pups that I brought in to Lindsay and she was amazing!!! I loved how patient she was with my dogs and my puppy who has never gotten groomed ended up doing very well! That is a testament to how well Lindsay treated her. She was willing to fit me in last minute to accommodate my one day off. I highly recommend Bia’s Pet Shop! All the ladies were amazing. You can tell they all genuinely care for your pets, and my dogs could sense that too, they were so relaxed when we walked in! Haircuts were perfect and dogs came out happy and tails wagging. Affordable pricing and excellent service. Highly recommend.

Worst place to get your dog groomed! I called to scheduled and appointment for my Mini Labradoodle for Monday to get the full grooming service and when I showed up they had booked me for the wrong service, so they rescheduled me for Friday I showed up on Friday and again my dog was booked for the wrong service and they even had the incorrect breed. The girl that was there was very rude and didn't even apologize for their mistake or try to correct their error. If you can't even schedule and appointment correctly it just goes to show you they are very incompetent!!! I will never go to this facility again! The worst experience and the worst customer service!!! If I could give them a - rating I would!
