My first KAREN experience in Ashfork, AZ, at the Family Dollar- Park rd. near 40. We just left GrandCanyon RV park (the best people at that park) headed back home to Phoenix, AZ, was having some problems with our stabilizers pulled over to the Family Dollar around 7am, and low and behold KAREN was cussing and waving us to get the **** out! Apparently, Karen was opening the store on Sunday 08.06.23 and wasn't happy to be at work on Sunday! Karen, you know who you are, the store didn't open till 8am. My husband pulled out immediately. Of course, I wished a Karen would 😒 😑I want everyone to know that KAREN'S are out there ruining everything!

Came here a few times already and everytime had a bad experience.They are very rude here and have bad customer service.They don't make you feel welcomed.The employees seem very unhappy and angry all the time.

This is the only store in town, unfortunately, so we end up grocery shopping here. For some strange reason, the prices are higher than at other family dollars in Chino Valley and Williams. The clerks Try to be friendly, but if sarcasm isn't to your taste you may want to shop elswhere.

i'm in ash fork, and the family dollar there is so, soooo cool! helpful and friendly staff, clean store, and neat items i'm always surprised to see there lol! it's so fun to walk up and down the aisles and see what there is to see. plus, they sell real cheap dvd movies! pre-viewed, but for a couple bucks if you find a title you like, who cares, right? when we moved here we had issues getting internet because it's very rural and those cheapo dvds saved our hides many a freezing night! but anyhow, i'm a big fan of this place. it's like pic n save meets the grocery store. so neat!

The Family Dollar in Ashfork is truly"Down home friendly!" Andrew and the beautiful ladies always have a smile and a moment to chat. This stores staff is and has always gone above and beyond their duties to be helpful. They truly are one of Ashforks shining stars 🤩

So tired of continually tripping over boxes and stock spread all over the place. This store was much better in the past. Blonde woman has snotty attitude'. I go to Williams Dollar general store when ever I can. Much better store.

Our Family Dollar Store is in a rural area, and we get one truck a week. With all this Cironavirus going on, our store is totally empty! This is most people's only store that they shop at. I know there deliveries are on Wednesday, but today, no deliveries and no one at the store knew when they would get one. Its seriously a problem! We need this store and they make tons of money, so why dont they care about the town and their customer's. We're desperate here!

Long road trip, stopped to use the bathroom. Understandably it's important to contribute to the store so we can help them purchase toilet paper, soap and water usage. BUT TO BE RUDE TO CUSTOMERS IS JUST DOWN RIGHT WRONG.

Very nice helpful people. It seems to me , and I'm a very infrequent shopper, that Family Dollar tries harder. I've visited stores in multiple states and have always found shopping there interesting and pleasant.

I am in a little town in Az.with Family Dollar the only place to buy food within 40 miles. Half the time they don't have what i want, their icecream is "always" soft when you buy it and you can get as good or better prices at Walmart..i feel like Family Dollar takes advantage of low income neighborhoods...especially in small communities..

The only store in a mircoscopic town. It carries necessities but not a big variety of things. If you need milk, cereal, the broken USB replacement, you might find it here. It is the go to place for locals and campers (a Goodsam campground off rte 66) in Ash Fork. While here, stop at Lulubelles for a brisket sandwich you don't want to pass up.

HORRIBLE. Baptiste IF not drunk or smelling like he's intoxicated is a POOR EXCUSE for a store manager they are always out of everything.!! Some cooler is always broken!! And Baptiste is always MAKING A SCENE kicking People out with NO REASON TOO.!! Don't forget about his little girlfriend Michelle. If thats the kind of business you want to run!?! ? Where managers date there young employees then WOW GREAT JOB FAMILY DOLLAR.!!

Way overpriced...the staff had boxes and carts all through the aisles so you could barely get through. I spent $50 out of necessity because it was the ONLY store nearby.
