I am travelling on a budget. Took the deal for this motel a bit off the beaten path and don't regret it at all. Simple clean good service and a felt safe. Only 15 miles from Williams and a great scenic highway between. HVAC in the room a bit noisy but good showers and clean comfy bed. For the price I have nothing better in Utah or Arizona.

Newly refurbished and you couldn't ask for more room is immaculate and spacious water pressure great. Nice and quiet at night when you work 12 hrs a day you need your sleep. The only thing is window screens missing so you can't leave windows open when you leave in the morning because of insects getting in. Close the windows in the morning no problem.

Awesome guest services. You can tell they are fixing the place up really nicely. Wishing I took photos of the lobby. They have à la cart snacks and a fridge and freezer with food you can heat up on site. Very convenient! I stayed at the motel 6 nearby the week prior and am kicking myself for not coming here sooner. Also the rates are way better here. No on-site laundry, but not a deal breaker. Fridge, microwave, AC and smart tv in the rooms.

I stayed in room 48. The room itself was very nice, clean and had no odd smells. Room came with a microwave, a small fridge, and a 65” Roku Tv. The only thing I could and will complain about is the bathroom, it was very small and shabby, I’m 6’3” and the shower head was at my chest. The water pressure was low but it’ll get the job done. So all and all I would definitely recommend and come back

Motel was very nice, clean and the price was low. I've got the renovated room which was much modern than I was expected.The bed was comfortable with nice sheets (very soft) and cushions.It was cozy, I could watch YT/Netflix/HBO on modern TV on the room. There was no smell of detergents like it is happening often in low cost Motels.I do recommend the place :)

I loved this place we had to stay her for one night cause we hit something in the road coming off of willams on highway 40 and it made our tire go flat really fast and i am really thankful for this nice place. This place was Honestly a big life saver casue we had our 1 year old baby girl with us and they gave us a room for my little family and they made sure they put us in a good room away from people so my baby wouldnt bug anyone and I would recommed this place to everyone i know. Thank you guys so much and everyone here was every every Friendly my husband and my mom , little sister , and my baby girl really loved it here.Thank you guys so much we loved your Motel.

We where traveling and just n exes a place to sleep and shower. This place was reasonably priced. Very clean & quiet. Staff is very friendly. Lobby even has some free snacks as well as snacks you can buy. Would definitely stay here again.

Jewel in the Desert! I just needed a place to sleep. I didn't need or want to pay for five different shampoos/conditioners/lotions/etc or designer anything. I just wanted a clean comfortable place for the night - and I got it. Being a 50's era motel it has *real* walls out of block, the fully renovated interior is sleek, clean and modern. The price was very reasonable (about $60). I will absoluty stay here again :)Rooms: Clean, modern and no frills - a very good valueNearby activities: Grand Canyon and Snowbowl

Good place if you are traveling with a dog on a budget. Lots of area to walk the dog. Friendly staff. Kurig coffee and snacks in the morning. Room was cozy but smelled a little funky, old cigarette smoke. Some ionizers would go along way. Gigantic TV, not sure why. Fridge and microwave. I like being able to open the window but it needs security stops, too spooky to leave it open at night, be way to easy for someone to climb in unseen. Found cigarette butts stuffed in the window.

I love this place! Best comfy resting place. They go above and beyond. Beautiful, clean, and can't beat these prices! Recent remodel is perfect! We will be comimg here for our wedding anniverary for yrs to come. Noteworthy details: Great lil spot to hang on a hammock by the fire or hottub 😃

Exactly what you’d expect at a 2 star hotel. On a trip & broke down this was the closest place to stay til morning. Sign said rooms at $29.99 but was charged $80 & was told the room wasn’t a “updated one” so curious as to why I had to pay more for a older room. Carpet was gross, bathroom had a ton of dead bugs, sheets were stained. If you have better options go elsewhere but if your in a rut this may do. One perk the front staff were really nice.

This place was rough. We checked in and went to our room. Room reeked of cigarettes, the bathtub was had a heavy stream of water leaking, and it generally had a gross feeling to it. Took 5 minutes to feel it out, and we up and left. Bright side is they did refund us the room. Only positive was the cheap price, but I would never stay here.

Stayed here when it was the Ash Fork Inn, WOW!! so surprised to see it has changed names and possibly owners, The rooms were to say the least, sleep with your cloths on and just dont shower if you can help it but for $30 for the night it serves as a shelter, also many historical things to see around there and definitely worth checking out.

The Inn is under new ownership. Having 13 years experience in this field myself I'm fully aware that there is a settling in period. I have stayed at the Inn about a dozen times. Unfortunately to date, I have seen very little improvement. The room I stayed in had 5 cups,2 towels and 2 small partial rolls of TP. No wash rag's, no hand towels, no microwave, both towel racks were broken and missing. The refrigerator shelves were all missing, and both dresser drawers were dirty. I have however noticed that they have opened up another row of rooms. The room rate has gone up and they no longer allow pets. I sincerely hope they will be able to pull it together and make a successful venture out of this for themselves and the public.

I’ll start with the positives. The front desk guy is really nice. The air conditioner in the room worked well. The shower pressure was really good. The price is in budget. Now for the needs fixing. We didn’t have any smoke alarms in our room. You could tell where they once were but that’s about it. The towel bar was not there is was just what was left of one at one time. The light above the sink used to have what looked like an outlet but it look as tho it had caught fire. There was a place to hang your clothes but no hangers. I would gladly pay an extra 5-10$ a night if they would spend a couple hundred bucks every other month on each room to fix them up a bit. Little fixes here and there would really make a difference. Either replacing the carpets or giving them a good shampoo. Upgrading the TV’s to something other than the huge dinosaur ones. Just putting in new little fixtures like a new towel bar and a new light fixture above the sink. Putting in some modern standing lamps in the room. Just little stuff like that would really make a difference.

I don't even know where to start. I didn't expect much given the super low price, but somehow I was still extremely disappointed.The good - toilet flushes, plenty of toilet paper. There is a mini fridge in the room we got, and some of the lights work. The room has two towels that appear to be in training to be tea bags in a couple of weeks.The bad - the smell. Oh my god the smell. It's kind of a moist and musty wet dog - burning hair odor with overtones of sented plugin. It's really insult to injury. The room is filthy. Carpet hasn't been visited by a vacuum in quite some time. The condition of the bathroom floor awful. The window doesn't lock and the screen has been cut. Did I mention the smell?Update - Simply couldn't take it. After about an hour in the room it became obvious to us that staying would be unwise and unhealthy. Stopped by the office to return key and see about a refund.

Well.. the pillows were made of crinkely plastic, the shower head didn't exist.. it was like a shower spout. Very dusty, the corners of the rooms look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Discerning stains on the ceiling. Smelled like smoke even though we had a non smoke room. The door to the bathroom didn't stay closed, I had to hold it with my foot. And they advertise free wifi but I wouldn't even bother putting wifi if these are the speeds. I couldn't upload a project for work and it was late because of this. I thought I'd have working wifi, the file was less then 1gb to transfer. But i mean.. it's a cheap room if your looking for one. I would've just liked to have known these things before booking. Also someone knocked on our door at 1030 to try to clean our room but we were still inside as we have the room till 11 and our car was parked right out side the door.. it just felt like we were being rushed despite exhausted from the long drive the day before.

Simple basic place to stay. I wouldn't take a shower there because they didn't have enough towels. Bed was comfortable but pillows were plastic. I felt like I stepped back in time to the 60's when I checked in. They actually had room keys!!!

Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke all night. Other guests were smoking in and around the non-smoking rooms. The bed was ok but the pillows are encased in crinkly plastic protectors. The wiring is very overloaded, few outlets. Bathroom door and window have no latches. We had no other choice, on a bicycle tour. We had a room booked at the other hotel in town but they gave it away minutes before we arrived. Don't stay here.

Old Motel..beds actually were ok..TV was really old with a few channels mostly advertisements & air conditioning was great! Room had a Fridge..no microwave which we were told microwave was behind lobby & when we went to use it the Lady at desk said we would have to go to nearby Convenient Store to use microwave. Shower was good..plenty of pressure. Also it was very quite. Carpet was filthy! The 2 towels were very exfoliating & the size of a Hand towel. Also...the price is not $29.00!

Its cheap economical. Its old and cute. It has a laundry place. Has 24 hour check in. 2 queen size beds. Fridge with a freezer. Its minor flaws are not enough to deter us. Even our teenagers liked it. If you don't like the hotel you need to reevaluate your attitude.
