Nightmare situation negative stars if I could. My 74yo mother in-law went to the Walmart over an hour from her home in Northern Arizona to send $100 to my wife today. It's snowing up there right now in show low. So I went down to get the funds and they tell me her send was randomly flagged and they have the funds set up for refund. They said she has to go back up to the store and get her cash back!!!! They won't refund it onto a debit or put it on a gift card for her. Nothing can be done they say. This was a Walmart to Walmart send and Walmart won't do anything either. The worst case of customer service I have ever seen at 52 years of age. The stress of the phone calls she just endured alone are lawsuit worthy! They simply do not care at all. Do not use Walmart to Walmart money transfer for any reason.... Stick with western union and pay a few bucks to send it is not worth the headache! This picture of my groceries Walmart gets to pay someone a couple hours labor to put away now. Excellent work Ria. I would highly suggest Walmart ends their contract with this company.

Went in to fill a prescription for our elderly dog to get her arthritis meds.Did a little shopping while waiting. What a set-up that is. Win-win for both.The pharmacist gave us a huge discount. Really grateful for that.Great experience.

I love ordering online and picking up at the store. I order my 40 lb bags of dog food and cases of water. Nice not having to load in a cart, then my truck. And the help is always friendly. Moe says woof! Thank you!

Walmart has gone down hill since delivering groceries. The people who get the groceries for customers are very rude they don't care where you do what your doing you better move out of there way with their huge carts, they are fast and will reach above you to get what they want. The park their cart in the middle of the isle while they get what they need. The isles are already to small and then you get that nice cart taking up the whole issue.

As always, I found what I needed & most the employees were friendly. Great location for those who are visiting Lost Dutchman park or going up Hwy 88 to tortilla flat. The road is still closed that goes all the way through though.

This is frightening that they can sell products with the knowlegde that it causes cancer. We actually ate some of this product before realizing this. People and life don't seem to matter, only money!Every time I shop there every item is more cost. Now it seems that price hikes are in the dollar range instead of cents! Quality is not even considered! I'm disheartened! It's never gets better!The quality of their products have seriously gone down hill! Their ordering system is sketchy at best. Many of their great value items are no longer available. Too many things from China!Walmart is merely an option to buy things. They don't have anyone willing to help on staff. I can't reach many things. They quit selling a lot of their great value items and only shelve the high end costlier ones. Probably their margin is better. Clearly, the mighty dollar is all that matters, not the poor struggling families who can barely afford to exist these days! Their founder is probably rolling over in his grave saying," look what they've done. "The store is kept clean. There's never anyone available to help. Not an easy shop for someone handicapped or even just short. Affordable things are either up way too high, or they don't carry them anymore. All that matters is the profit margin!Too many products from china.I was at self check on Thursday, accused of bagging things without swiping them first! I was shocked! The girl said, my phone shows you've done something wrong, don't scan anymore until we can check! The manager came over and said it's ok. The girls phone was slower than my ringing up. I was ok to finish. They checked me when done, i paid and all was ok. Not very pleasant experience. Who knew they were monitoring every swiped product!If their survey on the screen had a zero, thats for sure what I'd give them!They certainly don't have a very good ordering system!

Angry this visit with the guy at the exit doors. I went to the self checkout for my couple items and proceeded to exit and he says he needs to see my receipt.....For rice pudding and a silver sharpie?Really? And he is eyeballing the bag and receipt for an annoying amount of time, meanwhile I noticed that a scrubby unkempt druggie is going out the doors just fine with a cart full of stuff not in bags... And an unchecked receipt.I was VERY cross about all of this.

This place sucked, I will not be returning to this location ever again. I had selected the items I wished to purchase and went to pay but I could not find a cashier, no live people were working any register. So I have news for you Walmart, I do not work there and you have not offered me any incentive to accept the job of Walmart cashier for up to 5 minutes or even longer. You should offer me like 5% off my order for working for you. As it is if I can not locate a nearby Walmart with people working I will just stop going to Walmart totally.

Used my debit card at the self check out and needed cash back to get some change for a farmers market I was participating in. The self checkout never asked if I wanted cash back. So, I went to the ATM in the Customer Service area. When I asked for some ones and fives, there was absolutely nothing they would do to make change for me since I got the money from the ATM and not the self check out. More than anything it's disappointing as to how deteriorated customer service has become over something so small.

The guy who helps you with your pick up was super sweet n helpful! It was my first time doing the curbside and I didn't know where to go. But he wasn't rude about it and showed me exactly where n what to do. I will definitely use that service again at that store!

Husband went to do oil change and the staff was so busy just talking to each other that they ignored him. He finally got in the vehicle after a 30 minute wait and left. This is very bad customer service

About what you'd expect from a Walmart. Decent prices and selection. During the Covid 19 peak I got used to the online shopping and curbside pickup and have mainly not gone back. The software is pretty easy to use and the associates at the curbside pickup have universally been friendly and efficient.

So i ordered online about 1 1/2 hours ago with express delivery, because I am disabled and have 4 kids with me. I am not able to make the trip to the store. I ordered $212.98 worth of food and my driver John left it at the wrong house. I had to get dressed in my wheelchair and down my ramps in the f-ing rain today to check where my food was at and it was no where to be found. the picture wasnt even anyone on my block. What a disgrase. Now I have no food for the kids today. the refund wil take almost a week to get back to my card.

As with all Walmart stores all items are uniform and located in the exact same places. The employees are not very knowledgeable or as helpful as most of their stores yet if you search you should find all your needs.

Walmart was our meet up location before and after camping. We were there two hours waiting for the rest of our crew when police arrived and we were accused of checking car doors, which was odd since we shopped at Walmart the day before without issue. It's important to note, Walmart Subway had a white homeless person being helped by staff and no police were called. We're of mixed race and it was obviously a race issue. The police tried to say they saw us walking around but couldn't see, over a 2 hour period, any malfeasances. They informed me that I could not see the video at that time and we needed leave immediately... So I will be going back and lodging a false police report when my multi racial attorney returns from our camping ground. This is the same organization that deprived it's staff of medical insurance until the courts stepped in...well Walmart you and I will have the pleasure of your explanation and apology. Viva LA resistance!

I don't usually have a problem finding things in the store, tho they move things around a lot. Mostly the associates are very helpful. I love that the store provides free pick up, very convenient , no complaints. Some stock takes long to replenish like pet supplies.On the whole I am happy with them.

Overun with snow birds who clean our store shelves off by lunchtime of some of our favorite products, and have no real geographfical or emotional attachment to Arizona, AND clog up Apache trail blvd. in their RV'S and out of state plate/vehicles. Californians here are not a plus either. The in store personal are pretty good here after all said and done. Beware if you are handicapped or physically challenged, it's mostly self checkout where you do all the work, and I'm 'old school at 69 where I give you the money, I want YOU to do the work. If you desire live check out lines go to the walmrt off Signal Butte rd. by the I-60, about 12 minutes away. So welcome summer here where more local natives can have some peace from these out these out of state invaders who contribute little to the community in Pinal and Maricopa county..Robert at 69.

I *hate* this Walmart above all others! Their shelves are always either trashed or empty! They're always out of basic, reasonably-priced household grocery staples & they price gouge for different flavor variations of the same brand/size of many products!!! Also, the sales tax on *everything* is much higher in Apache Junction than just about anywhere else in AZ. Skip this "dumpster-fire" of a retailer & drive the extra few miles up to the one on Signal Butte & the US 60!

One day about 3 -4 years ago I was breaking up foamcoolers and throwing it away to make room on my trailer to go in shopping for food like I always did on the 8th 3 years prior but a thief bob rosekey's postman went in side and lied to the discriminating hater assistant manager said I was digging in the trash when I wasn't and instead of looking at the camera to see if the lieing man was telling the truth he came outside and 86ed me and called the cops . I went to my case manager and had her call Walmart corporate office and I would have known his name he would have been fired on the spot I asked all my so-called friends to go in and get his name none would do it some friends. Even my own worthless hater sister wouldn't. Like I said before this city is the gay bashing capital in the world and most haters in the world so I wouldn't recommend moving to Apache junction Arizona

Stay away from Walmart's pecan pie. It's all bad filling and very few pecans. Since Walmart has such a bad return policy on food items I will be forced to throw it away and just take the hit. Thanks again Walmart for ripping off another customer.

Meat section... Where meat comes to die. Self check out... Where dreams come to die. Parking lot... Where chaos reigns supreme.It's an okay Walmart. I've been to many of them across the country and although there's nothing super spectacular to mention, it's not the worst I've seen. There are rvs in the back of the parking lot that will stay a few days and then eventually get pushed out but they don't bother anyone. The shopping experience has changed a lot. You'll see different workers every time you visit. It definitely feels much like it is... A corporation, not a feel good small town store with friendly faces welcoming you with a smile. But I live super close so it's nice for quick stops when I realize I'm out of something in the middle of a recipe.

Worthless automotive center. I called to ask a question. I got redirected twice before getting a hold of a automotive guy then put on hold for 10 min and forgot about. Called back after I got redirected by a rude operator I tried to explain my prior frustration.. Their service must suck.

Love the store and all the staff. I have been going to this store a long time. There have been some newer staff that don’t seem so friendly. You walk in the store and the front end staff look so sad and bummed out. If your staff is down it brings the mood of the store down. The front end employees are so helpful and nice. Lead Lisa is so nice and lynelle sorry if misspelled are awesome. Lead Michelle I have witnessed being really snappy to staff and even customers. I was in the store for 20 min waiting for a manager and they said she is in and out of breaks so I just left the item and went about my day. I am in this store almost daily and everyone but 2 people I have encountered are amazing. Please the rest of you keep up the good work. And the others remember to not be mean to your employees because when they are down the customers see it and feel the vibe. Have a great day just wanted to make the store aware.

I used to work at Walmart for a few years back in 2008, when I took the job, on the day of orientation we were told1)your customer is always right2) you see any spills report it and wait by the spill to prevent customers from slippling or injury3)you see garbage,pick it up, or any item belonging to walmart on the floor please pick it up and return it to the shelf where it belongs or take it to customer service.But most important,If a customer cannot find an item,and you are asked to help he/ she find it whetherIt is your dept or not you find out where the item is and personally walk them to the item and stay with them till they have the item in their hands and no longer looking for that item.. was my experience that the customer was relieved by having help and left a happy customer. I really enjoyed working for Walmart at that time, I was a cashier and took my job serious and complimented my job, I went out of my way to help any customer be happy.A happy customer can can help your day be a good day just as much as a unhappy customer could bring so much drama to your day make your day the worst day ever.Now days I am sad to say that there is no employee who wants to help a customer find an item, it's not their dept, they are too busy talking to other Walmart employees,about everything but working. They don't want to even get ahold of anyone. like a CSM or Manager to find this item,No one wants to help you find an item,In the last 2 weeks, I have spent hours at 2 different walmarts looking for a Christmas light bulb tester, I know they have them because my brother in law told me he got his at Walmart, and i really am in need of one.i really would like to be able to get some help finding this product, when I've asked an employee if they can help me, their excuses for not helping me is just ignorant and lazy.. and it's to much to stop talking to a fellow employee about the employees days off or boyfriend and girlfriends fights or an employee who is upset with their dept Manager or CSM or shift supervisor.. my last 2 stops at Walmart spending over $400 to $500Dollars each time I walked out dissapointed that the reason I went to 2 walmarts I still haven't found the item I'm looking for nor did anyone take the time to help me find out if it is in the store and where it would be, or even if they don't carry it right now..sooo frustrating and disappointing.People just don't care or want to try anymore. I've decided, I will not spend my money at Walmart any more, it will be somewhere else,Bashas in Gold Canyon might not have a lot like walmart, but their employees are friendly and have no problem helping you find something..so bashas will be getting more of my buisness from now on.. the rest I will go on line and find it my self, walmart has lost my buisness..
