Worst experience at a Walgreens. Cashier was rude & I'm guessing racist as well from the vibe she gave me. Absolutely service, want greeted yet when a white male entered the store he was greeted. Both cashier's made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

The pharmacy staff are all wonderful especially Linda and Jamie. They are very knowledgeable and do their best to get my prescription ready on time. The entire store is clean and well stocked.

Can’t even get through to the pharmacy without ending up in India talking to someone who barely speaks English. Absolutely the most horrid automated line ever. I’ll never use Walgreens again. What a joke.

Customer Service is poor! Employees are rude and unprofessional. I went in to grab a few things at 8 p.m. they closed at 9. There was no one in the store customer wise besides myself. I was there all of 10 min. After being followed around the store, I decided I would come back when I didn't feel rushed to leave so they could close early. I have been to this store few times and its not very clean and there is always some type of drama it is def a last resort for me. Walgreens has gone down hill with their customer service and their staff in the past few years. I use to love to go to Walgreens, now I avoid them as much as possible.

Window pharmacist helps one person....then walks away to help instore customers...meanwhile 4 cars are still waiting.This place needs to do more hiring and start with one person in the window until all cars are finished...then help instore

The shift lead lady with short hair was very rude to me today 03/07/2020. She did not greet to me and thank you after the transaction. Maybe because I’m an Asian? I asked her for change $2 to quarter for water machine outside, and she shakes her head mean NO. I told her how come your coworkers made the change for me. And then she said okay I make the exception for $1 in quarter. I hope Walgreens should train your employees to be respectful to your customers. I’m NOT happy at all with her.

Horrible service, don't carry brand name prescriptions, put in a refill prefer on the 16th, said it would be ready on the 17th, stopped by on the 18th, order was not even entered, got notification saying it was delayed, then got email saying it was ready on the 20th only for them to tell me that it was not ready when I went to pick it up, told it would still be a couple of days but couldn't give me a date. Cancelled order, changing pharmacies. Useless staff.

My Walgreen's Store. I like this location & I am on first name Base's with most employees including management. Pharmacy closes at 8PM & 6PM on Weekends & never open on Major Holiday's. But they are very fast at filling your prescriptions & plenty of OTCs, Health & Beauty, Grocery Item's & Photo Department. Earn bonus points with your Walgreens Card. Collect 40,000 in points & receive $50.00 in free shopping. New sales ad weekly & a monthly coupon book. But you can also log in on the web & clip digital coupon's which are attached to your Walgreen's Shopper's Card. Store hours differ from pharmacy hour's. Never overly crowded & prices similar to most grocery store's. Special discounts for AARP Card Member's. Accepts most insurance plan's.P.S. Cell phone reception is pretty bad in this store, it seems to have many dead spots where you cannot get a signal.

I get the same exact prescriptions every 30 days; and every 30 days I have to argue with the pharmacy staff. I know the process to get my prescription and it does need a code to be input in order to process properly. Every single month, one of the pharmacy staff will attempt to give me some random BS excuse until IIIIII correct THEM. Liars, stop making excuses for being slow and lazy! Then, all of a sudden...THIS CODE...inputting this code becomes one of the hardest tasks in the world. It's as if this code needs to come from the FBI, CIA, or the president of the FDA!?! "The pharmacist is working on it", this is the line that they love to use...all I can picture is the pharmacist, in some back dungeon, personally making the medication. THE PHARMACY, PHARMACIST AND STAFF ARE AWFUL! Ironwood/Southern.

Horrible service :( just was in and was buying 2 bottles of snuggles that had a price tag of $2.99 4 bottles stocked in that row and at the register they rang $8.99. I brought it to the cashier's attention and she called manager and I was told someone moved price tag explained I hadn't moved the tag and she explained she knows it wasn't me but was not going to honor the $2.99. The tag did not looked tampered with at all I believe it was to cover for their mistake. Slightly embarrassed:(. plus the store smells like something crawled up in there and Died!!!!

Reletively friendly but pricing is often wrong. Today the team member argued a bit with me about a price that was clear based off their signage. Last time two items were the wrong price.

Not the best Walgreens. I feel like the stock is very limited. I'd rather go to the one on Crismon and Southern. Employees are nicer there.

Your auto system to check on status of prescription doesnt work I have been cut off 4 times when you transfer me to talk to pharimus since your tel no also doesn't work after entering our no. Very poor service

Horrible pharmacy tried to call for 2.30 hours closed due to pharmacist on vacation whatever so much inconvenience also the store staff thinks it’s funny and very rude Debbie they were closed Monday and Wednesday and Friday whatever no consideration
