The staff are amazing, Estelle, Jill, and the other ladies there. With the new Manager Justin he has turned the store around and is very involved with the customer's as well as staff vast improvement.

Long lines, slow staff, no customer service. I had my dog in the car so I didn’t want to go to a large grocery store or anything. I just needed to buy a deck of cards on my way to a family function. I ran to the cards and got up to the line by 3:51. I know because my alarm went off at 3:50 for me to get on the road. I was still in the line at Walgreens when my alarm went off at 4:10. There were two women working behind the counter. They didn’t acknowledge anyone in line nor did they have an ounce of polite customer service once I reached the register. They didn’t move with any sense of purpose and didn’t even speak to the customers. I’d be more understanding of a long wait if they were friendly, but they weren’t even that! At one point, someone else who worked there walked up, made eye contact with me, said NOTHING, walked over to the photo counter and pushed some items around the counter like she was bored and had nothing better to do than move a piece of paper two inches, and then she simply walked away... At that point in time, I was fifth in line. So basically, just like any Walgreens, they’ll carry what you need. But if you have anywhere to be— or a dog waiting in the car — Don’t come here. There are two other Walgreens in AJ. An alternative isn’t far away.

Outside of panhandlers, homeless, apathetic pharmacy, slipshod photo department, this Walgreens is great! Shop here almost daily, never a dull moment P.S..I'm exagerating slightly for emphasis. The mysterious Pharmacist you never see (like the wizard in 'The wizzard of Oz) is behind a large 1 way seeing glass window secluded from customer contact, and your presciption for pick up is spit out in a bin recepticle next to the annoying photo/picture/copy console. Any poor soul that ventures into the liquer department, brace yourself for the ultimate shame as you pass the almost always unattended liquer cashier counter as an intercom speaker blasts out storwide in high volume 'Help needed in the liquer department!' After my experience with Jabin Davis today and yesterday after a misunderstanding, my prescription was canceled. I cannot get a refill now for three weeks and my prescription will sit at my mom's house while I do my best to deal with court and work for the first time since June of last year because my mental health is rough. I cannot recommend filling your prescription at this store if you are someone that takes medication for attention deficit disorder, he takes the shortage very seriously and will treat you as medication seeking if you show up a day early, accidentally, then lie about what day your prescription was filled if your second medication will be filled the next day. He is power tripping because he is also the manager. The pharmacy tech I spoke with to try to figure out what was going on clearly had reservations about his attitude with me as well. Do not go here unless you look like a straight American with a white collar office job, or are the elderly. Unfortunately I look like a punk with piercings and colored hair, and missing teeth from being abused. He probably thought I was an addict. I am just forgetful and easily excited. I have been using WALGREENS since I was a child and will not coming back personally even if it means I remain mentally unwell until he is fired or moves to a different pharmacy after the way he spoke to me on the phone and hung up. If you ask him why he is speaking to you (like an idiot, but I didn't say that) like that, he will accuse you of something, yell at you about being very patient, and hang up on you after saying he is legally only required to give you his name. I guess I'll just have to go in to find his certificate that is legally required to be on the wall in plain sight to find the information he refused to give over the phone.

I do not recommend this pharmacy because of my experience with Jabin Davis, the manager and pharmacist. You cannot get hus information over the phone, you will have to go in and find the certificate that is legally required to be visible from the counter. I will have to walk back to get that, and that in itself is very ableist. Over the phone, he is very rude and condescending, in person he won’t even look you in the eye, only repeat himself. The pharmacy techs even feel he is problematic and rude, at least the two I spoke to. The pharmacy only seems to have newer techs as well, and I think I understand why.

I had to switch to this Walgreen over ap year ago. My Pharmacy got shut down for not having a Pharmacist at all. How scary is that. I love them. They take a little longer to fill but very good and very helpful. God to see they don't close at 7 pm any more. That was only issue I had was pharmacy close at 7 and store closed at 9pm. Now both open till10 again

If I could give negative stars I would.I made an appointment for a Covid test. I got a confirmation email, and even a reminder this morning. I am sick but I got there right on time to find the pharmacy closed. I got stood up.I get that people get sick, I am sick. But I was there anyway, because no one bothered to cancel or inform me. In fact the reminder literally said "Nothing has changed".Very unprofessional. Not how any business should treat their customers.

Would not accept Goodrx coupon. I have never had issues with Walmart or Osco accepting Goodrx coupons. Staff was rude and arrogant, not helpful at all. Won't be filling any more prescriptions at Walgreens. Very disappointing.

Jabin Davis is the reason I will not be going here after the way he treats people for the way they look and that they don't understand EXACTLY how their system and prescriptions work. If you have colored hair, missing teeth, or piercings, don't go here.

This review is for the Pharmacy, rude associates is all I can say. We are better off back at Walmart at least they assist in contacting the insurance instead they wanted us to have an ill patient that was just discharged from hospital call regarding insurance group number and other information. This pharmacy lacks care and empathy towards the ill, if you don't like dealing or have no patience towards ill people then get another job!

I've never dealt with a pharmacist at this location that was friendly. They are really rude. They make you feel that you are one big thorn in their side. After many years, I've finally realize I need to move on. Guess I'm a little slow. I've been true to Walgreens all over the country for so many years, and they are the only ones like this. They must all take the same "rude" pill every morning. One star is really too good for them!

I had dropped my car keys when going in the store. I didn’t hear them fall. The manager Terralle came up and asked me if I had lost keys. I Looked and said yes on a pink ring. I want to thank the cashier and manager for being quick on getting my keys to me. I can’t thank you enough. Great job! Wendy Foody

Absolute nightmare. Imagine being in drive thru for over 30 minutes watching all before you get service only to reach window and they put a sign up no pharmacist. The same thing happened last week also. This location is ridiculous. While inside the lines are 45 minute plus waits. With a disability, this certainly doesn't work. I have never seen a pharmacy work like this.(3/27/22) 2 days no pharmacist available. How they can legally get away with this for this long of a duration when people need there medication is beyond me. This place is a joke.

5 stars because the place was clean and most importantly Thesresa gave amazing service. She was at the door when I walked in and helped me find a mask. The first place we checked didn't have one that I wanted so she actually walked me over to the other section that had some. I appreciated that. She was friendly throughout the transaction. I'd definitely recommend this place off her service alone. Walgreens are Walgreens but I've been to a few in which I walked out due to the behavior of the employees.

The pharmacy is a joke. The staff is rude, the store manager is not helpful AT ALL. The only employee i give credit to is the female pharmacist, she is amazing. 100% taking my business elsewhere. I have never had such terrible customer service experience in my life.

The last few months has been great. The manager is one of the best Walgreens has. He has solved all the previous problems that I experienced here. I am impressed and the staff all seem to genuinely care, thanks to his leadership.

Less than two hours on a Sunday morning and this gal from Michigan had her prescription in hand in Arizona. You cannot ask for better service than that! The drive-thru was operating flawlessly; staff was very professional and accommodating!

The pharmacy is bad. It is **very** expensive in comparison to Wal-Mart, the service is slow, and the pharmacist was rude. I will not be back for future prescriptions.I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the rest of the store is actually quite nice.

This is a review of the photo department. I took some 42 year old black and white negatives there yesterday, March 21st to have some prints made and they lost a strip, 5 negatives, of the 25 negatives I gave them. This was about 3:30 when I went to pick them up. What they did print out looked as if they probably tried to use paper for color prints as the prints had color in them but made them look like a color negative, really bad. The lady there said it was because the negatives were just so bad. I doubt that. But the main thing is my negatives were lost and when I asked if that happens often she said that it did happen quite often but only when someone touches them that are not supposed to and that she had never lost any herself. I just left the pictures there and they didn't charge me for anything but offered no compensation for the loss. This was a trial run to see how they would do with my valuable negatives that I had just recently found. I am glad I didn't turn over the ones that were really valuable to me, those of my deceased parents 40th wedding anniversary.

So we did our covid tests with the not too inviting person at the window and we waited 24 hours and went back due to no results and their pharmacy was closed and we were not provided results. Thankfully a better Walgreen’s down the street could help us out!

Don't go here for a passport photo. Two different employees screwed mine up two different times because they had no idea what the passport photo requirements actually are. Very frustrating and a waste of $15.
