Why bother having 2 drive through lines open if you’re only going to work one of them?!? If cars choose to wait in line they should be taken as they come to the window since each car can choose to wait as they please. It should be up to the person at the window to only help cars in lane one and never say a word to cars in lane 2. The older brown haired lady is rude and for some reason wouldn’t help lane 2 at all. This location always has the worst pharmacy staff.

Had a vaccine appointment at 11 AM showed up at 10:55. Was still waiting at 11:17AM. I had another appointment I had to attend to at 12 which was a 35 minute drive away. I informed them that I was leaving, and departed.There were three other people there for the same time slot at 11AM. They overbooked the time slot.From what I could see it appears as the pharmacy is understaffed because everyone was running around trying to handle prescriptions. Pay better and maybe increase you retention Walgreens. I wish I could invoice you for the 25 minutes of my Saturday you wasted.

I went into this Walgreens on Monday to have two prescriptions refilled. I called two days later and spoke to a man who has terrible customer service skills. He was curt, unhelpful and borderline rude. And to add to that, no prescription refills. He told me they had nothing for me and I was not even on file. When I pushed, he looked me up and found I was on file with Walgreens. I think customer service training is needed.

What a place to be ripped off with Walgreens rewards program. I was told by the pharmacy that the item I was buying was good for $10 cash Rewards. When I checked out they told me no you have to buy spend the $10 in the same aisle as the item that you purchased. Seems like it was and easy way to rip seniors off. I suggest you ask a lot of questions before expecting Rewards on an item.

I just started going to this Walgreens and have only been in here a few times but each time I've been here and looked around the makeup and cosmetics sections, an amazing employee named Kay has greeted me. I RARELY ever meet a retail employee as nice and helpful as her. I don't know what she makes but she needs a big bonus or a raise because she knows exactly where to find the things I'm looking for and actually uses the products, so she's able to tell me what her favorites are. She is so incredibly sweet and makes me feel good every time I see her. She is just a joy to talk to.I always have trouble finding a good foundation because I have fine lines and acne scars, and she helped me find the PERFECT foundation. It was the foundation that she was wearing and I liked the way it looked, so I asked her about it and she showed me exactly where it was and helped me pick a shade that matched. I was not able to test it in the store but I tried it when I got home and I love it! I attached a photo in case anyone is interested in the foundation I chose.Seriously though, Kay needs a raise. She is a diamond in the rough in the retail industry. Everyone I've interacted with in this store has been really nice but Kay just makes my day when I visit this location.

couldnt select zero. 1 star is a severe over rating for this store. the pharmacy gets to make their own hours. open when they feel like it. shows on the website they are open to 6 on sundays. down there at 10 after 5 and they are all closed up. not the first time this has happened!!!!

Went in for some basic over the counter drugs. Prices were a lot higher than they used to be, but the don’t know if that’s a Walgreens problem. Place looked clean and well stocked, and the employees were friendly enough.

Poor scheduling but probably couldn't schedule no budget, the Friday before Easter. I stood in line for 25 min with only one cashier (a new one at that) with 9 people in line I was the 7th person 25 minutes. Not cool!!!! Glad i didn't have ice cream. I do not blame the cashier she was very friendly and patient with the no help she had. I blame Walgreens corporate with their no budget do more with less attitude.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. They used to be pretty decent, but since the pandemic hit they have gone way downhill. They can't keep anyone in staff. Prescriptions say they will be ready at such and such time are actually ready days later. Lines are always so long, especially now in snowbird season. Do yourself a favor and go to CVS a block or two away. Prescriptions ready within an hour or two. Long lines but multiple techs so it goes by quickly. The only thing this Walgreens is good for is photo and FedEx drop off.

I've used Walgreens Pharmacy forever and had no problems. However, the, Idaho location in Apache Junction is a different story. I can't remember a good experience with any of the pharmacists. They make me feel like I'm bothering them. (This doesn't include any of the other employees. They are always pleasant and helpful). I should have switched to somewhere else long ago.

This location has been consistently incompetent, specifically in in pharmacy. More times than not there is some type of issue with my refill prescription. Do not pay ahead online for quick pickup. They don't know how to do it.

Just had my entire $61 order voided out because the cashier couldn't comprehend that the toys I was buying which said they were buy two get one free are actually buy two get one free. She thought that because the UPC codes were different that the other items which were all named the exact same thing and look exactly the same we're not buy two get one after discussing it and arguing about it and asking her to just void out the whole transaction and give me my money back the manager came up and validated that what I said was true. Unbelievable that that lady wouldn't even bother to ask versus just charging me and not a Consulting a managers and she clearly doesn't understand how the Walgreens sales work. Thanks for wasting 25 minutes of time!

Will not be using this pharmacy again. Unsure if drive thru pharmacist is new or just not correctly trained on how to take insurance and give out correct information. Also while waiting in line inside store, you can clearly hear pharmacists openly gossiping/complaining about customers. Very unprofessional.

I watched them deny someone the Covid19 shot yesterday morning. They claimed that the people would have to go online and schedule an appointment...yet nobody was in line. They could have easily have given them the shot, wait the 15 minutes to make sure no after effects. But no, they turned it down.Just had my mother call in to talk to the Pharmacist, who rudely told her that he only has 30 seconds to talk to her. 30 friggin seconds. That's unacceptable. We might be switching locations, going to a place that actually CARES about their customers.

I recently got the flu vaccine from this location and I regret receiving it from the pharmacist. She was the only pharmacist on shift and was rushing, as there were a lot of other people wanting either flu vaccine or COVID vaccine. When she administered the vaccine she struck a nerve and now my shoulder and neck is in pain. I've never had this much pain from any previous flu immunizations before. Word to the wise, don't get vaccinated when you see the person giving out vaccines is in a rush.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens always seems to have what I need.- They’ve never once turn me away.- My prescription are always ready before the estimated wait time.- The staff is friendly and helpful.They save my butt when the CVS less than a mile away lack basic customer needs.Thank you Walgreens

The pharmacist, Rich, was extremely helpful. He went way above and beyond to try and help us get the immunization my niece, who is recently living with me, needed. They were the only pharmacy out of the 5 I called that even had the immunization in stock and he was very patient while I tried to gather all the I formation he needed and did everything he could to help the process including calling the doctor himself. He is amazing!!!! Thank you!!!!

Worst experience with their onsite physician. She refused to give my child vaccinations, refusing to accept my insurance although clearly stated they accept my insurance but claimed my insurance requires us to see primary physician which is a lie. I had the insurance company on the phone ready to talk to her and she refused to speak with them and told me I don't understand how this works and if I want to pay cash she will gladly give her the shots. They're contracted with my insurance company. Its obviously personal and very unprofessional.

Always have given me such a hassle just to pick up prescriptions. Very rude. Would not release a prescription to me, told me the medication was going to cause the death of my baby or birth defects, when it was prescribed to save the baby from miscarriage. Had to call the doctor, the doctor had to personally call them. I went back and tried to pick up they said sorry and apparently didn't know why they would tell me something like that. A short time later tried to get a refill on medication and was told it couldn't get covered because the insurance had the wrong birthday for me and I was a Male. The guy laughed and hung up. I called insurance and everything was correct called them back was just told they don't know why I was told that the hung up on me.

I moved from Missouri to Arizona and the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me I can't thank you enough. The people in Arizona have been awesome and pleasant. I am not used to that. Every Walgreens need to be like this one in Arizona. My family goes to Frys, I tried Frys and due to Corporate policy they were not able to help me. Went to Walgreens and it was no problem. Thank you very much!

I WENT TO WALGREENS YESTERDAY ON 55 W APACHE TRAIL IN APACHE JUNCTION. I had to send a letter via Fed Ex. I had the letter in a plain regular envelope with the Fed Ex label attached to it it was about 4pm on December 28 2020. The lady who worked there said the back of the envelope had to be taped. I asked her if she had any tape,, she said NO. So, I went back home and taped it all up. My step son took it back to Walgreens and now that lady says she can't accept it, it has to be in a Fed Ex Envelope. She was so rude, really couldn't believe Walgreens having an employee like that. I asked Fed Ex about this and they said it does not have to be in a Fed Ex envelope as long as the Fed Ex label is attached. Are you kidding me, she did not even get that right!! So, now today we have to try to get these important papers sent out.. I want to warn everyone not to use Walgreens for a Fed Ex place. I loved this Walgreens until now, I am thinking I will just go to CVS for medical stuff and Office Max for Fed Ex shipments.

Super customer service! I was looking for a specific makeup in a particular brand. I couldn't find it; but a woman in charge of this deptartment approached me and directed me to my item! Plus she answered questions about a new eyebrow product for me! I loved it and bought it too! She asked me if Id like emails, and I gave her mine. When i was leaving, she handed me a beautifully wrapped gift i love! I learned how to get " points" toward $ off! Super customer service, & who doesnt like a FREE GEORGEOUS GIFT!?!
