We always have a great experience here. Last night came in for dog food and some crazy lady was screaming at an employee (possibly Joe) while he handled it with such grace and respect she would not calm down and was making a huge scene! Wanted to give props to the employees for handling her mid life crisis so well.

Bought a small 5lb propane tank and had several people try and fill it with no luck. Finally came here, and JD was able to get the bottle to take propane. 🙌 Will definitely be coming back!

Huge selection and variety. Everything from clothing to candles to engine hoists. Store was very clean and well laid out. Restrooms were kept up and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Went looking for a safe, as after through research, this place was the most inexpensive for a well built safe. A plentiful variety of feeds for all different animals. Only negative is that their automotive items are higher priced that other competitors near by. But great overall experience.

Worst customer service I have ever had. There was about 4 pallets of the dog food I get on sale for $29.99. It rings up for the regular price and when I mentioned the sign that it's on sale the sales associate Stephanie says "No its not" Doesn't even honor it. Or call over a manager or anything. So I put back the 3 bags and only got one so my pups wouldn't starve tonight, otherwise I wouldn't have purchased any from you guys. I will be buying my dog food from Chewy from now on. Tractor Supply you lost a customer today. I have 3 dogs and came about every 3 weeks. Not anymore. You messed up. Terrible terrible customer service.

Went for Propane and the sales manager ended up helping us change our two batteries in our diesel truck. Thanks to him and his brother. Definitely recommend them for all your needs.

We showed up for black Friday. Because they advertised a big sale on men's clothing. They didn't have half of what they advertised. So, it was a waste of time to be there . I was really disappointed. Because, this is usually a very good location to get what you need.

I love tractor supply. I buy all my dog food at tractor supply. On this occasion I was taking dog to get a vet check for a flight. They dont do this. I wish I had known that first.

I prefer this place over Shoppers. The staff works hard and is very polite. They are missing a star for not keeping up with the local feed prices. If #1 alfalfa is $13.99 every where in town, you'll only get 80 pound bales with TSC versus the typical 100 pound bales you'll find elsewhere. I asked the store manager if you could sell some protein bars there because I would buy them every time I came in. He said he couldn’t. I don’t like to eat all the processed sugar that you guys sell there. I contacted corporate and they never responded to me nor have they added protein bars. That was two months ago. You should learn to listen to your customers. I’m going to shoppers supply to miles down the road from now on. Update… since you don’t listen to customers I’ve decided to go to a place that does. And now I get my bedding (which is cheaper and better quality )from them, my grain from them and my hay. I get very little from Tractor Supply now. You guys missed out on a bunch of money for me. But again, you don’t care, so I’m the idiot. Lol.

Friendlier than Harbor Freight but more expensive. Cheaper than Ace, but not as friendly ... so a compromise of sorts. We walked in the store and were greeted right away. We asked where a specific tool was, and the employee very politely said they don't carry the tool, but pointed to the section where it would have been if they did carry it. We mentioned that we saw the tool on their website, and his reply was, "Well, that's the internet." We took a chance and looked ... and yes, they do carry the tool. Better trained employees would be beneficial.

One of the rare stores where management actually seems to take an interest in customer service…I was asked politely if there was anything they could help me with or find just let them know. Only four stars out of five because they were out of stock of black XL heavy duty cotton shirts…keep up the good work management!!!

So every employee acknowledged you when you walk in, which was nice and they were all very friendly very very friendly . I went to the mobile vet clinic inside there and they were very nice staff and very patient with the animals which I loved so good job guys

Normally I like this place but when we went on Sunday we pulled up at 7:06 and an employee yelled across the parking lot to say they were closed. Which is okay, but then when we asked if he said they were closed he replied "we've been closed" as if it had been 30 minutes already. Just the attitude needs to be checked. The lady that's normally there popped out for a cigarette right after. She's usually pretty helpful though. Not really a fan of the guy tonight

Well these boots are adorable!! Went in the find boot and found not just close to what I wanted but exactly what I wanted! Jeremy at the register was fun and friendly, polite yet still kept us laughing. I appreciate good humor anywhere these days and it is even better when it is in the service industry. I have purchased over 15k in tools and equipment here, got a new Simpson pressure washer on 2/14/2023, and have less than 1.5 hours on it, and it died. Can't get ahold of Simpson and tractor supply Joe said I should have bought a pressure washer that the manufacturer stands behind(he also sighed at me at least a dozen times)?? I asked why they sell something they can't guarantee? No answer, thank you, Joe! I'm taking my business elsewhere from now on. Love my $700 boat anchor.**Update, called the 877 number, impossible to talk to anyone live, all automated. Thanks for making it look like you guys care

Went in about a month ago looking for materials to build a dog run. Management was awesome and set me up with a nice 10x10 pen. It has held up great. Sense then I came across a nice tarp and have been able to nicely shelter both of my pups while I'm stuck at work. Very happy with their service. Very happy with the product. Friendly helpful staff. Keep it up you guys!

This was some of the best customer service Ive had in the while. I called to get more information on how the pickup processed worked, and got a detailed response on how long it took, and what would happen if they didn’t have it in store. This started my experience on a positive note. When I came to the store for my order, they knew exactly who I was from the phone call we had previously and directed to me to the associate who walked me back to the pickup spot. He was knowledgeable about dog food brands, was courteous and was relatable. He let me know about some good promotions with the store brands, and was kind and even funny. He walked me to the register where the cashier was also extremely personable. I was surprised how easy, efficient, knowledgeable and kind the staff was. Definitely will shop here again!

First, I wish I could take stars away and not give a single one but to inform everyone of the stupidity in this location I had to give one star.I found the air compressor I wanted online. TSC had a great price. The website said the unit was at the location, 10545 E Main St, Apache Junction, AZ 85119, in stock. I went to that store to buy it. I found the floor display and it had no price tag on it or any boxes of that unit near buy. I went to customer service desk that was unattended and stood there for 10 minutes. Tired of waiting I went to the cashiers, chose one of the two ringing out customers, and waited in line there behind two other customers. When it was my turn, I told the cashier that I want to buy the Dewalt 30 Gallon air compressor. He then grabbed his laser scanner and looked back at me. I repeated myself courteously adding that there was no new boxed units in the isle. At that time another customer walked up behind me, instead of redirecting that customer to the other line, the employee asked me to step aside and he will help me shortly. So I did.I stood beside the door for another 15 minutes as that cashier kept helping customers as they walked up. I should have left at that time. Finally there were no other customers for either one of the two cashiers and the guy turned around and asked me, "You said you wanted a 30 pound compressor?"Another sign that I should have left.I said no, and repeated what I originally told him.He then said, "Show me."So I then went back to the display unit. The guy informed me that there were no "Tags" on it and then got on his radio and asked someone in the back if that had any of that compressor there.I was then informed that they did not. I asked how much they wanted for the floor display. I was then told full price. That is so insulting. I will not be shopping in that location ever again.If you shop there, i hope you got plenty of time to waste and good luck.

I went there for a vet med. Waited in line hour or so. To be expected. But other people were allowed to cut in line which extended my waitTime for the vet. They really need to make sure that these people cannot do this it is totally unfair to those who are following procedure and waiting in line.

Really enjoy just walking through the store. It has so much! We've been extremely satisfied with everything we've bought here, from gun safe to a cultivator. The people are always nice and helpful too
