I went in to shoppers supply yesterday to get chicken feed & other supply’s. (This is not the first time!!)You know us chicken owners always need more chicks. Well i obviously knew i wasn’t gonna get anything due to the smell. But i took a deeper look. Multiple dead chicks!!! Due to pasty butt,as you can see in the photos….Over 7 dead birds that could have lived if they took 10 minutes to clean their butts & given the extra care!!!!(that they get paid for)Don’t get me wrong, the employees are very nice & keep a clean store. EXCEPT THE BIRDS. Which are living things.Do not buy any birds from here if you want them in good health, right down the street is the stock shop & i have never seen them have a mess like this.Also! The ducklings are in such a small cage for their age i’m surprised they haven’t gotten loose or stolen.

My first experience was great. On Dec 23rd, We needed dog supplies. The cashier was very nice and friendly. Then my husband and I went back on Dec 29th in the evening and the cashier was horrible. She held her scanning gun in her hand and didn't say a word. Just waited for us to turn our item around so she could scan. Then after we paid she still didn't say a word. We told her thank you and have a nice evening. She needs definite people skills.

UHaul is right inside the front door. Very helpful for us. We can reserve a truck.A lot of things for sale from bird feed to yard signs and tools inside this Big store.

I love this place, they sell Milwaukee and Dewalt tools and everything else that you need for living on a ranch or farm. The cashiers are friendly and beautiful, but we need to fix the one who doesn't ride a horse (yet) lol

Addressing an issue I had with your equine manager Chris while loading alfalfa and Bermuda. In February this year posting my full issue since i received no feedback on the situation.The alfalfa bale he tried to give me had sun damage along the whole side of the bale. With the price of hay these days we obviously want the best for our animals a bale that has that much sun damage is not acceptable especially when there are other easily accessible better bales close at hand. As the customer one would think if I paid for a product, I should get a say in what is acceptable and the standard I expect. Your manager Chris told me I get what I get the sun damage is not an issue. I explained it was to me and I wanted a different bale. He told me I get 2 more choices and then we are done. At that point I pointed to a particular bale and said if it's an issue I can get it and load it myself I was told and understand they do not allow customers to do that.The exchange continued with him getting more and more confrontational hands on his hips an aggressive posture and him finally telling me it is what it is I get what I get and if I don't like it, I can go shop somewhere else!The confrontation ended with me asking to speak to a manager and for his name his reply which his 2 friends found entertaining was "my name is Chris with a C". There was no need for that level of belligerence and attitude. I am not a big account, but I have pulled up all my Shoppers bills from November the 10th to yesterday at 3:30pm February the 22 and my total expenditure at Shoppers was $1753 over the year that would add up to roughly $5300. I am taking Chris with a C's advice and will in the future be shopping somewhere else. I can honestly say this was probably one of the worst shopping experiences of my life hence the time I took to speak to the deputy manager because the store manager was not in. She was very professional and nice but did try and excuse and defend the indefensible admitting however he should not have told me to go shop somewhere else. This is not something I could just brush off because of how rude Chris was and I feel he felt emboldened by the fact he had his 2 buddies with him who he thought would intimidate me. It has had the complete opposite effect and I am speaking up so nobody else is put through an experience like this.

It was OK. Everything I looked for was good quality. A few things I wanted to buy didn't have pricing on them so I didn't get them. The girl who checked us out didn't make me feel comfortable. No smiles, didn't ask how everything was, just kind of cold. But other than that, it's a good place to go shopping on the weekend.

This place has just about anything you could possibly need. The people are helpful and friendly, and the fresh popped popcorn as soon as you come in the door, is perfect for walking around and shopping.

Wandered around the store in awe of the immense variety of merchandise they have available. My adult son soon spotted the clothing section and ended up purchasing a pair of jeans. We wandered a while longer viewing everything from tools and hardware to camping items to specialty jams and sauces. My son even found a good buy on fruit flavored candies. We finally exited the store, noticing a sign about weekly veterinary services available there. All in all, a very interesting shopping spree!

Just wanted to say that Conner was a grate help when I had a incident at another location his customer service was awesome and he was a big help with getting the issue resolved and making me feel like I was being heard and that my business is wanted

I think they were having a bad day told to go and wait for some help to cut a hose . And the man never showed up so I left but did not need the parts after all. I will go back it's a specific store .

Bought 7 chickens, 3 died within 40 hours of getting them home. Shopper supply wasn't concerned, said that it is a 50 / 50 chance with live animals. Surprised they were not concerned they had a virus in their batch.

A different shopping experience. More of a homesteaders, ranching, farming kind of place. It's clean, knowledgeable staff, friendly. They have excellent sales on a monthly basis.

Have just about everything you need for your horse your cat and dogs and yourself. Very large store just fun to walk around and look at all the things. Have as many nuts and bolts as a big box stores have a good selection of power tools and battery tools. Check it out you'll have fun!

Mostly for the Ranch or farm but great selection for home also. Will shop there for clothes and tools, need to stop on Sat. 4pm to 5:30pm for Vet check

We use to buy quite a bit from the Shoppers in AJ. We had one bad experience and overlooked it thinking the cashiers just had a bad day. As a person who never returns anything (I had a friend with me so I was feeling brave) I came in to exchange a stuffed dog toy I bought recently. My dog loved the the first toy I bought and after having it for quite some time was due for a new one. After having the second toy for a very short time the stitching on the back came undone completely and stuffing came out. I asked if I could EXCHANGE the toy and was told no. I explained I wasn’t trying to return it, just want to exchange for the exact item that wasn’t defective. I was told without a receipt they would not. Very disappointed!

I had to track an associate down to assist with an item that I couldn't find, and he was pretty much useless. He didn't look beyond where I was standing and didn't bother to ask another employee if he/she knew if they carried the item. I found it (a vinyl plug that fits into the top of a patio table and supports the umbrella) at a competitor's store. Unfortunately, this is the second time that I have received this type of service, or lack thereof, at Shoppers Supply in just two weeks. I won't return.

I love this store. A lot. Minutes easily turn to hours for me here, though— there’s so much to see. If you need ANYTHING... or just need a store to spike your serotonin levels as it serves you an excellent reprieve from your day—Shopper’s has it.

I had requested items from a different Shoppers and was told to call the other Shoppers. So I did call other Shoppers. They said it would be done. NOTHING happened. So I called back and then was told that was not going to happen & that I needed to go to the other store if I wanted something. I tried to pay over the phone and received a chuckle and a denial UNLESS I had it shipped to me plus shipping which was twice the price of the item just for shipping. I try to shop locally to help local business but when you have a business that doesn't support the local shoppers why should I go out of my way to support them. From now on I will go to another local business with my needs.
