Brought my 125lb malamute/husky Blue in to be groomed. First time here. They did a fantastic job on him. He looks extremely beautiful. I cannot be happier. Got Blue home, he was prancing around the house showing off. Customer service was outstanding from check in to check out. They will be Blue's forever groomer. Thank you guys!!!!

This was the first time Riley went to an actual groomer--and he loved it! He usually has separation anxiety from us, but he freely went with them in the back. We stayed a little while to be sure and he was totally fine. They were very friendly (took time to greet him and make him comfortable), called (to confirm appt and pick-up) in a very timely manner and were very affordable! Definitely would recommend!

I took my 2 elderly dogs here to get their nails trimmed and I had informed them they were both skiddish of the process even though they were no strangers to getting their nails done. They also have arthritis so standing on 3 legs is challenging for them. However, the young gentleman was super patience and extremely diligent in making sure he got them cut down. He took his time, gave them extra TLC and my dogs left with tails wagging high and seemed grateful to have been treated with such professionalism.

We have been bringing our two rescues Coda and Ranger here for grooming for over a year. They look great after we pick them up. Very convenient to drop off in the am and them get a call and text to pickThem up. Very reasonable prices too.

These guys are great.i explained my dog is dog aggressive and they took great care of her! They schedule my for the end of the day so there where not a lot of dogs there. Which I really appreciated that. And my zena looked and smelled great thank you guys for the great work.i definitely will be back again.also I would highly recommend this place!

I just got back taking Chloe, my pitbull, for a nail clipping. I got there 30 minutes early because she is a very sweet, but timid dog and doesn’t like going into buildings. Two of the employees helped me with treats to make her feel comfortable and coax her out of my vehicle and into the store. They clipped her nails quickly and she was happy to finally have them done. I appreciate the effort so much. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you! Chloe says thank you too!

I wish i could give zero stars but i can't. I will never bring my babies back to this place. Not only did they cut them and they not tell me anything about it but I have 2 small dogs and was quoted a price. They even saw the size of my Sophie and they charged me more because she was a"big" dog. She's a chihuahua/terrier mix and weighs 20lbs but she's a big dog. They are rude. Don't bring your fur babies here..

We’ve been to several groomers and I wish I would have found this place sooner. I have a large doodle who gets matted easily. O Bark N Bath’s cost was far better than the groomers we have used in the past, there was no hair leftover on her, everything asked to be done was completed and she looked incredible!Definitely worth a try

First off my pug is a handful but he is a loving sweet dog the last place I took him they kept commenting on how hard he was but they here not an issue. HORRIBLE!!!! RUN FOR THE HILLS FROM THIS PLACE!!! PLEASE, Please don't take your fur babies here! The guy that was going to cut our babies nails was drunk and slurring his words and said he needed me to help him!!! We grabbed our dogs and ran out the door. We then called animal control as we didn't want them hurting some other little dog! The police went there. Not sure what happened after that... They should be fined or put out of business. The guy stumbling around and smelled so strong of booze he nearly knocked us over with his breath!

They did a nice job on my little man. I was hoping they would put one of the bows that I brought with, they nicely did put one of their bows in but it is a clip style that was falling out within an hour. Cost effectively it would save them money to learn how to do the bows that have the rubber bands already attached. These usually will stay in for the whole time between grooming. The staff was 5 star!

Literally the only groomer I haven’t had issues with. They did so great with my dog and recommended products to help with her coat. She smelled amazing for multiple days after her grooming! The place is set up beautifully and everyone is so kind and helpful. I’ll definitely be returning!

So glad they are there, we have a Great Pyrenees ,not only is he large but they have a double coat which requires the groomer to know how to groom them. They do a great job on him he always looks good!!

This place is over priced and not good at communication. Had a nice 830 am appt showed up and was let in by staff that did not show my appt and left my dogs. Called back to get dogs because place was suppose to be closed this weekend and no one notified me. Second time they have done something like this. No more for me.

My poor Yorkie. We came to O' Bark N' Bath for the first time today with our Yorkie. Since it was our first time, I showed the gal a picture of how we like her done. She commented on what she saw. 'Oh, I see that you like her a little longer, not super short. I see that you like the hair on her legs longer and I see that you like the wings on her ears'. I agreed with her observations and then she took a picture on her phone.When we picked her up, she was the shortest that I have ever seen her. And her ear "wings" are gone. I also noticed some uneven-ness to the cut itself. But, I figured, whatever, I don't love the cut, but it will grow back.She was acting very timid but I chalked it up to her fear of the new place. I was holding her and carried her to the car.When we got home, she was limping, her ears were down and she was acting weird and sad. She started licking her paws and I saw that there was a decent amount of blood on the blanket. At least two of her feet were bleeding.Then we noticed that she was really licking her private parts. When we checked her out, we saw that they were all red and swollen. My poor little baby. I felt so bad for her.She doesn't want to walk around, I assume because her feet hurt. I had to carry her to the yard for her to pee which she attempted three times , squatting, then sort of jumping and just looked at me. I think it is because she is so sore down there. And 12 hours later, she still hasn't pooped, despite a pretty normal poop time of 2 or 3 pm (it is now almost 8pm).I'm sure she will be better in a couple days and nothing I have described is critical, however, I feel that what she is going thru shouldn't have happened and I will, of course, never bring her back.I strongly suggest that you do NOT bring your fur babies to O' Bark N' Bath.

Do not recommend this grooming salon. Was told my dog would be ready in 3 hoursNope 4.5, and I was lied to twice. Heard my dog crying. My dog was traumatized majorly. Horrid experience. Will never ever return.
