I will be brief as this is an isolated incident however pissed me off enough to throw up a brief post. There was a girl at the front I assume she was greeting people someone had brought in their dog and she was too enamored with the dog to acknowledge my existence I literally spoke right at her she looked at me didn't answer me and went right back to playing with the dog I not only did this once but I did this twice. Then I simply turned around and took my money to a different store. Like I said probably an isolated incident as the reviews seem to show that this is a fairly competent store. However none of my employees would ever do that or they wouldn't be my employees anymore

I was so happy with pigeon eviction, they not only responded quickly but were the next day measured around the solar system and around the shed and did the job right away, beautiful job and at great price, there were 3 men , I am now pigeon free and wonderfuly happy. Not light the other before him kept putting me off and finally came over and said he give me and estimate next morning and never called.

Go to this ace hardware on7125 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85207.As I was pulling up April the 11th I noticed some less than quality people hanging out front, I was going to park in the back but when I saw these people I got concerned for the dirtbike I had in the back. I wanted to get a spot with a camera on it before I left it un supervised.Had who I think might be the manager of this ace hardware come up to me and tell me not to drive like a jackals through the parking lot, I asked him what he was talking about and he was referring to me switching spots. I tried to tell him I wasn't thinking about that and he quickly said exactly you weren't thinking. I was shocked. I tried to call the manager but the manager won't answer any of my calls or call me back. This is unacceptable service at this point and I am just in disbelief. If my bike got stolen do you think they would write me a check for 5k for the courtesy of me parking in the back??? No! It's a bad area that's what was going through my mind.So please go to7125 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85207 for all your hardware needs when I arrived and entered the door the sweet lady had popcorn waiting for me. It's only a few miles difference.

Went an had 3 patio screen doors fixed. Nice job on the screen but the rollers still don't work properly. They installed new rollers but that's all. Might as well by new doors for what I paid.Well today they came out and looked at my screen doors and they made it right.Thank you for taking care of your customer. I will now give you 5 stars.

I went to this store to get a hose replacement for my car, went in cut the hose went to the counter to pay for it and they needed to price check it the guy walks up and looks at me ( I was covered in grease) and says why don't you just give it to him looks like he is in a tight spot. Really nice people that work here. Because of the polite and friendly staff I will forever now be a loyal customer to this particular ace hardware. Thank you

My husband loves shopping here. The staff are so helpful. Whenever he can't find something, someone is always there to direct you right to where it is. Not only do they tell you where, they walk you to the place. I've never had a bad experience at this store. They even have a tank of scorpions and black light flashlights to help you see them. Very cool!

Very large Ace "Big Box" Store.They normally have what I need in stock. I always save by doing my "Watch Batteries" here & they are the only place in town the carry Frost Top Soda Pop Beverages, which can be found at the Checkout Area.★★ February 10th Free Wood Grilled Dog's @ Black Tent In Front of Store. Personally I Could Tell The Difference Between Wood Grilled Vrs Charcoal. ( Not Certain if it's the 11th Also. )

Brandon, the alleged plumbing manager gets an F for his attitude and customer service. Plumbing parts that should be stocked and are not because as Brandon said, " I don't even want them in the store." Seems what Brandon wants is more important than what the customer needs, or what's good for Kabat's hardware.

This store has great customer service no matter how busy they are! Sometimes I have had 2 or 3 employees asking me if I need any help. I always find what I need, and prices are reasonable. There's so much they offer here that I can get miscellaneous errands done all at ACE. There's one young man, an employee named Joseph, that works above and beyond. I notice how much care and effort he puts into his job. Way to go ACE!

Johnny Mc went above and beyond customer service helping me out with a project of mine mounting a range hood on my smoker to vent smoke away from my neighbours.I made the hood removable as it is not an outdoor device.With that said everyone here is super freaking helpful.No store offers better selection or customer service. 👍👍👍👍

Excellent service here!! Prices are high but you can expect quality goods. Great coupons and loyalty program. Plenty of staff on hand and they really know their stuff. Get custom cut grass and acrylic, locks re-keyed cheap and quick, and they even offer delivery too now.

What a terrible experience to walk into your neighborhood hardware store and within the first 10 feet of the door be treated like a criminal... I ride a motorcycle and carry a small backpack with my work gear... I was told to leave my personal belongings in order to shop at your store... I understand the need for such things.. however old ladies aren't asked to leave there purses.. mother's aren't asked for the diaper bags.. no ace hardware patrons should ever be approached in this manor regardless of the quality of the neighborhood.. so I asked for the manager and fairly quickly a lady approached and heard what I had to say... completely didn't care about the situation or the fact that she and the old lady at the checkout treated me like a thief... they say only 1 in 10 customers speak up about these types of experiences... how many other valued patrons have been treated this way.. my suggestion to them would be to approach with a polite hello how can we help you attitude and possibly help me rather than chase me to a competitor less than a quarter mile away who did just that! They were fantastic an earned the customer you lost
